The theme blocks and grids are predefined elements, which will respond in a predefined way concerning responsiveness. The way the grid looks on mobile devices cannot be changed, there is no option to choose how the grid will look on mobile.

What kind of font do you want to make it smaller for Block 3? The block title can be changed from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/m64ZzHCBsSTN according to your block used by you. If you do not want to change the title what exactly you want to change? The Block 3 does not have any excerpts which can be changed.

Each block can have a post limit set, you can control the amount of posts it displays

Then maybe add a different row and split that as well in any way you like, and so on

2. That will be the order of the page content on mobile. Sidebars will be displayed below the main content, for each row. You could set a smart sidebar in one row, that will always be in view (sticky), not multiple sidebars for different rows.
You can experiment with different settings and layouts until you create the result you want.

You should have access to all of the Blocks from TD Composer, as you can see in our tutorial. Make sure that you are using the latest theme version on your side and then, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Probably, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot have access to all theme’s settings. Try to do this, clear all the caches and check the results.
