If you want to use that Call to Action element from Visual Composer for sidebar under different categories or posts, please notice that you should copy/paste the shortcode for this element in Widgets area, in a text block. First of all, you will have to choose a widget which you use it for posts and category pages as Sidebar. the thumb is being cropped center top, but your block has some implementation that is changing the thumb size.

Hello,

The read more button is automatically added by the theme to some of the content blocks but not all of theme. There is no option to add the read more button on blocks that do not have this feature.
Please use the blocks that have the read more button. You can translate the theme into dutch from the translations panel here: http://screencast.com/t/LLSWg2mxEGX

The issue with the title results from the title being too big (the font)
You can increase the top padding a bit to compensate for the size with this code :
.td-blog-travel .block-title span {padding: 8px 0 8px 10px!important;}

I have inspected your website and I noticed that you block 9 is working fine. If you want to decrease the margins and paddings you will have to use a bit of CSS code to hide them. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

.td_module_8 {
padding-bottom:0!important;
margin-bottom:0!important;
}

1)The Editor Pick is a simple block style 7 which is set it by Featured category. You will not bring any results because you do not have any posts in your Featured category. If you want to change the structure of this block, please notice that you have to edit the core file from here -> http://screencast.com/t/nbhSshOO
2)The mobile theme is just a simple plugin. If you want to disable this, you can do this from Plugins area.
