Hi,
An example of the image or images on your website would be very helpful, for a more accurate answer. Please provide a link to your website and details about the location of this image, if you still want to make this modification.
Thanks
Hi,
There is no option to change the breaking point for the mobile menu to display. This is deeply implemented in the theme, and it would not be easy to do it. If there would be an easy solution, I happily would give it to you.
If you have many menu items that is how they will be displayed in these conditions. There simply is no space to show them all on a single line is smaller monitors.
Maybe a feature that will allow modifications as to when the mobile menu will be displayed, will be added in future updates.
I cannot seem to be able too access your website at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/P4w8BeiNYw
We can try to find a way to display the menu items differently. But this may not work if you decide to add more in the future.
Thanks
Hi,
First step would be to deactivate all your plugins, except the ones provided in the theme package, clear any caching installed and see if the problem is solved. Some problematic plugins can cause this kind of issues. It could be the optimizer plugin that you are using . Please let us know if you manage to resolve this problem.
Thanks
Hi,
After further inspection of the Full Big Grid, it seems that the modules are not displaying properly. An important class is not applying when it should, that is why the modules have a different look. I could give you a code to fix it, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3OWW8Gv5uM
.td_block_big_grid_fl_8 .td_module_mx25 {
padding-top: 14%;
}
.td_block_big_grid_fl_8 .td_module_mx19 {
padding-top: 28%;
}
But this should apply and work as intended by default. Maybe the theme did not install properly, you could try a fresh install using this method
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Or you can just use the code from above if it is working for you as well.
Thanks
Hi,
Actually I believe that is a WordPress error. I found some similar topics here
– https://wordpress.org/support/topic/failed-to-load-content-error/
– https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-4-8-editor-failed-to-load-content-css/
You can try as a test to switch to a default wordpress theme and see if the error is still showing.
Thanks
Hi,
That should not happen if you have updated the theme and all the bundled plugins to the latest version. As a quick fix you can try the solution mentioned in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/big-grid-9drop-downs-not-working-properly/
If you should consider updating the theme, here is a guide to help you
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Just remember to update the plugins as well.
Thanks
Hi,
The default search template module is using the thumbnail size defined here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Ka5kMHn7Tqb
Maybe you have modified that size, and that is why the images are displayed like they are.
This search results module can be changed in the Theme panel->Template settings

Hi,
Here you can find more information about AMP
– https://yoast.com/setting-up-wordpress-for-amp-accelerated-mobile-pages/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/easy-guide-to-implement-amp-with-newspaper-theme/
You can search the forum for more about this, and different points of view from the users, regarding AMP.
About PWA there has not been much discussion on the forum, but you can find more information online. Like here for example

Thanks
Hi,
We have not had any negative reports about compatibility issues for the moment. The theme should work properly with the update. If you have problems related to the new wordpress update, please report them to us.
Thanks
Hi,
If you comment or remove that code there will be no login or register options on the mobile modal window
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SlIwilW5
Please make a backup before modifying any of the theme files.
Thanks
Hi,
When you click on the google fonts link, you will see all the available sub-sets but that does not mean they are all loaded. Only the necessary fonts will be picked from that list. More information in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/google-fonts-keep-loads-all-subsets/
Thanks
Hi,
You could ask for advice as to why this is happening in this forum
– https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topicsearchin/webmasters/category$3Astructured-data%7Csort:relevance%7Cspell:false
Maybe there you will get a solution from users who have had similar issues. I could not say why this happening.
Thanks
Hi,
There is no option by default to modify the avatar size on the author box element
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/author-box/
Try setting a custom size in the theme files here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TXRlmwyL17Tm
Please note that this may provide unexpected results, and you revert to default if this is the case.
Font style and size could be changed with Css using the browser inspector as a guide.
Here is a tutorial about using the inspector to identify the elements on the page and their classes in order to create custom code
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
In the post page there are options in the theme panel to customize the author card
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/author-card/
Please correct me if I misunderstood something.
Thanks
Hi,
You could do that with the example from this guide
– https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/customise-the-woocommerce-breadcrumb/#section-3
Try adding the code mentioned in the theme (or child theme) functions file, and test it. Then change the address to what you need.
Thanks
Hi,
There seems to be some level of interference between Visual composer and tagDiv composer, in some cases. Try deactivating the tagDiv composer if you are using Visual composer for your website. Then check if the problems you are having are solved.
Thanks
Hi,
I am sorry but I don’t have any update about this. Maybe the website in cause did not pass the selection criteria or it is pending approval by the team that handles these showcases.
Thanks
Hi,
You simply have to install the demo you would like
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/demos_introduction/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
If you choose to install the demo with content, this will import dummy posts, categories, menus etc. This happens so you can get an idea about how the website will look. You will have to replace (not edit) the dummy content with you own.
You can choose to install the demo without content as well. Then it will only import theme panel settings and the demo’s custom style. You can set your own menus, and create the homepage like the demo and the style will apply to those elements
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected the website, but I do not know where the problem is. There were no changes to the theme’s responsiveness in the latest theme update, everything should be the same as it was before. You can try to deactivate the tagDiv composer that is activated when you update the theme, in the plugins section. Maybe it is affecting the elements on the page is some way.
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website, but everything seems to be displaying properly for me
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nkvsuVin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9pRYRt9RXY
I don’t see the problem at this moment, on any of the pages on your website.
Thanks
Hi,
Try it like this. Remove your Instagram Id and disable the feature in the theme panel. Deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package. Then clear the cache if you have any caching installed on the website. Also check with hosting if there is a server cache and clear that as well.
Then configure the Instagram again and see if the data is refreshed. Trying your Instagram Id on my install it seems to work properly

Thanks
Hi,
You can see an extensive topic in this matter, and also more in general here
– https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/42098/what-are-php-extensions-and-libraries-wp-needs-and-or-uses
The theme requirements can be seen here

Thanks
Hi,
That is a major problem. If activating the mentioned plugin is causing such problems, it could mean that it could simply not be compatible with the theme. You could test it while having only the plugins provided in the theme package active and then activate it. Maybe it is a conflict between other plugins and it.
Or search for other plugins that do not cause this level of problems, maybe you can find one that works properly.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme uses the default user roles of WordPress and how they are defined. There are no modifications by the theme in this regard, including the author of a post and default WordPress behavior. You can only use plugins that have the capabilities that you require, maybe you can find one that will work properly for you.
You can always search for similar topics here on the forum, maybe you will find some useful advice or solutions from other users.
Thanks
Hi,
We have not made any tests with that plugin and the theme. Maybe it is an issue that would be best to be addressed to the plugin developer, maybe they can give you a solution and solve your problem.
It could not even be theme related, or it could simply be incompatible in some way. You could search for other plugins that have the capabilities you require, and try them as well.
Thanks
Hi,
Codes entered in the theme panel custom code sections will work properly. What I meant was that some users are using Visual composer on posts and entering specific elements in the post pages. That may not be the best solution, if you plan on using the new tagDiv composer in the future. It was never recommended to use Visual composer on posts. The new front-end composer cannot be used on posts, only for pages
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/composer/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
One can still use Visual composer, but it should be taken into consideration that in future theme updates, more elements and options will be added exclusively for the tagDiv composer only.
Thanks
