Hi,

If the composer you are using to create and edit the pages is not working properly, please take a look at the theme system status
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to make these changes for you if needed. I don’t recognize any of the composers provided in the theme package in that screenshot. I believe none of the composers have an iframe element available.

Thanks

Hi,

I could not say what exactly is causing the issue, there could be an interaction between theme CSS conditions and the actual ad code. However, glad you could fix the issue and the ads are displaying properly at the moment.

Thanks

Hi,

That would require modifications to the mega menu block, and remove the default pagination and replace it with a different functionality
https://www.screencast.com/t/ltNzHWKEMGKt
Something like that will probably not be so easy, as it would require to get and create the link for each category.

Hi,

Sorry, it seems I forgot about that. This is the file where the loop is called in the shop page
https://www.screencast.com/t/TBdT2RWc
If you were to remove it or comment it from all the situations, or just for the layout you use, it will not be displayed anymore

Hi,

Please check after making the changes in the theme panel, if the modifications are saved. Refresh the theme panel and see if the settings are remembered. Every customization should be displayed on the website after saving. These are the all the category settings
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-category-settings-work/
Take a look at the theme system status and make modifications to these parameters if needed
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosting to make them for you if needed. Then try again to save your settings in the theme panel, check if it works properly. Also clear any caching installed.
Let us know if there still is a problem.

Thanks

Hi,

If you disabled the theme login, it will affect the mobile functionality as well. If it is disabled on desktop, it will be disabled on mobile as well. A solution would be to activate the mobile theme plugin, this has a different setting for the login

Hi,

The Speedbooster plugin has an inbuilt plugin checklist, if it detects plugins outside that list it will deactivate itself. This is supposed to happen, as the Speedbooster plugin could cause some plugins to not function properly.
The checklist could be disabled by modifying the plugin code

Hi,

Seems the website loading speed has greatly improved, it is very fast. The only issue I can see is a 404 error on the post page, related to the content bottom ad
https://www.screencast.com/t/NUzG1utg
Check the theme panel and remove or verify the article bottom ad. The screenshot you provided point to the theme internal font, but there is no problem with it from what I can see

Hi,

1. There are 2 ways of placing a sidebar on a page created with the composer. The first one would be to simply split the row when editing the page, and add the elements you want in the resulting section. Like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/iXsx1qLhSUg
The second method is, that instead of adding elements like shown, you can place a Widget sidebar and choose from the available sidebars
https://www.screencast.com/t/TskHlMsLtmb
https://www.screencast.com/t/mrOOnwDolO
Widget sidebars can be created in different locations, and customized in Appearance->Widgets
https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
This is a tutorial featuring a presentation of the tagDiv composer
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

2. a) The Big grid slide will slide as a whole, meaning the entire grid. There is no option to slide just a single module. There is a different element similar to what you are describing, this slider
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/

b) That is not supposed to happen, the elements placed on the page cannot change position on their own. They have to remain where they are placed. If possible, please provide some screenshots of the issue or a link to your website, so we can inspect it.

c) The Big grid slide does not have options to change it’s size. It will always be like this
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/

Hi,

The playlist supports videos from YouTube and Vimeo only, for the moment. You cannot use videos from other networks, they will not be displayed by the playlist

Hi,

I believe you are referring to the text next to the email address, in the footer
https://www.screencast.com/t/yXm7KXkq
But that text is “Contact us”, that is how it is set in the theme translation
https://www.screencast.com/t/JMkasn83
That is where the text can be changed as well. Please correct me if I misunderstand.

Hi,

The regeneration process will recreate all the necessary thumbnails needed for the theme modules. If you have regenerated the thumbnails and there is still a problem, please take note that the GD library is required to be installed on the server
https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
You could check with the hosting provider if it is installed. Then there should be no problem with the thumbnails.
If possible please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it, if the issue is still present.

Hi,

The ads are not displayed from what I can see at the moment. I could’t say why the ads are not appearing, if the ad code is valid the theme will display the ads accordingly. Make sure the ad codes are correct, do not make any modifications to them and enter them exactly as provided.

Hi,

Sorry for misunderstanding, indeed it seems the social counter elements breaks when adding the icon class. It is happening for me as well
https://www.screencast.com/t/wvEskNARbhxI
This code should fix it – https://www.screencast.com/t/vRtTywg4B

.td_block_social_counter.fa {
display: block;
}

Hi,

The retina logo has to be twice the size of the normal logo image, it will be used on retina displays. Create it and upload it in the theme panel.
A background color can be set for the header, in the theme colors section
https://www.screencast.com/t/KxBAh012
The background color will be displayed in the available space, behind the logo image.

Hi,

Sorry, I did not realize you are using the Newsmag theme. This is the solution for that
https://www.screencast.com/t/IS6ypx5hZf

.page-id-553 .td-header-menu-wrap {
display: none;
}

There are differences between the Newspaper and Newsmag themes, to avoid confusion please create topics according to theme used

Hi,

This code will surely center align the titles
https://www.screencast.com/t/MtoCoLB6
There was a stronger code left aligning this element, from the demo you have installed

.td-blog-fitness .td-footer-wrapper .block-title,
.td-blog-fitness .td-footer-wrapper .block-title{
text-align: center!important;
}

If you want the About me text to be aligned as well add this code
https://www.screencast.com/t/4p1Ypt64gM4J

.td-blog-fitness .td-footer-wrapper .footer-text-wrap {
text-align:center;
}

Hi,

If I understand correctly the image was displayed vertically in the post page. I have not heard about this issue before, could not say what is causing it. I believe the image is originally like that, from what I can see this is the original image used
https://i1.wp.com/jazko.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/DSC_0322.jpg
WordPress has an option to rotate the images after uploading them in the media library
https://www.screencast.com/t/WbasznpouK5
Or you can process the images before you upload them, in a photo editing program for example.
Images should not change orientation once uploaded the intended way. I have not heard of this issue before, but every day is something new.

As I understand there are multiple options to implement that verification code. The easiest way would be to add the code as mentioned, in the theme header file. That will be sufficient. The file is located in the main theme folder, on the server you are using. They can be accessed by FTP
https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/wordpress-theme-files/
http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-wordpress-file-and-directory-structure/
Or you could simply use the default WordPress editor, like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/ET50xtubPbKo

Regarding the page issue, from what I can see it is not displaying correctly at the moment. Edit the page with the tagDiv composer and make sure all the elements are placed corrector. You could simply remove the block with issues and add it again.

The easiest way to implement additional sharing would be to use sharing plugins. The alternative is by code modification only and manual implementation. I could not say if or when more sharing options will be added in the theme by default.

Hi,

I have inspected the website, it seems the mobile theme plugin is installed. The live theme demo does not have the mobile theme plugin active. If you want the website to display the same, deactivate the mobile plugin.
This mobile theme plugin is not required, so you can simply deactivate it.

Hi,

We have tested the website on the Safari browser again, there is no problem with the images on the homepage, or the post pages
https://www.screencast.com/t/UFEzOL02
Please try clearing the cache in the browser you are using to test, or try on a different computer. It could be a local issue since everything is displayed properly on our end, using latest Safari version.

Thanks

Hi,

Please provide a link to your website if possible, I will take a look and see why the code is not working. This may require stronger or different code.

Hi,

Try adding this to the CSS code provided – https://www.screencast.com/t/yP7YenXhHA

font-family: FontAwesome;

It should work properly after adding the font family.

Hi,

You could hide the breadcrumbs with some CSS, like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/FGNz9dUNxb
Test this solution and see if it works properly

.woocommerce.single-product .entry-crumbs a:nth-child(3),
.woocommerce.single-product .entry-crumbs a:nth-child(5),
.woocommerce.single-product .entry-crumbs i:nth-child(2),
.woocommerce.single-product .entry-crumbs i:nth-child(4) {
display:none;
}

The section you mention will be displayed on the shop page, something has to be selected in the default shop page settings
https://www.screencast.com/t/RaKPWSRbIQy
There could be plugins or code that you could use to remove it. Or maybe hide it with CSS.

Thanks

Hi,

Please enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section, it will fix the issue with the article bottom ad
https://www.screencast.com/t/67sPOYzd4p7t

.td-a-rec-id-content_bottom .td-all-devices {
display: block;
}

The header ad seems to be displaying properly from what I can see
https://www.screencast.com/t/sapEeWxu

Thanks
