Hi Anamaria,
I’ve checked and there doesn’t appear to be this file anywhere in the backend. I’ve flushed the cache and disabled the plugin to see if that helps but no luck. https://www.screencast.com/t/2dhgIiqCa80
What else could it be that’s stopping the bar appear?
Best, Sean
When accessing the site for the first time, there is a strange broken phenomenon in the text part. This is what I inquired about once, and when I clear the cache, it seems normal, but after a while, the phenomenon repeats again.
Hi Support
The issue we’re faced with is that the desktop version is showing mobile version’s landing page until we clear the “cache” in full of the Wp Super Cache. When it is done it works but after few minutes (supposedly when the cache builds up), it goes back to previous state. I had no option but to deactivate the plugin to make it work now permanently, but indeed this is not a perm solution.
I have configured the plugin initially with the information mentioned: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
It has been working fine with no new plugins installed for last 2 months until it has started to trigger. Can you please advise as what could have caused this.
Regards
Muhammad
We are using LiteSpeed Cache v5.4.
There is a setting for object cache that can be on or off. When I modify that setting, the new articles are not showing up in the content blocks on the homepage. It’s odd, because some content blocks show the most recent content (ex. More Local News and Real Estate). But, the content blocks below the first two, are not showing the latest stories (ex. Entertainment, Community, Obituaries). All have the same settings. Why would some work but the other content blocks be showing old stories from 1-2 months ago?
Hi,
Please deactivate, delete, and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
There was no issue, there were issues with the plugin version only https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/jetpack-alert-about-td-composer-vulnerability/
Thank you!
Hi,
Did you have SiteGround Optimizer before? because this error is caused by this plugin. Please check the settings for cache, if you have set something for the backend -> https://i.imgur.com/207gwlQ.png
Thank you!
Hi,
You need to enable the mobile cache if your plugin has support for this, please let me know what plugin for cache you use.
Thank you!
Hello Sean,
This problem is caused by the plugin for cache that you use, I think that created a file like this -> https://i.imgur.com/Rt7fJMx.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ please delete that file, flush the cache and check after.
Thank you!
Hi,
This sounds like a caching issue. You can check if is a plugin conflict by checking only with the theme plugins enabled. But since you say when you are logged was working correctly, then it can also be a cache or object cache https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/.
Please let me know what plugin for the cache you have and the server.
Thank you!
On our homepage, we have content blocks on the left side going down.
The main content block (sorted by featured categroy) is working great.
The “MORE LOCAL NEWS” content block is working great.
However, the other blocks are not showing the latest stories/posts. When I go into edit the page, they show correctly and then when I hit “save” they don’t show the most recent ones.
Look at Entertainment category in the edit page:
Now, look at it on the site:
Basically, many of the content blocks on the homepage are showing old content and not the latest posts as selected in the edit page. Any help?
Look at the obituary stories on the homepage at bottom:
Homepage – scroll down to see obits on homepage block at bottom.
Now look at them on the category page: Obit Page with most recent ones
How do I get the most recent stories/posts to show up on the homepage – all my settings are correct and I cleared all the site cache. What’s wrong?
Another example.
See entertainment category on site (has old stories, not recent? https://ibb.co/P5rkjbQ
Now see it in edit mode with most updated stories: https://ibb.co/T2qnvZB
The only plugins I have are from the theme, I haven’t added anything this is a brand new site. The search bar showed initially – it dissappeared once disabling the sign in/register option. There is no object cache active

Hello,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hi,
Those create an object cache and those are not tested with the theme. Please check this guide to help you to solve it https://www.linode.com/docs/guides/how-to-use-nginx-fastcgi-page-cache-with-wordpress/
Thank you!
Hi,
What plugin for the cache do you use? Also, what filter option you have on the News ticker https://i.imgur.com/Ih2SKZ1.png?
Thank you!
Hi,
If your settings are not saved, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-does-not-save-only-content-of-homepage/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, and clear/purge all cache.
Thank you!
Hi,
There is no issue because the security issue was added in the tagDiv Composer version 4.0 -> https://i.imgur.com/sF8iilF.png those from jetpack put a condition there lower than 4.0 and I think that’s why that alert appears. Please deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
Thank you!
Hi so we are using Newspaper Pro theme latest version.
I’ve noticed on our server, whenever we enable Nginx Page caching or Redis page cache, the font size of the titles of the homepage gets very small at random intervals.
When we are logged in as Admin, the font becomes normal sized. Only purging the cache fixes this problem.
Is there any fix for this? It’s ruining our caching strategy and the layout completely. I’m enclosing two snapshots of the font size of posts without cache and with cache.
Hello Mariane!
Did you have the plugins installed, activated, and up to date?
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache.
Make a full backup, update the theme, do these steps:
1. deactivate TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall (delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
If the problem persists, then we can investigate this issue further via email. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello @danielfooddiary !
I can see that it works well: https://www.screencast.com/t/3w7WQHhp
Clear the cache from the browser and try again or check it in an incognito window.
Thank you!
Hi,
To sort the block for Popular (24h,48h and 7days) you need to have added the element SINGLE POST VIEWS => https://i.imgur.com/pLWuoSS.png -> https://i.imgur.com/BbrBmL0.png, also, for Popular you need to have this option enable https://i.imgur.com/grI3bti.png
The sort option will be displayed popular posts of the last 48 hours, those can be older posts.
Also, for this, I recommend using cache option on the blocks -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please let me know what version of the theme you have.
Also, please disconnect and reconnect the account there, clear the cache, and check after.
Thank you!

Hi,
Finally, I see that the problem is solved https://i.imgur.com/trT0Stq.jpg sometimes there are certain caches or object caches that are difficult to clean and the problem is solved when they are automatically deleted and new ones are created.
Thank you!
