Hi,
Please make sure you have updated the theme properly and disable all the plugins except Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue. If it works please enable your plugins one by one and see which one cause this issue and try to find an alternative.
If the issue persist please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please disable all your plugins except Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still get this error as a plugin could cause this. Also you can check this with a default wordpress theme and see if the error is still there as I don’t think that it is related to the theme and what you have provided is to general. You should see in what conditions you get this error and provide more details.
Thanks!
Hi
That seams to be a problem related with your WordPress install. At first try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer clear all caches and test again. If the problem persist try to make a new WordPress install only with the theme and Visual composer plugin and check if the problem persist. Before making any changes make sure that you do a full backup to the current wp-install and the database: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
Thanks!

When trying to create a new menu, the right side where menu items appear is no longer showing up.
I tried reinstalling nav-menus.php, clearing cache through W3 total cache, deactivated all plugins and switched themes then switched back to original theme and reactivated with no avail.
In addition to menu creation not functioning properly, the “Screen Options” and “Help” tab do not respond to clicks

Hi,
Thanks Chris for your help!
@razakey The theme doesn’t control the og: meta data so we recommend Yoast Seo plugin for meta data. Please disable all the plugins except Visual Composer and Yoast Seo, clear cache and check again. Please note though that facebook isn’t fetching you new meta info right away so you need to wait a while the new info are updated, so use facebook debugger tool to test/refresh your article – https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/
Thanks!

Hi
To remove the main menu from the site you need to edit the file corresponding with the header style used and comment the indicated line: http://screencast.com/t/0LhVdjkq
I’ve checked you’re site and noticed that the thumbs used for module 16 have a different size then the one from the theme. If you made any changes in module 16 structure try to revert them, clear all caches and test again.
Also make sure that you updated the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thanks!
Hi @tt5
If you made any changes in theme files or any other file related with WordPress try to revert them. Also for cache try to use WP Super Cache plugin which is tested and works fine with the theme. Here is our documentation regarding its setup: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

I’ve got ID, App ID, Security key and the widget itself managed to get the access token. I’ve cleaned all the caches… nothing. And then, several hours later, everything started to work. 🙁 Too much for my brains. Thank you, everyone!
Consider the issue closed.

Well, unfortunately it still doesn’t show proper FB likes count. I’ve cleaned all the caches and reinstalled it several times already. Using version 3.1 that comes along with 6.6.4 theme package. Any suggestions are welcome.
