Hi winipnews, if the theme panel options are revert back after refreshing the page, in most cases this is prom an object cache from host or some plugins. Please make a test using only theme plugins, also ask your host about if is use for your website some object cache to disable it.
If the problem persist send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin access and include the link of this topic in that email.
Thank you!
Hello,
We recommend using the Official AMP for Wp from our theme => https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ Also, please update the WordPress 5.7.1 and see if the problem persists.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again
Thank you!
Hello,

Hello.
I activated the ”WP Super Cache” plugin on my website.
I activated the mobile version of NewsPaper.
The problem is that ”WP Super Cache” is showing the mobile cache in the desktop version. How to solve?
Dear support,
i have noticed my site configuration is automatically changing 2 days ago, when i choose a block 3 on a page and choose a category for it, after i assign a category, i come after some time i find this category changed from itself without my interference.
this happens for all categories on the website.
example:
i am on a page for cars, i should display category posts for cars.
another page for bikes, i should display category posts for bikes.
what happens is that i found the cars category set for the bikes and vice versa.
when i try to change it back manually, and clear cache .
it stay for sometime and then get back to the same problem.
what would be the reason for that ? and what is the solution?
my site URL is http://www.healthcarebusinessclub.com
I have a dedicated server with Nginx but I got keywords dropping badly cause of this in an attachment. So I wonder what is better to put Nginx or super cache as I was testing something and didn’t have any as the server is pretty good, but something happened and nothing is good anymore
So what is the best to use cause seems like posts are loading slow. Nginx or super cache or both for this theme?
followed your directions even cleared cache disabled securities tried everything unchecked the tab as shown saved and a check comes up saying success but when refreshing page it reverts to show count
Hello,
When you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Also, usually, the problem is from the cache plugin used, because the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop (or vice versa).
Also, if you use multiple cache plugins this problem may occur.
We tested and recommend the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
Thank you!
Hello!
I just checked your website and it seems the Mobile Theme plugin is not active.
Normally it should work after installing the plugin.
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have problem with my mobile theme on http://www.24hdz.com
The website doesn’t display (https://imgur.com/a/rhp4lCG). The screen stills grey.
When I disable the mobile theme plugin, the website displays the desktop version responsively.
I tried to reset the cache but still doesn’t work.
I tried to disable JetPack and enable it again, nothing changed.
I also disabled AMP plugin.
I deleted the mobile theme plugin and installed it again. Same problem …
Any solution about this ?
Thanks

Hello,
1. Those articles can help you to create a staging website https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
2.It is possible that the theme and plugins update automatically, but the option is not set in the theme, the option is provided by your host, so you need to ask your host if the auto-update option is enabled.
3. When you did the backup restore, did you do the database as well? Also, the settings were made with tagDiv Composer or in the Theme panel or in the theme files?
Also, please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, is possible to use elements from that plugin.
4. For images please make sure you have enabled this option from Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Featured images => https://www.screencast.com/t/BIDW11v0
5. Also, if you can please do these steps before please make a backup => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAJXrSI-dDA

Hello,
Unfortunately, I can’t access your website https://www.screencast.com/t/NrqElDgAQGIe
Also, this is an article about unique articles https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/
This option automatically removes duplicate posts from the page.

Hi andreyrovnus,
The posts are not appearing on homepage? or those are not appearing on entire website.
If is only on homepage, then it can be from some settings that are set on the homepages blocks like offset -> https://i.imgur.com/MtZhWuX.png, or filters -> https://i.imgur.com/xKqWU3o.png
If the problem is on entire website, then most probably it is from some plugins conflicts and you need to make some tests only with tagDiv plugins enable, also without any cache plugin.
Thank you!
Hi, I have a problem with the theme not detecting the caching plugin I am using. I use hummingbird with server static cache from the server side. The problem is that it does not clear the server static cache. I have to do this manually every time. Everything is set up correctly, and I have talked to the developers at wpmudev.
Do you know what can be done, possibly looking into this to make them compliant?
It is critical that I get a caching that works 100%.
EDIT: (screenshot) https://www.screencast.com/t/P5PzAZR7kX
Hello,
You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again to disable the mobile theme.
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 18(models): 16(dom). T.. The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
For this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

1) I didn’t understand anything you just said because I’m not technical. I don’t know what a staging website is. I deactivated all plugins cleared cache and problem is still there.
2) The Newspaper theme automatically updated. The update caused a crash and everything got erased from my settings including logos, color theme and all saved elements.
3) So I did a restore from a previous back up, but still settings are missing I had to input them manually. Why did my settings go missing? IS this going to happen every time you guys update?
4) If you check now mindfulpump.com the images are not showing! I’ve tried everything and nothing is working.
5) My GT metrix was A and my site was loading very fast. Now when I type in my URL it is taking many seconds to perform any action. Then it loads but without images http://www.mindfulpump.com
Hi @knightsbridgelaw
I have this problem too, in the newest and old versions. I disabled all plugins except TagDiv, cleared the cache, nothing helped. Here only such recommendations apply, a cure for everything! 🙂
Hello!
First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:

2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date(specially Standard Pack installed and active if you use default templates).
