Overview
I have installed the AMP WordPress plugin per your requirements. However, my reference pages and AMP pages are failing Google’s AMP testing framework. I am consistently getting the error “Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP”. The template is generating a correct AMP version of my post. However, it fails every time I try to test it. This error is preventing my AMP articles from ranking within Google’s index.

I have tried every version of the AMP settings and disabled all my plugins (but TagDiv) and it still fails. I use both Google Search Console and Google’s AMP test to verify results for every scenario. Below you will find additional details about what I have done.

I can provide you with login details to my hosting or WordPress installation if you would like to test it.

AMP Setting tested
1) I have tested AMP “transitional” out of the box and it failed.
– Transitional out of the box did generate a working AMP URL. However, it would NOT pass Google’s testing.

1a) I tested AMP “transitional” with Mobile + AMP-enabled
– My posts did generate a working AMP URL. However, it would NOT pass Google’s testing.

1b) I tested AMP “transitional” with Mobile + AMP-enabled with ALL plugins disabled (but TagDiv)
– My posts did generate a working AMP URL. However, it would NOT pass Google’s testing.

2) I have tested AMP “Standard” out of the box and it failed.
– Transitional out of the box did generate a working AMP URL. However, it would NOT pass Google’s testing.

2a) I tested AMP “Standard” with Mobile + AMP-enabled
– My posts did generate a working AMP URL. However, it would NOT pass Google’s testing.

2b) I tested AMP “Standard” with Mobile + AMP-enabled with ALL plugins disabled (but TagDiv)
– My posts did generate a working AMP URL. However, it would NOT pass Google’s testing.

WP 5.5.1
NextGen = 3.3.17

Site’s Front-end works great.

But when I tried to edit post or page in WP backend I’ve got “502 Bad Gateway”
for this link – mysite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=13187&action=edit

Wp-admin access = 755
post.php = 755

When I disabled NextGEN Gallery – I can edit post or page.

Error log don’t show my explanation of a problem ?
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true) in confing.php doesnt show me warning about it.
Cache for browser and site was cleared – it didnt help me for Backend post edit.

After that….

I’ve deactivated ALL plugins (and template and cache and more).

The source of a problem that 2 plugins can’t work together
NextGen Version 3.3.17
and
WPBakery Visual Composer Version 4.12.1

WPBakery Visual Composer Version can edit post and page without active NextGen.
When NextGen was activated and WPBakery Visual Composer Version is active – post \page is not edited.

I can’t deleted Tags section under posts from AMP mobile pages. Even I can’t change font size tags in AMP. I saw a setting in Theme Panel>Mobile Theme>Theme Fonts>Post elements> VIA Source Tags … Yes it could be perfect if it was work.

But I can’t change tags font size and I can’t delete Tags section under posts in AMP version.

Hello,

After finishing the design of the website with the mobile + AMP theme I realized that the cookie consent banner does not appear on the AMP pages. After doing some research, I realized that it depends on AMP and not on your theme or cookie solution.

Having said that, would it be possible to have a workaround to keep this very fast version of the site and still be legally compliant with the RGPD?

I found that there was a plugin for wordpress that met this need, but I haven’t tested it yet until I know its compatibility with your theme. It is the plugin “AMP FOR WP”.

Is it a good solution or do you know of others easy to setup?

I have newspaper theme installed on my site http://www.fizioterapeut.hr and now we started to implement woocommerce solution for our shop.

i don’t know if i am doing something wrong, but when i assign some page as shop page in woocomerce settings, i cant edit it any more with tagdiv composer as i get this error:

Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

So i am not interesting to edit part related to woocomerc, but side elements, and all other things.

Other thing is how to change part of Newspaper template on single product page.. for example assigne other sidebar… as there is no page for edit as single page.

When using a Single post cloud template, a generated link from Public Post Preview plugin (like https://www.mojprihranek.si/?p=28565&preview=1&_ppp=911fad5580) redirects to the Single post template page (https://www.mojprihranek.si/tdb_templates/single-post-template-default-pro/). This does not happen and works as expected when sitewide default post template (in Theme panel / Post settings / Default post template) is set to Default instead of one of the cloud ones.

To my knowledge Public Post Preview is the only plugin that allows public access to post previews, and it’s quite important for news sites, to be able to show the client a preview before publishing.

TagDiv automatically sets H1 titles of our glossary to H3 titles. On our old website without TagDiv we didn’t have that problem, the titles were automatically set as H1. See for an example this page: https://www.marketing.cyon.site/lexikon/a-to-s-ratio/ the title on this should be H1, is there a way to change this somewhere in the theme?

We’re trying to implement a sidebar on some pages other than the posts. With the post we could add it manually with a separate column, but for dynamic content it doesn’t seem to work, even when we choose the sidebar in the menu.

We do have the WP Glossary Plug-In for example and on the Glossary posts no matter what we do, the sidebar won’t be showed. Also on just some regular pages, the only way to implement the sidebar is by adding it manually. Is there a way, how we can implement the sidebar automatically on each page and post type?

I need your help with the Pinterest widget. I try to display the contents of different boards from the Pinterest account https://sk.pinterest.com/filgas/ on my staging website http://test.pavelfilgas.com/gallery/. But despite my configuration of the widget seems to be correct, I keep on getting the error “pinterest html data cannot be retrieved”.

I tried for several hours to resolve the issue but I have no idea where it stems.
