I just checked this on my install and for me the option is working -> https://i.imgur.com/87QN29a.png -> https://i.imgur.com/XilynVi.png try to add the http to the link and make sure that you clear all cache and you do not have any plugins taht are interfering with the theme settings.

I think that you updated everything but not the theme, you are using Newspaper v 10.3.5 and WP 5.5.1 but only from Newspaper v10.3.6.1 was added the compatibility with WP 5.5 -> https://i.imgur.com/X4AUBUR.png -> https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
Please make a full backup to website and database and make the theme update -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ and yes, you can make first the update in a staging or sub-domain to see how the update is working.
After you make the theme update and the problem still persists make a test and disable all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again, is possible to use some untested plugins that can interfere with the them functionality.

Hi pathdigitalsolutions, the problem with Instagram was because Instagram retired a legacy API permission on June 29. Here’s their post: -> https://www.instagram.com/developer/ now in last version our developers include a new api for Instagram that has the permission to display the feeds, for this you must remove your Instagram account from theme panel, clear all cache and set the account again as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/

That is the mobile theme layout, this problem is usually happen when you are using the theme fore desktop and the mobile theme plugin for mobile devices and your cache plugin do not recognize the mobile plugin.
To avoid these problems, we recommend to use as a cache plugin the WP Super Cache plugin with the settings from our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ or use the mobile theme plugin only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/QQf5SEN.png or disable it.

Please check if you are using WordPress v5.5 or v5.5.1, if yes, then you must use the last version of Newspaper theme too (10.3.6.1), only this will work on those versions of WordPress.
Also if you already have Newspaper 10.3.6.1 and you have this problem, then try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).

If the problem still persists, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can use the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper in some cases this can help you to make tagDiv Composer to work.

Please make one more test, please remove the YouTube api key from theme panel, after that generate a new one and set it in theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ after that clear all cache and purge the cdn if you are using.

I think that the problem that you can say is that you are using the mobile theme plugin, and this is displaying on some devices, if is so, please clear all caches you have and purge CDN (if you are using), after that the layout should be the same for all devices.

The above code is use to display the temperature

This is all I can do, unfortunately I do not know any method to disable the cache on some elements, sorry!

Hi,

1. Using the amp plugin the layout for the amp version will be different, or if you choose to use the mobile theme plugin, then you will have the same layout for mobile and amp versions.

2. Unfortunately I do not know how that can be done, sorry! maybe it can be done if you set some parameters in .htaccess or maybe there are some plugins that can prevent some plugins/pages/posts to be cached.
