another question please:
please check this screenshot of the post demo, this post is using classic editor or gutenberg block? and how could I know these text design elements name? thanks

Here’s an imgur link with images of it in action:
– They all started as “http://staging5…”
– I edit the shown link to “https://stemcellpowernow.com…”
– I save the custom HTML block.
– The link is changed to “https://staging5…”
We can thus show that these links are being rewritten once saved in the editor, and only once changed in the editor. The other links all retained the old http:// (non-secure) variation, but the one I edited was changed to https:// and forced to point at staging5 again instead.
I need these links to point to the live site they’re actually going to be used on, not to the staging site I’m developing on.
Why is this happening and how can we stop it?
Hello there,
Amazing theme 🙂
Just having one small issue –
I’ve created a footer page and I’ve chosen to use a dark background. But when I insert a block, by default my block titles are black and of course this doesn’t work if they’re on a black bg. I don’t want to change the default setting as the rest of the blocks on my site are fine.
How do I go about changing the block title colour specifically for my footer page? I’ve tried a bunch of things but can’t see to figure out the right css/html. There is no option to set individual block title colour in the options it seems like, only accents.
Kind regards
Hi,
right, that I know. I was referring to the Flex Block 5 (see above) and the availability of the post view in this. Is it possible?
Thanks
Hi tagdiv,
I am using the Lifestyle Magazine demo. For the top 3 squares, the Grid Style 1 Default, I would like to show 3 different categories. I’d like the first square to show the most recent in my Events category, the second square to show most recent in my What’s New Category, and the third square to show the latest in my Featured category. Is this possible with Grid Style 1 Default? If not, is it possible for me to make something like that with other blocks?
Thank you,
Jennifer
It is text oh front page. Right now , we have taken it separately and made home page small. Can you please fix this and help us.

Is there a way to show percentage, rather than stars, when using Meta info on Modules/Blocks “Show Review” feature?
So — don’t use a child theme?
Or — the only thing to include in your child theme is functions.php, which will then override the parent functions.php?
What about changes to modules, blocks, etc?
Hey, Catalin.
We publish content in our staging site with absolute or relative URLs. If we use a relative URL, nothing goes wrong – it works like a charm. However, this takes extra overhead to process.
If we use absolute URLs while coding in a custom HTML block in TagDiv Composer, like https://stemcellpowernow.com/stem-cell-therapy-faq, then save the page, it is instead usually saved as https://staging5.stemcellpowernow.com.
We have tested this dozens of times with all sorts of workaround attempts and each time we save an absolute URL pointing at our live site while developing on our staging site, the URL runs the risk of being changed to the staging URL instead.
We have also tried taking pages that were made on the live site, creating a staging copy, then updating data on the site and pushing back to live. The URLs get changed to point at staging5.stemcellpowernow.com even though we did not change those links at all.
A useful example would be to go to staging5.stemcellpowernow.com/stem-cell-therapy-faq and stemcellpowernow.com/stem-cell-therapy-faq see that both of them point at staging5, even though we never had those URLs pointed at staging5. Staging5 was created almost a week ago, while that page was created around a year ago.
We contacted our host and confirmed that they never change the URLs. We do not and did not have any form of plugin installed that changed these URLs. We have tried downloading plugins to quickly change those URLs back after going live (which is still not ideal), but they can’t find any of the URLs that were made in custom HTML blocks by TD Composer.
Screenshots can’t capture the change, it’s simply a difference in URLs from what’s being written in the composer and what’s actually being saved when we save using the composer. My guess is that these are rewritten when the Custom HTML block is processed?
If you do want screenshots anyway, please let me know what part of the process you want screenshots of and I will get them for you.
Hi,
I have installed Slider revolution and embedded the slider in the theme. However, the responsive design is not working. Please advise how to do.
In addition, For the page setting, i am using WordPress 5.2.1, when i am editing the page, i cannot adjust the block setting, it must be editor in TagDiv Composer. May i know what to do to enable block setting in page edit instead of using TagDiv Composer. Thanks!
Cheers
Fred

Hey I have problem with the comment section.
We added the comments block ( Single Post Comments ) from the Cloud Template with tagDiv composer builder on our posts page. When we go incognito on an article and post a comment it says “Your comment is awaiting moderation” with the comment below it. The thing that is wierd is that it displays for everyone that visit the post, even when clearing the cookies or going in another private window.
We tested it on our homepage which does not use the tagDiv composer and the “Your comment is awaiting moderation” is only visible to the person that posted it and will be visible only if it is approved in the admin.
Do you guys have records of a similar problem ?
Thank you !
Hi,
1. Using the News ticker you have those filers -> https://www.screencast.com/t/y8ccwXaQ1K you can find more about the filter in this documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.
Also for 7 days sort please check this documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/
2. Unfortunately this is the single News ticker we have is the one from tagDiv Composer.
3. Please check our documentation for reviews from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
4. I do not quite understand on what gadget score you are referring, if you are referring to this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1u7vy3f9Q or this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/anFtsPuoWu please check this documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
5. Please check our documentation for how to Login – How to enable the user registration
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/login-how-to-enable-user-registration/
6. Our theme have an author page that describe the author and show the post that are publish by the selected author, but we do not have a page will all authors, but you can create one using tagDiv Composer ( team members elements ) also you can use author box.
7. This maybe a temporary problem to our serve, not this should be working normally.
Also please make sure that all the settings are as in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Thank you!
Hello !
Unfortunately this option is not possible with Newspaper themes. Our blocks are developed to feature the content from the site the theme is installed.
We are sorry for the inconvenience !
Thank you !
Hi,
The safe way to set some blocks in a post template is to use tagDiv Composer and a single post template from tagDiv Cloud library.
Also those blocks are from tagDiv Composer if this is not activate is possible that those blocks to have a different layout.
Also you can check the documentation for unique articles here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
You need to edit that page with tagDiv Composer click on block that have the read/load more and change the accent hover color -> https://www.screencast.com/t/v3f7yduBIXca
Thank you!
Hello !
A quick google got me to this: https://kinsta.com/blog/eliminate-render-blocking-javascript-css/. Unfortunately we cannot offer support for untested plugins but another quick google lead me to this: https://onlinemediamasters.com/wordpress-speed-optimization-plugins/
Hope this helps !

Hi,
Those already have a horizontal scroll by default, for the bottom modules. For example big grid flex 9 on mobile
– http://prntscr.com/nvubui
You could hide the top 2 modules with CSS, but that would hide the 2 posts as well.
Adding a scrollbar to a flex block by a setting isn’t possible, but if this request becomes more popular it will be considered. Maybe it could be done with CSS, haven’t tried something like that however.
Thanks
I had same issue and discovered somehow windows defender blocks the file. Disabling real time scan and firewall worked for me.
Hi,
Actually the ajax menu doesn’t have a color setting. The date and excerpt have but only in flex blocks – http://prntscr.com/nvshpf
For default blocks I could give you a CSS code – http://prntscr.com/nvsjm8
.td_block_wrap .td-post-date, .td_block_wrap .td-excerpt,
.td_block_wrap .td-subcat-filter .td-subcat-list a,
.td_block_wrap .td-subcat-filter .td-subcat-dropdown span {
color: #000;
}
This will affect all the blocks as it is currently.
The initial color of the article titles in modules is this one
– http://prntscr.com/nvsle6
Only flex blocks have options to color them differently – http://prntscr.com/nvslxz
For default blocks this should work – http://prntscr.com/nvsnv3
.td_block_wrap h3 > a {
color: #000;
}
This will also affect all the blocks as it is currently.
Regarding this – http://prntscr.com/nvsp1f I don’t quite understand what you want to do. Maybe you could explain a bit more.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately there is no option for 16:9, sorry!
But there are some blocks that have a closer size thumbs -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yRPYMOlBt4eI -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/
Also you can use some flex blocks, those can be set -> https://www.screencast.com/t/8mixJv0vEZ5 ->https://tagdiv.com/discover-flex-blocks-customization/
You can try the single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library.
Thank you!
Hello. I have a multisite installation with one primary site and other ten sites.
Is it possible to configure the filter in one of the blocks to show posts by one category that have been published in other site of the multisite?
Thank you.
Hi,
Please try this custom css for this problem -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9bmnrXXto
.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right {
display: block;
}
Set the code in Newspaper> Theme panel>Custom code> Advance css > in phone section, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
It won’t adapt automatically, you have to make the flex block adapt. So for example while flex block 1 displays 3 modules per row on desktop (which looks properly) – http://prntscr.com/nvrgul
On mobile it will display the same 3 modules per row (which doesn’t look alright)
– http://prntscr.com/nvrh8l
So you should set the block to display 1 module per row on mobile
– http://prntscr.com/nvrhhi
Most of the setting are per device (viewport) including the number of modules per row.
While working with flex blocks in the composer, keep switching viewports to see how the result looks on other devices.
If you have more questions let me know.
Thanks
Hello !
You can edit the spacing on homepage using the tagDiv Composer and editing the block’s css like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/x3MeHnAI
Thank you !
