Hi,

You can display other ads than Adsense using this guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
Just enter your code or image link in the respective section of the theme panel, where you want the ad to appear. The guide shows how you can have different ads based on device as well. You only need to wrap the code like it is mentioned there.
More information about ads in general, in the theme documentation
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/

Hi,

The theme does not support RTL direction at the moment, and customizing all the elements of the theme in this matter is a big task and may not work properly in the end. If you want to modify the theme so it may work and display without problems in this situation, you will have to make changes to multiple elements and classes.
You can request a refund here and we will approve it
https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Then you can look for a theme that is probably more suited for your project, and supports RTL by default.

Hi,

Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it. Maybe we can identify what is slowing down the website. For best results, you can use the recommended caching plugin with this configuration
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
And for more advanced speed optimization you can check this guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Of course you can search here on the forum and you will find countless tutorials and advice in this matter, created by our users and shared.

Hi,

There could be just a temporary issue with the Envato servers. Please try to wait for a little time, and then activate the theme. Or try and use then manual activation
https://www.screencast.com/t/y9OSLcsc
https://www.screencast.com/t/AEKaTQM0
Please let us know if you still have problems activating the theme.

Hi,

Maybe it is caused by that plugin, or you did not configure it properly. Try entering a custom format in the plugins field. Or you could have strong caching installed, but since you tried with a new post and the same date is displayed, that may not be the issue.
If the correct date is displayed without the plugin, then it may not work properly.
Maybe you can ask for help or advice from the plugins author, or look for a different one.

Hi,

The Speed booster plugins will not work if it detects plugin outside a specific list, defined inside the plugin itself. More information about how you can disable that check in the Speed booster plugin here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
That caching plugin is known to have provided unexpected results for some users, but worked for others. Maybe you have not configured it properly, or activated it.
You can try and keep using that caching plugin and check it’s settings to make it work. Or use the WP Super Cache with this configuration
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thanks

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no option for that feature to be used with a smart list. At the moment you can select the smart list style you want and it will be displayed in the post. That would be like switching smart list styles by the press of a button, or removing the smart list and seeing the whole post.
Maybe it would be possible using multiple plugins if there are any that have these capabilities.

Hi,

The article titles in that widget (Recent Posts) inherit the theme global color set here
https://www.screencast.com/t/iZU4TVGci5k
There is no options to change the article display in that widget, if I understand correctly what you mean.
You can also use a block in the sidebar, with the same name and with the sorting options and filters you want. And also customize it the way you want. More about the available block settings here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Hi,

The page is loaded with the footer style set, both on desktop and on mobile. There cannot be a different style loaded on mobile, if you don’t use the mobile theme which has a different footer.. You could simply activate the mobile theme and then you will have a different style of your website, displayed on mobile.
You could maybe hide some elements from the existing footer template, and show them on mobile or maybe manage something similar.

Hi,

Try leaving only the plugin you mention and the tagDiv composer active, clear any caching installed, and test again. We have only identified that error with the Yoast Seo plugin and that particular setting.

Hi,

That is how the default header style looks like. There is nothing special about this, no modifications have been made in this matter. Simply select header style 1 and upload a logo of the mentioned size. Make sure that when you upload the logo you select full size

Hi,

The font properties can be changed for the article title in the Big grid. You can do that in the Theme panel->Theme fonts->Modules MX and Other Blocks – Article Title
https://www.screencast.com/t/NzmxZlJkvoV9
For the menu item, try removing it, and then add it again in the Appearance->Menu section. Add your category and make it a mega menu by selecting the desired category. More information here

Hi,

Please check if you have these thumbnails enabled in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/lfgUM439
If they are not, please enable them. Then using this guide regenerate your thumbnails
https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Also take note of the requirement for the server side and see if the mentioned GD library is installed on the server.

Hi,

Please try the code provided below, just enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css
https://www.screencast.com/t/WJIz9HwBwHn
It should fix this problem you are having with the excerpts, please try it and see if it works for you. However that is a huge amount of text to have as an excerpt. The excerpt is meant to be as a preview for the post content
https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/

.td-excerpt {
word-break: break-word;
}

Hi,

The mentioned page editors have their own predefined elements and widgets that you can use. There is one for almost any purpose. Other widgets may not work properly and cannot be placed using these composers.
If you could provide a link to your website, I will try to give you a code that will make Block 9 display as you want. Then you will not need another plugin for this.

Thanks

Hi,

At the moment there is no option to choose when the mobile menu is displayed. It will appear when the predefined condition is met. I am sure you will find a combination of header style and theme panel options to achieve the result you want.
Like I mentioned, if you could provide a link top your website, and more information about the problem and how you would like the menu to look, I will try to give you a solution.

Thanks

Hi,

If you are using the mobile theme plugin, this comes with predefined templates for the homepage, post and category page, etc. These will be displayed regardless of what the content is on desktop. If you would like to display exactly the same content, you can simply disable the optional mobile theme plugin, the theme is fully responsive and will adapt to every screen size. Then the elements that you used to build your homepage for example, will be displayed as they are.
Here you can find more information about the mobile theme
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hi,

You can update the theme to the latest version without any problems. Just download the full theme package and make the update. Here is a guide to help you with the process, please read the mentioned steps carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The theme can only be activated on a single end website, according to the Envato license policy
https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
The theme cannot be used on 2 separate websites with separate content, but it can be used on a sub-domain for testing or part of the same site, this is allowed with the same license.

Thanks

Hi,

Then it would be better to leave them as they are and not make any modifications at all, to benefit from that advantage. It would probably be too complicated to make modifications in the theme, or by other means to hide them on hover.

Thanks

Hi,

Those fonts are the default fonts used by the theme throughout the website, that is why they are loaded. They are defined in the theme code and cannot be removed. Almost all the elements of the theme can be customized in the theme panel
https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
If you would like to remove these fonts from the theme, you can find some solutions here on the forum

Hi,

It seems that that in some cases when the two page editors are both active, some problems may happen at the moment. This can result in some of the features not working properly. In this case the only options would be to use just the tagDiv composer to create your pages.
More about it’s features here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Please note that additional elements and options will be added exclusively to this composer in future theme updates.

Thanks

Simion C.

Hi,

All the module font properties can be customized in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/zQSNF33hI
More options are available for the article title that can be modified by specific module
https://www.screencast.com/t/sFC1g9zWAKid
There you can change the title, excerpt, meta etc.
You can always create custom code if you would like to further customize some elements, and there is no option by default in the theme, by using the browser inspector. Here is a guide showing how you can use the inspector to do this
https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

Thanks

Hi,

Three columns is the maximum number that can be used when using the tagDiv composer at the moment. You will have to create a layout based on this condition. Maybe additional options will be made available in future updates, but I could not say for sure if this will happen.
You can still use Visual composer if you want, but please consider that in the future more options will be added exclusively for the new front-end page editor.
More useful information about the composer here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/

Hi,

Yes, the all three review types are available using that version of the theme. A review can be set for a post using one of these styles, as shown in the guide.

Thanks
