Hi,
Please make sure that you activate smart sidebar from Theme Panel > Template Settings: http://screencast.com/t/PWBS1P4SrrLq and also please try this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active, clear cache.
Thanks!
Hi,
I’ve tested your site on mobile but haven’t found any issues the content is loaded fine. If you’re still experiencing issues with this try without any plugins, empty cache and purge files then try again.
Also consider disabling any js/css/html compression as it could also cause issues.
Please let me know how it goes and provide more details about this.
Thanks
Hi,
Use it like this: http://screencast.com/t/1PRBL6MY
.alignnone img, .aligncenter img {
width: initial !important;
}
For post editor panel please try to remove this css: http://screencast.com/t/khU6Wn5hC ..and see how it goes. Please also remember to empty caches and purge files if you sue cdn host.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme doesn’t have any “Automatic Post Delete, Changes Reverts” options. Not sure how this could and if it is possible.
Try to disable all plugins leave just the Visual Composer active then make sure you empty all caches you use and also purge files if you use cdn host.
After doing all this make some changes like you did in the first place and if this happens again.
I also suggest you go trough this WordPress’s guide on hardening your WordPress: http://codex.wordpress.org/Hardening_WordPress and also contact all your users whit administrative roles (if you have other users) and also take into considerations changing your admin panel password then give it a while and try to see if this happens again.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hello! Great theme!
I am building the layout of my blog site with placeholder stories for now. I noticed that the post blocks that include the ajax next and previous arrows no longer slide. The loading animation comes on, but it never loads the next posts. I disabled all of my plugins to see if that would help and cleared my cache, but it did not do anything. What could be the issue?
Here is a link to one example. This is happening on the site by the way, in every post next/prev slider.

Hi,
This issue has been fixed in the latest theme version so it should work, could you please provide a link to your site so we can have a look at this this and also make sure this doesn’t happen due to a plugin, test without any other plugins laving just the Visual Composer plugin active and also empty caches.
Please let me know and if you want to do this in private you can also use or email, address and send us a message with your site’s url there: contact@tagdiv.com
Thanks
Hi,
@CIDesign_Media I’ve tested your site using various iOS deices (iPad, iPod, iPhone) and didn’t found any issues, your background takes longer to load but no error.
Please let me know if you still have issues related to this and also test this without using any plugins, disable all of then and leave active just the VC plugin then test again and make sure you also empty caches.
Thanks
Hi,
Have you tried this without any plugins active? Please do so and also make sure you empty all caches and/or purge files if you use cdn then check again and let me know how it goes.
Thanks
Hi Guys,
The website was offline several times a day and my Hosting company just sent me this msg: “All the issues on your website are because of the plugin WPBakery Visual Composer which is consuming a lot of CPU in the background regardless of that all the content in most of the time is served from the cache.
I know that this is one of you main plugins and without it your website will not function properly but this plugin is very bad coded and if it can it will consume all the CPU server resources.”
The reason I write is because they actually don’t want to provide me with the hosting if I do not resolve this.
Please advise.
Hi,
I also tested this and is loading more than once when you scroll down on block infinite pagination. To improve the loading speed look the mysql query cache: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/query-cache.html We also use it on our demo.
Thanks!
Hi,
I checked this again and it’s works fine: http://screencast.com/t/rw1WS54Fsy4f
Result: http://screencast.com/t/8BDhllKTtW
It should work also in your case just make sure you empty caches and purge files if you use cdn host.
Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks Chris!
@pietro89 Please let us know if you still have this issue and also provide more details about this, also make sure you empty cache and/or purge files if you use CDN host.
This might help: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-image-upload-issue-in-wordpress/
Thanks
Hi,
I have checked your site and seems that post view count work fine. Are you sure that there are other articles in that section that have more views in the last 7 days? Please take a look like I said above to the custom fields and see if another post has more views. Also you can try this sorting on another block and see if it works. Also try this without any plugins active leave only Visual Composer active and clear cache. Let me know!
Please also note that this feature, when enabled, it pulls and puts together the top most viewed posts that have been viewed in the last 7 days so it dose not matter if a specific post added in a block it’s 5 or 6 or 7 years old as long as it has been the most viewed post from last 7 days.
Thanks!
and also the white line still exists (with this css) on chrome and partly on firefox. only on IE works fine
i empty cache from server and the font problem still exists http://screencast.com/t/XF9tDggA
thank you
Hi,
I tested this with your twitter id and it works fine: http://screencast.com/t/RpwgQmFM2 – http://screencast.com/t/F51EqbXGhStD Please make sure that you add your id properly, also try this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer and Social Counter active, clear cache and check again.
Also youtube works fine when I click on subscribe: http://screencast.com/t/wuTwYFr6LS
Thanks!
Hi,
Please try this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN.
Also please provide a link to the issue.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please change this to “parent” then empty caches and try again: http://screencast.com/t/dKertYzFz
Thanks
Hi,
1. Please also makes sure you try this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer plugin active and makes sure you empty all caches and urge files if you use cdn host then try again.
2. You can use this css for that: http://screencast.com/t/a1TR3Jdwqo2G
.block-title {
line-height: 30px;
}
3. For retina logo you have to upload a larger logo which will be used on devices that use retina: http://screencast.com/t/vgkN0H5H
Thanks
Yeah. I have that issue notably with Internet Explorer; less so with Chrome on Windows 7/64.
The trick I’ve found with that is to do ‘save’ on right side to update, then try again, and if it spins, hit save. Then if it shows up, then go to edit.
Stupid I know. Went through this same issue over the weekend with migrating site to Newsmag from Woo Canvas. Basically it’s the Visual Composer uses a bit of memory, and since it’s all ajax based and uses WP “transient” settings, seems like browser runs out of something.
And I’m on a Mac Pro with 32GB of RAM, running Windows in 64 bit – what memory am I running out of ? 🙂
So try this:
1) clear your browser temp files/cache.
2) try the “save” button right side before doing ANYTHING.
3) if it spins and spins, try save changes; then if it drops into the slot in the preview, then click the pencil icon to EDIT it once it’s there.
Stupid, I know … but that’s how I got it done! 🙂
Hi
I have
31 on mobile
45 on desktop
I use
WP Super Cache
WP Smush.it
http://popefrancis-ar.org/
What’s your advice to make it faster?
Same https issue here, featured videos not showing.
Replaced all http > https in /wp_booster/td_video_support.php but still no videos. (cleared cache)
Any other options, or is update expected real soon?
Thanks!
Hi,
1. Please make sure that you also enable greek support from here: http://screencast.com/t/YQNZEjsjZO then empty caches/purge files if you sue cdn host and try again.
Please let me know if you refer to this photo as I haven’t noticed anything wrong with it: http://screencast.com/t/wPVEqied
2. If your refer to the space under the image, you can sue this css to remove it or reduce it: http://screencast.com/t/N1sKfjWzqEZ
.td-grid-wrap {
padding: 10px 13px 0px 13px !important;
}
If this is not what you’ve meant please let me know and provide more details.
3. You can use the 3rd header style: http://screencast.com/t/mI8UiD6PBA ..and have it like this: http://screencast.com/t/DerGQXpn0
4. We have this on our todo list and we are working on it unfortunately we still have incompatibility issues regarding VC style.
You can try the solution from in this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/buttons/#post-21804 and import the VC css: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/buttons/#post-21825
We plan to restyle all VC elements in theme version 5. Sorry about this and for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins, leave only Visual Composer active, clear cache and check if you still have this issue. Also please check your permalink as I could not recreate this on my side and also you can check our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/asus-xonar-u7-sound-card-hassaba-a-built-in-headphone/
Thanks!
Hi,
Please deactivate all your plugins, leave only Visual Composer active, also empty cache and see if you can add links. Let me know!
Thanks!
Hi,
I have checked your site…please try this without any css code in Theme Panel > Custom Css. Normally this should not happen. Also try this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active and clear cache. Let me know how it goes!
Thanks!
