And how do you want to change the sidebar? You can use custom css to do it but I;m not sure exactly what you want to achieve.
In the latest version you have the option to change the block headers style from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/ue9e2KYY7I2
but it will affect all of the site, not just the sidebar

Sorry but our theme does not have a module that looks like that. Our theme modules and blocks are different and they cannot be modified to imitate other layouts except through customization. But custom work is not covered by the theme support.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for this regard, about fixed image on Big Grid, sorry! If you want to have this functionality, you should do it yourself through the theme core files because we cannot provide custom implementation, sorry! It should be as specified here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ The featured sort order shows posts that have been added in the featured category if there are any. Please check what post categories are assigned to each element – https://www.screencast.com/t/VGpYUIRfN maybe you have set the featured category as a filter, so it displays posts only from that category. You can also use an offset in the block settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/ if you want to have different posts from the same category on different blocks.

Update: I disabled the Mobile Theme plugin in the Network Admin section and it fixed the problem!
The editor picks block at the footer is still not showing any posts though.
Hi there, I am having a problem after changing the website to multisite.
The page shows “The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (ex. Jetpack Mobile Theme or similar). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results” on the mobile phones. My site does not even have Jetpack or the other mobile themes. Please help.
And also when I was updating the theme to the latest version, the big grid at the top disappeared and fixed by re adding the new one, that was weird!
The posts in the Editor Picks at the footer somehow mysteriously gone! 🙁

Hi, so I’m creating a website https://greennews.agency which is an online environment news agency in Thailand. And right now I’m going to need you guys to help me some of my issues here. Thanks.
1. I’ve just import an old articles from my previous wordpress’s website. It all coming up with a picture inside the story but not set as featured image for me. So is there an easy way to set the featured image for all of those articles?
2. Right now I’m using a mobile theme plugin. I actually like it, but it seems not stable yet. As you can see if you going in my website through mobile, the main menu tab “Story” didn’t have a drop-down menu. But in the main website it is a mega menu with a lot of sub. So how can I fix it.
P.S. But if it can’t fix, how do I disable the mobile theme (Didn’t see this option in theme panel)
3. I have a problem with block of content, which arrange by 7 days popular sorting. Before, it was showing good but right now it’s not. I don’t know what happens. And also I’m really confused with the system (the conflict between ajax view count and 7 days post sorting and cache plugin ~blah blah) So can you help me with it, let it work in a proper way.
4. Are there an easy way to create new author without creating new wordpress user? it’s too complex. (My work system is I’m going to have a plenty of writer who’s sent the articles to me. But it all have to upload by myself.)
P.S. I want the author system only to show who’s write this story, that’s it.
5. I’m creating a new page. And I really like the “style 6” of category template, that I use in almost every category. Can I also apply this to my new page too?
6. How to set the website default picture, which will shown when someone share my website via facebook or etc. (Right now it shown a random of recent articles picture)

I write a post with 2 categories; Example_Category and Featured. But I don’t want that post to be appeared repeatedly both under Example_Category (as Example_Category’s Latest posts) and in Featured grid at front page, but only in Featured grid.
I’ve tried with Filter in Block Setting (-featured_id) but it’s not working and turns out it shows all latest posts.
I could use only Featured category but I need to add another, since I use them as menus.
Please let me know if you need more information.

Just installed the theme and I have no idea why it’s so confusing – I’ve done so many WP sites but this theme is baffling. I’m trying to do an EXTREMELY BASIC BLOG – like posts and an about me page – that’s it.
When I create an About me page with a text blog, it’s dumping that text block onto my home page as well.
The home page is also throwing some empty category sections onto the bottom of the homepage as well.
No idea what I’m missing – I’m assuming it’s some kind of template issue, but I’m about to bail and jump to a simpler theme. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, it is not. Slider is set to Featured. And the bottom news block is set as “Lastes post” in the News category.
But on the main page, both the Featured slider and the news bulletin have the same news.

I found a tablet with android 5.1.1 (pretty hard to find as all our devices are now with min andoroid 6.0)
But still, the error is not present. I cannot see it. The site seems to work ok. The screenshot you provided above shows a menu above the mobile header which does not seem to come from the theme.
Unfortunately we have not tested the webview of android. We only tested the themes on standard browsers. The webview strips the site of elements and javascript. The menus require js to run properly. he webview is not meant to display complex elements such as a premium wordpress theme:

By default, a WebView provides no browser-like widgets, does not enable JavaScript and web page errors are ignored. If your goal is only to display some HTML as a part of your UI, this is probably fine; the user won’t need to interact with the web page beyond reading it, and the web page won’t need to interact with the user. If you actually want a full-blown web browser, then you probably want to invoke the Browser application with a URL Intent rather than show it with a WebView

Well if you disabled the comment count for blocks/modules in Theme panel->Block settings – https://www.screencast.com/t/nOdssnor it should not be displayed on the modules. Maybe the plugin you are using is adding it there, please check it’s settings too see this. It would be helpful if you could provide a link to your site, so we can inspect it and see why this is happening.

If you want to display the comment count only for module 8 you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area. You should hide the entire class for all website and then, for this module you should give the display:block.

Thumbails were already activated since day 0. Block shows text error if they are deactivated. I deactivated them, reactivated and regenerated the tumbails and it keeped at the same status.
Can be it related to .htaccess / Rewrite conditions module config? Can I send you Virtualhost-htaccess files (very small) and if you see something you give me the heads up?
