Hello,
Here are the three available solutions for the mobile version:
1. Responsive Desktop Version – The default responsive layout that adjusts to mobile screens using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/apZQZ0o.png
2. Mobile Page/Template – A custom mobile layout that can be created using the tagDiv Composer.
3. tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin – A separate mobile theme that provides a dedicated mobile experience but is limited in edits and changes.
Note: When the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin is activated, it takes priority and will be displayed on mobile devices. If it’s not active, the system will check for a mobile page/template built with tagDiv Composer. If neither of these is in use, the responsive desktop version will be shown by default.
Related to the cache, please check in the cache plugin documentation if this supports mobile cache if you are using the mobile page/template or tagDiv Mobile theme.
Also, the tagDiv Mobile theme is the only one that can be used for AMP. Unfortunately, the options for editing the layout are only a few. Also, pages need to be remade using the mobile editor only:

Thank you!
Hi,
I’ve just tested this on my own installation, and it is working correctly for me on all three options. Normally, when both the tagDiv Mobile theme and AMP are enabled, all three options should be available. These options allow you to set the mobile theme to be used only for mobile users, for both mobile and AMP users, or only for AMP users.
Additionally, when using the Mobile Theme plugin, it’s important to ensure that your caching plugin is configured to cache the mobile version separately from the desktop version. Otherwise, the site may not display correctly, and you may occasionally see the responsive desktop version on mobile devices or the mobile version on desktop.
While the AMP project itself is not officially deprecated, it is widely regarded as outdated and is no longer a priority for most modern websites. Today, similar or better performance benefits can be achieved using modern web standards and effective performance optimization techniques. For this reason, it is often recommended to remove AMP and focus instead on optimizing the speed and performance of your main website.
Thank you.
Hello, I have tried many times to remove the mobile logo unsuccessfully. When I add a new logo, the old logo is still there. The problem is only on mobile. I have cleared and reset the cache in my web browser and also tried a different browser, but the problem remains the same. I went to the mobile section, added a logo, removed the logo, and nothing changed. What is the problem? This should be very simple, but it isn’t.

Hi Calin,
I have cleared the cache and also tried in all different devices and browsers, this issue is happening only on main page, all other pages, the new update takes effect. Please kindly assist. You may see the website logo on main page and other pages, they are different, but it is configured only at 1 place (global logo configuration)
Thank you very much.
Can’t get a mobile menu with Newspaper theme on cell phones without turning off AMP which then hurts the desktop site by removing the hero photo and links which define the site.
Frustrated for weeks trying to solve this –
In other words:
The owner wants a “hamburger” mobile menu on cell phones. The ONLY way I’ve been able to get that is to turn off AMP. But when I turn off AMP the mobile site AND the desktop site become, and show, only the choices of posts. The hero picture and links of the main site vanish on both mobile and desktop.
I won’t bore you too much with the days of experiments and reading and working with AI trying to throw switches in Newspaper and in WP; nothing works. But I will say we’re aware of the choices: TagDiv Mobile theme plugin, cache clearing, menu settings (primary and mobile). Mobile theme is on for both mobile and AMP. All have been turned on and off several times in all possible combinations – but I’m not the creator of the site (he’s long gone) and may be missing something obvious to you. I hope!
The site is NewYorkHarborChannel.com
Can anyone tell me why turning off AMP trashes the desktop site? It seems to make no sense! Perhaps this will be a good clue as to the issues –
WP: Version 6.8.3
Newspaper! Version: 12.6.8
PHP Version 8.2.29
MANY thanks for ANY help!
Hi,
Are you using the mobile page or responsive version for mobile? If you are using the responsive eversion for mobile, then there are specific options that can be adjusted per view port – https://i.imgur.com/rKoe48B.png, but not all option can be edited per each view port, some of them can be set only global.
In case you are using a mobile page this will be edited separate from desktop version. Just a note when you use the mobile page/template make sure that the cache plugin you are using has option for deliver separate cache per mobile version.
Thank you!
Hi,
That means you are using the older standard header templates. In this case the module that displays the posts in the live search can only be customized using the global settings https://prnt.sc/LlosNc8Un4KE Please note that disabling the date there will affect all the blocks and modules, not just the live search. For more advanced customization please consider switching to cloud headers which you can fully customize with the composer https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
In case you just want the date removed from the live search, and you are not yet ready to switch to cloud headers, please enter this CSS -> https://pastebin.com/ryMaeFZD in the theme custom CSS section https://prnt.sc/wWJSRj_1ouC3 Then clear the cache to make sure the code applies. The date should be gone from the live search, like this https://prnt.sc/7r4GQQs1lO7L
Let us know if we can help with something else and we will check as soon as possible.
Thanks.
Hello,
I’m using the Newspaper template with WordPress infrastructure. I don’t know exactly when this problem started, but for some time now I haven’t been able to access the “Pages” section in WordPress and I’m getting a “critical error occurred” message. Until a few weeks ago, when I deactivated the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, there was no problem and I could edit the pages I developed with the tagDiv editor.
Now, even though I deactivate the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, I get the same error when I open a page with the tagDiv editor and I can’t proceed.
I would appreciate your help in determining what the problem might be.
Sincerely.
Hi Calin
Thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate there are many questions to be answered on the forum and I suspect that, under the pressure, you missed my PS that you could view the uncached website at https://news.cyprus-property-buyers.com/?nowprocket.
Also, the screen grab at https://imgur.com/a/6y9PpTB was also uncached.
Anyway, I’ve abandoned efforts to use the ‘Footer Delayed Load’ option as it’s a pointless exercise.
Nigel
Hello,
I think this situation is created by the cache options from the cache plugin and the delayed outer option from the theme.
In case you are using WP Rocket, then is no need to use the theme option for footer delay because the plugin already has this kind of option – https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1835-automatic-lazy-rendering
Thank you!
PS. To view site uncached – https://news.cyprus-property-buyers.com/?nowprocket
Hi,
This situation usually appears because you are using the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin instead of the responsive version. To have the same layout and content as on desktop, please go to plugins and look for the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin, disable it, clear all cache, and the responsive version will be displayed.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
If the changes apply when you are logged in, but when you check the website as a visitor, you no longer see the changes, then it is related to the cache you are using. Most of the time, this is resolved by clearing the cache.
Thank you!
I’m speeding up my website using the ‘Footer Delayed Load’ feature. In the footer I have 3 headings, all of which are ‘Block Header 8’ and coloured #ffffff.
However, when I delay loading the footer, the headings change as shown in the screen grab at https://imgur.com/a/6y9PpTB
(The website is https://news.cyprus-property-buyers.com/ – but you will see a cached version. The screenshots show the uncached version.)
Regards
Nigel
Hi inpeaks,
I believe that you have some option or something interfering, because by default, using the theme and Yoast SEO plugin, you should have only one title tag – https://i.imgur.com/b3LT60B.png, even using the “Force rewrite titles” option from Yoast SEO is displaying only one title, and that is the one set by YOAST – https://i.imgur.com/0K8kprT.png https://i.imgur.com/plUD8Xn.png
Please do a test using only the theme and SEO plugins and without any cache to see if the problem persists, to be sure you do not have any extra plugins interfering. Also, check the title settings from Yoast.
Thank you!
Having installed one of the pre-built website, I opted for the Observer theme but cannot remove the arabic text from the old theme on the mobile version. Cleared/flushe, cache but to no avail…..help?

Hi,
To cache mobile and desktop separately in LiteSpeed, enable “Separate View for Mobile Devices” in the LSCache plugin, ensure matching User-Agent rules in your .htaccess (or let the plugin handle it), and crucially, ensure LSCache directives come before other rules.
But, as mentioned above, on Cloudflare, you must enable ‘Cache by device type” (APO users) option; and this is only on the paid version.
Hi,
If it works in Safari but not in Chrome, the issue is likely browser-related. This can be caused by Chrome extensions, cached files or cookies, or an outdated Chrome version.
Thank you!
could you please recommend me what to do? I want to keep my custom homepage. I guess Litespeed is not compatible with tagdiv, do you have any other cache recommendations?
Hi,
When you are not using the responsive version on mobile you need to make sure that the cache use have the option to cache and provide a cache separate for mobile, also for Cloudflare you need to have Enable ‘Cache by device type” (APO users) option; unfortunately, this is not in the free version.
Thank you!

I created a custom mobile homepage with tagdiv composer and i set it up to be the homepage of the mobile version. Sometimes when I check my website I can see that the the custom homepage is not loading and instead website loads the responsive version of my desktop homepage. I have the mobile theme plugin disabled. I also use litespeed (cache on) and cloudflare.
my website is http://www.rezon.ba
it was a cache problem, it has been solved. THank you
Hi,
Usually, this is related to the cache and cache settings. Check to see if the flex block has any cache set on the block https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
Also, if this is resolved after you clear the cache, it can be from a cache option from your cache plugin.
Thank you!
Hello, in our site we have a flex block 1 item in our homepage which sometimes duplicates the titles of the last post (see img – ).
After clearing the cache it is fixed, but this is a temporary manual fix. Could you tell us why is this happening and what could be a permanent fix? Thank you!
Best regards,
