All that code is use to create the design from your website page, more exactly is the sortcode that is saved in database to display all blocks, images, colors..
Please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflicts, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

So, what I found out now (using Google Chrome expert tools) is that there seems to be a grey background configured especially for this first thumbnail.
When I uncheck the background in expert tools, the grey block disappears in TD Composer.
But, when I then click on save, the change is not activated. As I am really no expert in this stuff, I am actually quite happy that I found this detail. But now, I really don’t know how to change it in TD Composer.

Please update the theme to Newspaper v10.3.9.1
Right now is look that there is no shotcode set -> https://i.imgur.com/XvBwPrq.png also make sure that is not a plugin conflict that block the WP editor to work correctly.

…and there seems to be a pre-configuration, that changes the first post-thumbnail to have a grey block inside. Because, when I change the blocks (e.g. to Big Grid 3), the first post always has this grey background block.
Is there something configured, I cannot find? I have really been looking deep inside the them panel, but cannot find anything…

But actually, I have already tried all the options mentioned in your reply. The thumbnails are activated in theme panel (see Screenshot – screenshot thumbnails – this block is “Big Grid 8”), I regenerated all thumbnails and the one thumbnail over and over – but no change.
And I had this problem before – always concerning the latest article thumbnail in the top left corner…no idea about what to do. But it doesn’t look very good…

That is because you are using the mobile theme plugins and you do not have enable the thumbs for mobile, you need to enable in theme panel > block settings > thumbs the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes.
Also you can make the new update from today.

Hey there! I am having a problem editing blocks and grids’s parameters through the TagDiv Composer. Although Layout tab(settings) worked fine in another template (Newspaper Pro), in Newspaper Magazine template did not. I does not even showing up to select and i can’t figure out why? The theme is the same, Newspaper. Can you please help me somehow?

If you are new to Newspaper Theme I personally recommend you using the PRO Demos and cloud library templates. Standard pack is a plugin that “keeps alive” the old designs like normal blocks, standard templates, etc.
If you will use only Cloud library templates and PRO demo I recommend you to remove it.

After the most recent update and also the previous one, the Composer will not allow us to update any images or change blocks in existing templates. It saves headers and footers but not content. Huge sections are also missing from the block options within the composer, such as the ability to select social media icons for the single post share tool.
I am running the latest WordPress and Newspaper. 512 Meg memory allocated and latest PHP. Tried reinstalling and disabling plugins, no change, tried downgrading WP and Newspaper, no change. We are trying to update templates and remove older blocks to activate a new Pro temple. Hugely frustrating.

From the menu setting, BACKGROUNE, EXCERPTS, TRANSLATIONS, ANALYTICS There is no menu that can be set.I don’t see anything on the screen.What should I do?
Hi, I have gone through the example of using td-api-plugin however, I wanted to do something similar for Block 7 but getting errors.
I have created /shortcodes/td_block_99.php /modules/td_module_99.php and created td-api-plugin.php similar to what it is said in the tutorials here. –>

I actually noticed sidebar’s div was empty but I realized that widgets did not rendered any html due to data filters… I dropped there another widget that I was pretty sure it would display something and here it goes. So… False alarm ! 😛
But I still wonder why manually registered sidebars are not listed in the TD “Page template settings” block, on each page.
To test I created a new category and posted new blog on that category. On the home page, flex block, when I choose that category, it says “No Posts”.
How can I resolve this, I have even watched the documentation video but to no avail.
Same problem here with lightbox. If block option not clicked when creating theme the image doesn’t pop up when clicking.
Not so important for me but just to inform you so it could be solved in future updates.
I have applied update 9.1 and this hasn’t resolved the problem with the composer. I have the single post template from London Pro open in the composer. I cannot add an image using a single image block and the single post share doesn’t show any details for adding accounts in the options screen. Some other functionality is also missing.
I had no issue with images not showing on the site, this is restricted to the composer, and older templates I created don’t want to edit properly? Any ideas? We are trying to move onto London pro and I need to update each template to stop it using the older blocks before I activate the pro template to ensure everything keeps displaying.

I have successfully updated to WP 5.6 and then Newspaper 10.3.9.1 but this has not fixed the Composer saving problem – I still can not save Content/Block changes on the Home-Front page. The icon continues to spin as before.

i do my first steps with this theme and so far i am playing and i found how to use the grid blocks for example. But in the demo for “Fast News” i see different things under the first slider. How it’s possible to do the “Check out The Best Entertainment Systems that Will Hit the Market in June” content and the others next to each other? Or the next one with looking like columns with content inside and outside for example social media icons?
Perhaps someone can help me with this. Thank you

Hello we upgraded theme to version: 10.3.9.1. Also, we regenerated thumbnails and this solved problem with blocks/pictures at homepage. But, we still can’t see logo into header at homepage. Even we can’t upload any logo/pictures via Theme Panel/Header/Logo & Favicon. Our site is https://recepti-kuvar.rs. Thank you, best regards, Miodrag

On this column are more blocks https://i.imgur.com/DUlHshX.jpg, if you want to delete theme you can simply do like this https://i.imgur.com/n3oKtxd.jpg (use the right click) you can do this until the column become empty -> https://i.imgur.com/ggo9sGL.jpg after that you can use the embed code from Twitter to embed the feed. When I first click “edit” on the homepage, I’m presented with the WordPress blocks editor, with a wall of code.
It appears that I need to click on “tadDiv Composer” at the top in order to actually be able to edit the homepage.
I work very hard to make it so that I don’t have to do training when I had a site off to a client — I want things to be as intuitive as possible. So far no one I’ve asked intuitively knew they’d need to click “tagDiv composer” at the top to actually edit the page.
Is there a way to send users straight into the tagDiv composer when editing the homepage? Or any other suggestions for making it more intuitive?
I appreciate any suggestions.

Unfortunately, for the moment the grids and blocks can be use only for posts and pages. For images you need to use the image elements from tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/tJ4losY.png or you can use with tagDiv Composer a column text or text with title and set in it a gallery -> https://i.imgur.com/KSQqlNu.png
