Hi,

@dariosipos There are plans to renew the super cache settings tutorial in the future. The preload settings are basically the same from what I can see, in both tutorial and latest plugin version
https://www.screencast.com/t/N27EFyCbVJaM
Other settings have changed indeed, in Advanced they would be like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/NVTEGIpa6La
That would be the same configuration as before, simply caching has been renamed and the delivery method was restricted to simple and expert (simple being equivalent to the tutorial).

Thanks

Hello meri,

The button should have to be enabled if you want that your category to be hidden for all the post pages from that category, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KjjEQDqUR7rF and the effect is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/AqqDPcJJzp Without this setting enabled the effect can be seen here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JRj99Fw782

Clear all the caches and check the results!

Hi,

WP Super Cache has different Preload and Advanced menu compared to https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ manual and screenshots.

For example in Preload is missing “preload all posts” option which we should choose by your instruction, and in Advanced is missing”Caching: Cache hits to this website for quick access. (Recommended)
Use PHP to serve cache files.

Please provide valid link with correct manual.

Thank you

Have added a playlist and it’s worked fine but when I have changed some of the titles on YouTube the changes are not seen on the WordPress side and it is still listing the original titles.

Have tried deleting cache and deleting module and re-creating.

Any help appreciated

That is not happening in any of our tests. Regardless of multi-purpose plugin state, the mobile theme counter is not affected. Try reinstalling the multi-purpose plugin from the latest theme package and test again.

Deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins as a test. Clear all caching and CDN cache if used. If you use a child theme switch to the main theme.
We can take a look if these suggestions have no effect, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issues.

Hi,

We did not receive any other similar reports from theme users after the latest update. The last update was not major, the post sharing socials received some modifications and there were some various fixes made. So there would be no reason to cause the issues you are mentioning.

Try again to deactivate all plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Remove custom codes or theme modifications. Switch to the main theme if you use a child theme. Make sure there are sufficient resources as mentioned in the guide. Clear all caching and purge CDN cache as well. Monitor and see if there is any change. Hopefully you can identify what exactly is causing the problem.

Thanks

Hi,
We already spoke with our hosting provider and there is nothing on the log about. It happens also with another web in another hosting provider with the same theme. Maybe some change in the last version that may have conflicts with some cache/scripts/security?

Thanks

I’m updating this to say that I feel that I fixed this problem!
I cleared all of my browser cache and restarted browser. Boom. Fixed.
I am using chrome.
I decided to check to see if the text fields would appear in another browser, and it did.
So I took the other steps in browser caching.

Hello dylanswims,

Please check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> Most likely, the PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why some icons do not appear. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

I have made some tests with the theme and latest version of Firefox, everything is working properly. There is no problem creating posts and pages, selecting a post template or anything else like that.

Try disabling all browser extensions and clear the browser cache
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache
Try if possible to test on a different computer using Firefox. Let us know the results.

Thanks

Hello MESHC,

Where is the problem? Sorry, but I did not see any problem with your website! Provide some useful screenshots so I can identify it. If the problem reappears, please remove all of the untested plugins, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hi,

I’m having problems with your theme. I’ve been using it for more than one year in my site without any issues, but with the last update the site start to overload my server sometimes when I’m trying to edit or create a post (every 3 times of 5 more or less).
I thought that maybe was one of the plugins that I’ve using in the editor, like TinyMCE Advanced, but even deactivating all plugins, sometimes the editor still overload my server. I’ve also disable the minify on Cloudflare and W3 Total Cache, thinking that maybe there was a script failing, and it’s get a little bit better, but still overloading sometimes)

It is very annoying by the way. Can you help me to fix it? If you’ve already identified it and it’s going to be fixed on the next update, please tell me when do you expect to have it ready.

Thanks,
Regards.

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

After multiple attempts*, I can’t solve the problem of the search icon position, always on a second line.
So I go back to version 8.2
Is there a real solution?

Thanks
