Hello Anamaria
I’hve created the module from >> Cloud templates >> Modules Templates >>Blank – Module Template
I’m using it on simple page in Flex Block Builder

Hello,
Please let me know if you tried the steps that I provided. If you check the page source you will see that here https://i.imgur.com/rhoNLFP.jpeg is the h1, not on the block that you show in the screenshot. Please follow the steps I suggested, and then come back to the forum. I have the impression that you didn’t follow the steps, and if that’s the case, everything is in vain.
Thank you!

If you have a create account form in any normal place that is default in WordPress and not sandboxed in some way then anybody can create an account as subscriber.
(e.g., http://yourdomain/wp-login.php?action=register )
a) open the WordPress dashboard and click Settings » General. Find the Membership setting and uncheck Anyone Can Register.
b) use Akisment to block known bots on forms
c) use hCaptcha / recaptcha on any forms
d) if you use server side reporting, look for the IP(s) hitting your site 7,000 times and block at hosting level or via htaccess, firewall etc.
(I don’t work here; just long time WP and TagDiv user.)
Hi – I have a Newspaper license for my website for over 5 years now: cricexec.com
Recently we had a phishing attack, we believe due to a vulnerability in the theme.
This is a different issue from the known Balada issue, because we have Tagdiv 4.8 installed and the issue here wasn’t redirection.
The issue is this: we have removed the user registration/signup prompt from the website — because we don’t want just anybody to be able to create an account.
However, there are still thousands of spam accounts being created somehow (all “subscriber” accounts). We keep deleting them and they keep coming back. For example just yesterday there were 7,000 spam accounts we deleted.
And even after that, overnight dozens have been created.
One of these spam accounts recently launched a phishing attack, which we had to deal with.
The question is this: if we are not making signup visible, how are hackers able to create WordPress user accounts on our site? And how can this be blocked?
Hi – I added an image block to the home page (it’s the book giveaway image for BEHIND EVERY GOOD MAN) – https://50plus-today.com/ – have added the image link in the tag/div editor multiple times, but once I save it, the link disappears. Do you know what the problem might be and how I can fix? Thank you

Hello,
You need to use Flex block to have the option to filter, please check the guide provided above.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use the flex blocks and set on them what category of posts you want to show, and then this block will display the same posts for all categories; if you set the special filter for the current category, which dynamically displays the posts from that category within each category https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
The Posts Loop automatically filters the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example, on the category page, there will be posted posts from that category) https://forum.tagdiv.com/posts-loop/
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, no the theme doesn’t have this option to read more inside the post content. This is on our list for future implementation, but I don’t know when this will be added. You can have read more on the blocks.
Thank you!
when I click the ‘load more’ button on blocks it just goes to the top of the page instead of loading more posts. Is there a setting I need to change? Thanks
Hello,
Did you use a featured video? Also, please check the settings on the block https://i.imgur.com/5q78ax9.png
Thank you!
Hello,
I recommend to use 8.0,8.1 or 8.2 , but please also, update the theme to the latest version 12.6.6
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.
Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;
– Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example – https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);
– Clean WordPress files (example – https://i.imgur.com/stJCqiK.png)
Please block /wp-json/tdw/save_css
If an attacker wants to target this URL /wp-json/tdw/save_css they can do so. Even if the website uses a different theme, the attacker can still try that URL. We could add an option to be able to enable/disable the Live CSS, it will be considered. But for now in order to remove it this can only be done with a modification to the composer plugin. I think that all that removing it requires is to comment this line of code – https://prnt.sc/RtwvL5Nc4ikR -> https://prnt.sc/ymZmhdUfp57U But as I mentioned, the attacker can still try to access the URL.
If you want, you can contact our custom work team here, and they can help you update the theme safely: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you!
Hello,
The limit is applied, but you have the pagination set on the block infinite load, and that is why the posts appear; if you change the pagination type, you will see the difference https://i.imgur.com/zICARdJ.png
Thank you!
Hello,
So as a solution for you, if you want to have an ad box after the review block, I recommend deleting the code for the ad bottom from the single post content and adding the ad box element where you can insert the code from the ad bottom.
Thank you!
Hello,
I saw that you use standard templates; I recommend using cloud templates because those are more flexible and have a lot of options.
For the issue with quotes, please use this code
.tagdiv-type blockquote p
{
text-transform:initial
}
Set the code in Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
Thank you!
Hello,
Posts and pages are of different types. For single post templates, special elements like single post content, single featured image, and so on are used, whereas on pages there are different elements, such as flex blocks. If you want certain blocks, they can be saved with a right-click and can be used on pages and templates.
Thank you!
Hi,
On all my “pages” (not “Posts”, but “Pages” post type), I don’t know where to customize the CSS… Look at here : https://www.db-z.com/anime-dragon-ball/liste-episodes-dragon-ball/
–> On this page, the title is completely stucked to the breadcrumb, the text is not airy, and I can’t also customize the blockquote block.
Could you help me ? Thank you
Hi,
I’m using the woocommerce and td_woo plugin, and when i try to set the Woo Attribute Filters on category page, i get an error and i don’t really know how to solve the issue.
Maybe you can figure it out. If i disable the plugin, everythings works just fine.
Also, i reinstalled the plugin and still didn’t work.
Waiting for your reply. Thank you

Hello,
You need to create a page and assign that page ID to the modal. The page can contain forms, blocks, and other elements you want.
Thank you!
yes, but if i center then all what follows in the article is bold and bad looking.
I added with a block of Personalised HTML by copying it and pasting it.
Hello,
Those are only the design, not the custom post type, taxonomies, and fields. You need to create your own custom post type, taxonomies and custom fields and assign them on the blocks and the custom fields.
Thank you!
