I have inspected your website and I saw that the theme crops the images as expected according to what type of Block is used. For example, the Block 1 uses the module 1 and module 6 which uses the 300*194 px and 100*75px as thumbs. For an example from your website, this is the full image -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Va9nzVRh and the following one is cropped image, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xMWdqp9R The theme works ex expected and crop the image as properly.

2) The header style that you use shows a centered menu. The padding cannot be reduced as there is no padding. It is the number of menu items you have. It cannot place itself on the container when a centered menu is used. Please change to a header style 9 for example and then your menu will align itself to the left side of the container.

If you want to decrease the size of the container it can only be done with css. Here is an example:

height: 415px!important;
}
Add the code in the theme panel-> custom css box.

2) The content width cannot be changed as all the theme elements depend on this fixed width. There is no solution I can provide in this regard

The TagDiv site is custom made, but you could achieve something similar using the Visual composer elements. Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to move the article bottom ad to be under the sharing bottom ad, sorry! What can you do is to hide or not use the article bottom ad and insert with the do_shortcode method an ad, which have to be placed under the sharing bottom ad? For example, if you are using the post template style 2, you should edit the loop-single-2.php core file and under the sharing bottom you should insert your desired ad, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Y5kJXj5sJ

You can create any number of sidebar you want, depending where you want to use them. You will have to create the css based on the particular post id. Each post has it’s own unique id you can target and create the css for that particular id only, or for that particular post type as well.
