This is how WordPress was built: https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/ Unfortunately we have no control over that, neither the theme. As you can see in the link above that is how Users Roles was built.

Unfortunately I’m not sure how this tool works because since you have the Mobile theme plugin google robots will see directly the mobile theme, your responsive version will never be loaded.
Can you show us what tool have you used. We will take a look to see if we can find something out of ordinary.

1. Thumbs on category must be inserted manually. There is no automatic option at the moment.
2. Category layouts and post layouts attached to different categories can be set from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/hyu2Rn3t0tu2 ; https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/ ; https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
3. Unfortunately this option is not possible at the moment. Thumbs are created from the Featured image.

Yes, you can do that with blocks. Add 4 blocks and set the filters independently as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Pst2VwkM On the flex block 3 the filter options will apply over the whole block.

This may also be a plugin conflict. You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
