Most likely, the Excerpts for that modules has been set up by words and the theme does not recognize where exactly one Chinese word is finished and that’s why you bring that results. Please keep in mind the Visual Composer should works as expected with the latest version of the theme because it was fully tested without any wrong results. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. The Facebook Classic only bring the information from Facebook and not send it to Facebook. For example, if your post is shared on Facebook, all the Likes will be displayed on your site for that post but the reverse is not true. Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what do you mean regarding on theme counter? Please provide more details about this way so I can provide a more accurate response. The theme only has the post view count functionality and the settings from this can be controlled from Theme panel, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/ Enable this setting from here and then clear all the caches.

I have disabled all plugins, cleare cache and did everything You ask and this problem still exist. Please, let me know what exactly is doing at 284 line? Maybe it is connected with something I can live without and it can be set in theme options?

Hosts also provide caching solutions that most of the time users do not even know about. Please contact your host and ask for the removal of any caching solution from the server side.

I have searched a forum but without success. My problem is I have this kind of error at Chrome console. It appears ONLY at main page and only when I want to scroll page. At other categories there is no problem. I have spent few hour cleaning my cache etc. Please, let me know what should I do?

i disabled the all plugins (tested and untested) and clear all the caches (and i never changed any css code of the theme).
And upgraded to from 8.1 to 8.2.
But The problem is still continue..!
Can we add the to any extra css code for fixing?.

I recorde 2 videos to show you the problems. When the videos were recorded, there was no custom css and all the caches were cleaned.

All the content made with visual composer is loading boxed first, and then it turns to full width.

It always loads first the default theme font, and then it turns to the one I definded on the theme panel (the font is custom and I uploaded it trought the theme).
Then, if you go to my site on mobile, you will see the effect is the same in both cases, and moreover the menu is loading black first, and then it turns to white.
Everything is very strange… đ
I deleted the custom code and cleared the cache, and the problem persists.
The content is loading boxed on desktop, and after a second it turns to full width (only pages made with visual composer).
On mobile, the header is loading black first, and then turns to white. Aswell, the content loads boxed first.
I hope you can have a look to see what’s going wrong. By the way, I added back the custom code.

First of all, make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest method, in this case, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if you are using the child theme, switch the theme to the main theme version, remove all of your additional customisations and check the results. Notice that if you are using some untested plugins, most of them might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues.

Sorry for the delay, we do not work on weekends.
We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.
1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.
2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh
3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder.
You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with. Do not edit a page with tagdiv composer if it was not originally built with it. If you created your page in visual composer and then switched to our own page builder, you will have to re-create that page
Please test this on a brand new page with no existing content.

Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
ActiveCampaign is not among the tested and recommended plugins so I cannot say for sure if it will work or not with our theme.
