Mobile theme has a different non-editable design. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. So you will have to recreate your page in the Mobile Editor at the bottom of your page editor : https://www.screencast.com/t/tvLnK0Ae.

I understood that you want to have 2 categories displayed in 1 block. For that you will have to edit the filters and in the Multiple categories filter from the picture above add the categories like this example: Fashion, Featured, etc..

There is a problem with it, it is the same on my end. Deactivating WPBakery seems to solve it. I will add this issue on our list and it will be investigated.

So the solution would be to deactivate WPBakery if this is possible, for the time being. Sorry for the inconvenience.
