Hi,
I’ve installed the theme and the child theme. When i installed the “Redis object cache” plugin and connected it i’ve suddenly logged out of the admin area.
When i logged back in i noticed that the standard WordPress theme (twenty…) was enabled. I again enabled the Newsmag child theme but now i keeps asking to “Please activate the theme!”
If i do this it is succesfull, but when i switch to another area of the backend the notification is back…
Please help..
Tnx

Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunaetly we have not tested the plugin so I cannot provide any insight into this issue.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
Thanks.
Hello mira,
It seems to be strange what happened on your website, sorry! I have checked to add your code to my website and seems to work as expected and this section does not appear duplicated on mobile devices, sorry! I saw that you are using some ads which can interact with the code and cause a lot of unknown issues. Also, I have inspect3d your page and I saw that you have two iframes which is not correctly loaded. The second one is cut and also, it should not be there -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yWfIlzqfqJ Check the code and the settings, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello! I have a problem, if I turn on the plugin TagDiv mobile theme, then there is an error: “The mobile theme couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (i haven’t). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results” If I turn it off, then I can’t edit the mobile version. Please advise what to do?
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website for a more accurate solution. That code should remove the bottom padding, try clearing the cache after entering it in the theme panel. It could be a caching issue.
Thanks
Hello Flyer87,
Do you have checked your system status parameters to be correctly increased? Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using Cloudflare and check the results. Also, make sure that you are using the latest theme version and WordPress CMS.
Hope this helps!

If by any chance is set to white this could happen. Change it if it is and check the results.

I just followed this instructions and it’s working again:
First, on your WP root directory, edit the file wp-config.php. If you find these lines:
define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); //Added by WP-Cache Manager
define( ‘WPCACHEHOME’, ‘/your-site-root-directory/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/’ ); //Added by WP-Cache Manager
delete them.
And if the directory /wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache is still there, delete it, too.
Then use FTP or your control panel file manager to delete the full directory /wp-content/cache and /wp-content/wp-cache-config.php and /wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
Hello Bogdan, i’ve tried in another subdomain and it works perfect, but in main one won’t. I´ve also tried wihtout any other plugin but still crashes everytime i install or activate wp super cache
Could you help me up?
Hi,
I get this error on TD Composer’s live edit page “Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!” after first save of page.
Yoast SEO link setting disabled, even tried with disabling it.
WP Fastest cache disabled to test, also didn’t work.
What else can cause that error? SSL used in site but auto redirect to SSL site with .htaccess. WP and site URL are same and with https on general settings.
Hi,
The theme has only one stylesheet used for the all the elements. Maybe the method you are using is creating errors or conflicts with the theme, possibly more then just the search functionality. Check with the browser inspector and see if there are errors present.
We have tested the theme with WP Super cache, other caching plugins or configurations of those plugins may cause issues.
Thanks
Hello,
I have inspected your source page and I saw that you have some errors through your log and also, I saw that you are using a lot of unknown plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of problems -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WtzdWGOA Try to remove all of them, use only the required plugins, purge all CDN files clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.

Hi,
I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS is working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly to this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css. Also, please update the theme to the latest version of it.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!

Hi there,
I always say that I love your theme but it’s true… 🙂
I have one issue…
I use WP-Rocket as my cache plugin and It works fine, it minimify and concatenate the css and js files and the web runs like a rocket… but….
have an issue with the search glass in the menu, It doesn’t shows when I click on it…
Could you tell me wich css or js file is using that function to show the search box so I can exclude it from the caché files?
Thanks in advanced.
