Also contact your hosting provider and have them disable any hosting side cache as this tends to be the case more and more these days.

When I try to link site maps it says there is a problem with my robots.txt where there isn’t (I dont think):

Please keep in mind that our theme does not have any control over this section. You should use the Facebook Debugger and pull scrape again to refresh the page. If you write relating to another topic…why not write in that topic? The solution provided there wirks. You just need to place the code in the theme panel->custom css box. Also make sure to verify the code you may already have in the theme panel as a tag that is not properly closed could make the css not work. You can also have caching enabled so you have to clear cache after you add the css.

It seems to be a caching problem generated by your caching plugin. Try to clear all your caches, purge all CDN files and check the results. Also, try to clear the server cache from your dedicated server. If you do not have any permissions in this regard you should contact the hosting provider and request this task.

Also, inspecting your website, I have noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP, use only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet, clear all your caches and check the results.
