Hi,
Please provide more details about the problem you are having with the author box, and a link to your website if it is relevant to your issue. To configure this element you just need to enter the user Id number in the required field, or multiple user Id’s for the authors box.
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website, but I have no problem accessing the respective post, or any other posts at the moment – https://www.screencast.com/t/1lYR155E
You could follow this topic for more information about this kind of problems

Thanks
Hi,
Probably you must enter the code between the head tags in the header.php file, found in the main theme folder – https://www.screencast.com/t/HTIduSgc5YJc
Thanks
Hi,
I have tried to access your website but it seems to be in maintenance mode at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JFVqIQCx
I do not think I understand what is the problem you are having, with the playlist on your homepage. If you can provide more details about this, I will try to give you an answer.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately not all plugins are compatible with premium themes. Even if a plugin works with one theme, it may not work with others. A plugin may not be compatible with all the themes, or a theme with all plugins. You could just try and search for other plugins that have the options you need, and maybe find one that is fully working properly.
Thanks
Hi,
You could modify the margin, padding or other properties and reduce them
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vIYztxxWNYJ
Or even set a negative top margin with the value you want
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0UDNZpnrboPm
I tried accessing your website but it seems to be in maintenance. You could try to create a code that you can use in the theme panel. Here is a link to a guide explaining how to use the browser inspector to identify the elements on the page and their classes – https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
You can test different modifications live and see how they will look on your website.
Thanks
Hi,
If you identified this plugin to be the cause of the image problems, it would be best not to use it. WordPress has changed since the last update of the respective plugin, and if the author decided to stop improving and adapting it I am afraid there is nothing to be done.
I do not understated exactly what you would like to translate. Please provide more details about this. A translation can be loaded in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-translations/
Thanks
Hi,
Usually plugins and modifications to the theme by custom code in theme panel, or added to the theme files directly are to blame. Or maybe through a child theme, if it is the case.
You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic, so we can identify you.
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure you are installing the theme properly. The surest method in this regard is by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Try installing the theme again, from the package you downloaded. The full package contains multiple folders, please upload only the file that contains the theme. Then try to activate it again.

Hi,
You can try the code provided below, it will make the Read more buttons and the category tags remain the same, when hovered. All you need to do is remove the code you currently have on the Read more button hover
– https://www.screencast.com/t/akn9BQOjLL5P
And then enter this one. Please let me know if this is not working properly for you, or you wanted something else.
.td-post-category:hover,
.td-read-more a:hover {
background-color: #fff!important;
}
Thanks
Hi,
The Related articles section on the post page will pick and display posts that have at least one category or tag in common, related to the currently displayed post. The only options at the moment are to choose from same category or tag related posts, and to modify the number of posts
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles/
Thanks
Hi,
I will take a look if you can provide a link to your website, so I can inspect it and see the issue. I am sorry for my previous reply, but usually modifications to the theme involving RTL are not easy to implement. The theme is not built to accommodate changes like that and some elements of the theme may not work properly. I thought that maybe you are not satisfied, so I provided an alternative.
The issue with the menu should not happen, and if you ruled out plugins as the cause maybe we can identify what the problem is and try to give you a solution. Sorry again for my other reply, I may have jumped to conclusions too early without better understanding the problem.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
For the category pages you could try a code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LNXz1259
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css
.category .td-category-header {
display: none;
}
Thanks
Hi,
From what I understand you are missing the option to update the user profile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PcB5n4pko
Please provide more details about this and some useful screenshots if possible. In the meantime you can try to deactivate all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed then check to see if the problem is still present. A problematic plugin could be the cause for this.
Thanks
Hi,
I am sorry that you could not achieve the result you wanted. If there was a simple solution I would surely provide you with it. What you are trying to achieve has to be made custom. If you cannot manage to make the modifications you need, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you. At the moment we cannot provide custom work or theme functionality customization.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
I have inspected your website and tried a few if your videos, but I do not see this problem, or any other problem what so ever with the videos – https://www.screencast.com/t/K3bnvBD7xU
If this is still happening for you, try on a different browser, or computer to see if the issue is still present.
Thanks
Hi,
For the post page there are options to have a top, bottom and after a specified number of paragraphs ads (inline ad) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
The feature you mention is available for the inline ad, it is helpful in some cases depending on the ad used. What that does is to set a float property on the ad, left or right. Maybe this option will be available for other ads by default in future theme updates, but I could not say for sure if or when this will happen.
If you want to position an ad differently in your post, please provide a link to your website pointing to the ad, and details about how you want it to display. I will try to give you a solution if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
You can set a sidebar in two ways. If you already created and configured a sidebar, and it is present in the Widgets section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OWdaN8PF4QgQ
You can add it to the page using a Widgetised sidebar element and selecting the sidebar you want
– https://www.screencast.com/t/uoZfy1hX
Or just add the elements you want in the row column
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hdq8ttj9
Thanks
Hi,
You can try plugins that can offer the possibility to influence search results. Like this one for example, that offers the option to exclude pages or posts from the search results
– https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-exclude/
It provides a setting in the page or post edit screen to hide it form the results
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AMUXcpXf
Thanks
Hi,
You can style the form using this guide – https://contactform7.com/styling-contact-form/ and customize the contact form the way you want. Or try a plugin that has predefined contact form styles or skins, that you can apply on your existing forms.
Thanks
Hi,
The setting from WordPress will affect all categories at the same time. However I am sure that there are plugins that can override this. Maybe try and search for custom post limit for category plugins, and see what you can find.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide more details about what exactly you are trying to achieve with the post, so I can try to give you a solution. I do not understand what table you want to insert in the post content. I suggested how you can add a block for example in the post content, in the previous reply. If you have a widget that you need to insert and it has a code that you must enter, try entering in the post template files, as shown in the screenshot.
Thanks
Hi,
That could be what is causing this problem. We have not tested the theme with RTL direction, modifications in this matter could cause these unexpected results. The theme style and other functions may not work properly under these conditions, including the mobile menu. We cannot provide any RTL solution sorry. If you find that you cannot use our theme properly because of the missing RTL functionality, we will be able to provide a refund as our theme is not RTL compatible.
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected the images and they are all of the same thumbnail size
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6yegHA0HLx
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Xju9unAG5Fz
If the images you use are of a bigger size they will get cropped
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ef1RwnBbkE
Maybe try and modify this particular image taking note of this, and possibly recreate this image in a different way. For example with the text like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/s3zSVsz909
or specify a custom image size in the image box settings, using the exact size of the initial image, or experiment with the size to see the results
– https://www.screencast.com/t/t8BNgdXXx
Hopefully these suggestions might be helpful for you.
Thanks
Hi,
There is no need to use a hack to display the images properly. The theme automatically creates the necessary thumbnails needed for the blocks or big grids, from the featured image you set on the post
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
You can use this guide to regenerate the thumbnails if they are not displaying properly
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
After the regeneration process is complete, please clear any caching installed.
Also as it is usually the case for most image problems, some plugin you have installed could be interfering with the theme, causing this issue. You could try to disable them all except the ones bundled with the theme, clear the cache if you have one installed, and check to see if the problem is still there.
If you try these suggestions and the result is not favorable, please provide a link to your website, so we can inspect it.
Thanks
