This is a strange issue indeed. I have tried to replicate it but with no success. I suggest that you try to deactivate all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if this fixes things. The author of the post will be displayed in the post page. There is no option to have a custom author name set for posts, other then the users created. Maybe you should search for some plugins with this capability, then try a few of them and see if you can find what you are looking for your project.

Matched content ads were never officially tested with our theme so there is no official implementation method. I have no solution at the moment for this, we would have to make tests for compatibility and see why this is happening in conjunction with the Speedbooster plugin. If this will be implemented in a future update it will be fully supported and every aspect shall be taken into account. Maybe you can find a cause and solution and post the results here.

I have tried to replicate this but I have not managed this. Probably it has something to do with the content you are inserting in the copyright field or maybe you have custom code affecting the sub-footer section.

If you have configured the cache properly, each time a new post is published or a page is updated, the cache will be automatically refreshed, according to the documentation. Also make sure this setting is checked
