You need to have only those plugins activated, for example, which you use such as composer, cloud library, opt-in builder -> https://i.imgur.com/uzlGnZa.png , the other plugins you use must be disabled.

Another issue i noticed is that although i have sign-in & join disabled from the header options through theme settings, i can still see the login/register link on the header. The same applies for the comments section within a post. Comments are disabled but the comments section is shown without the form.

The mobile theme plugin is used for the mobile version, but the amp is a little different:
AMP is an open source HTML framework developed by the AMP Open Source Project. It was originally created by Google as a competitor to Facebook Instant Articles and Apple News. AMP is optimized for mobile web browsing and intended to help webpages load faster from google results.
So the amp is used when you search from mobile on google and you find some results. If those have an amp version, this will be stored on google and it will delivered faster.
The mobile theme plugin is referring on hot it looks your mobile version and it make the mobile version faster then responsive -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

Therefore, you can use both of them or only the mobile theme plugin.

What plugin will clear them? We tested several, and none did it: WP Optimize for example and Advanced Database Cleaner.
Same problem for YEARS in my situation. When i create a new post or make changes in website, i need to PURGE CACHE.
Today for example, something very strange. I make a search in my blog and never can quit for the result page… PURGE CACHE and VOILÁ… the home appers again.

Help!!! I have uploaded a different Newspaper template and when I try and edit the front page using TAGDIV Composer all I get is a white screen. I have removed WP Bakery and still I cannot edit my front page. I have read that a page that was created using another composer can not be edited by TAGDIV Composer, if this is true then how can I transition? But first I need to jump the hurdle that is the white screen so I can start editing. Please help. Note that all my plugins are up to date including AMP.
I would like to have my website optimized better for mobile. My site is super slow on mobile compared to desktop and trying to see if one of these plug ins would help? Do I need to install both or just 1? Also looking for the simplest option as I can’t add HTML codes, etc..

I’m very new with newspaper theme. I install black pro, I sucessfully modified the home page and the header, but I cannot modify the single post page (for example add the header even there, etc). If I click on tagdivcomposer in a article it doesn’t work.

Hi SAMYTHEBIGJUICY, this can be done with a custom css.
What you can do is to set an extra class on the flex block that you want to remove the clicks/links -> https://i.imgur.com/gTOlmo6.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/xTTzgV8.jpg then just add the class on the blocks that you do not want to be clickable (you can use the class from my example).
The css is this one

pointer-events: none;
text-decoration: none;
}
You need to set it in the theme panel > custom code > custom css.

Our tagDiv Shop plugin was made after our team created a shop and tested many plugins that in the end were not all compatible each other, so the tagDiv Shop is covering most of the settings that our developers needed to make that shop.

Unfortunately, for the moment the Group Attributes option was not added, as I know is set as a request on our list for the shop plugin.

1.Do you have a site map of the page where are all the blocks and sections. I have not found any on you support Site.
DIVTAG EDITOR does not work. It will not bring up the page. Like how your videos show.. I have full control of the backend of the site. None of these solutions work. I have tried them all. I need to change some other things also.. This is not the not only issue I have. I am trying to get this page ready so we can launch it. I have screen shots but can’t upload them here.. If possible it need to have someone reach out to me..

So, I’m working on my theme and I’m getting super frustrated because the margin/padding for the blocks/rows/columns are all messed up and not looking evenly. I add column gaps for example and it only adds a gap to the right side with the left side still glued to the side.
When I finally have it look the way I want after playing around for a million years and check the mobile version it’s not centered but is glued to one side while there is a gap on the other.
What am I doing wrong? Somebody please help.

I purchased and installed newspaper theme but i am facing an issue with the CSS.
On the first load of the page, without any cache for example in icognito mode, i see a white page with just the text and after a while the css is being loaded. See attached image for reference.
Also, when trying to generate the critical CSS, i am seeing the following console errors and the generate button does nothing.

I am converting a Magento site to Woocommerce with TagDiv.
I opted to go for the brilliant (and affordable) woocommerce plugins by weLaunch https://www.welaunch.io/en/shop/plugins/woocommerce-plugins/ (and maybe use a couple of plugins by YITH).
It will be great if you help us integrate the plugins functionality with your work.
Here is an example:
The old site in the categories loop has this functionality:

3. Ratings (offered natively in Woo Loop)
4. Add to cart (ought to be offered by Woo Loop).
5. Tag of the exact discount (not just if it is on sale) (offered by WeLaunch – https://www.welaunch.io/en/product/woocommerce-ultimate-pricing/)

The question is how to integrate all these features by welaunch without breaking our theme and make them resilient to changes.
Last but not least, there is the great feature of Group Attributes. Like, classes of products with specific attributes, to which we would like to filter. e.g. a parfume’s attributes have been grouped together so we can filtered based only the attributes of parfumes. Nails has a different set etc. I was unable to figure out how to do achieve this with TagDiv native filter, so I am currently experimenting with WOOF. But still, for each category, I have to retrieve the Group Attributes of the product category I am looking into, so that I can pass it on to WOOF.
Again please suggest a way to do this.
Last but not least.
I am using/will be using the checkout page of woocommerce. If I try to edit it using our visual composer it breaks. Please provide documentation so that we can modify the page and add the blocks we would like (e.g. include the native billing/payment modules from woo, or other items (related products, loyatly points) by other providers in a page that has been set up with the composer.
I know that the woo functionality is new and I am sure as the time goes by it will reach the perfection you have in displaying stories, but I feel that you ought to document these things to help us be more productive in the interim.

Is there a video or something somewhere or an article I can read on how to customize the prebuilt templates? I chose magazine pro with all the sample words, pics, etc included.
Also how do I preview any changes I’ve made?
Also, do I just completely disregard the old customizer from wordpress that I previously used with their themes? Like will it mess up anything if I go in there and work on anything?

I am seeing two issues:
1) All pages and posts are defaulting so that the main content of the page, particularly the title and whatever is near the top of the content is buried underneath the header and menus. While I was able to manually override this for posts, I was unable to do so for pages.
2) There seems to be no tagdiv template for pages for my site. In the tagdiv editor, I do not have any way to edit the content layout as I do for posts, thus I can’t fix the issue. Also, there’s no way to choose my page’s template is the wordpress editor, only “default”.
Please assist.

Altough I figured it out, when I remove the example and try to insert a new picture, I come to the “insert media” showing that there is nothing there. But I have a lot of media already in(existing site with previous with visual composer) and inserting a new picture, it stays turning and nothing happens. At the end, when I quit and go to the “media” in WP, it seems the picture is there. The only way to get the picture on the page is by using the url, then it works fine. But why don’t I see my pictures or shouldn’t it be better to show a url field instead of an uploading icon

So I’ve managed to create a template that does almost everything I want it to.
All I need now is the ability to pull an element into a post itself. For example, I have the element ‘Single Post Review Overall’ configured to show the star rating at the top of the template.
Is it possible to use that element, with the same formatting, inside the actual post content? For example I would like to use columns to display pros and cons, and would like it to automatically pull the same star rating across. Any ideas?
