Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
This seems the theme was not installed properly.
Please use this guide to properly install it via ftp and follow each step properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
If the install was done properly, there should not be any error. If there is one, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!

hi,
1. I have some problems with your td-speed-booster plugin version 4.5 does not work with plugins Cache Enabler and WP CDN Rewrite. Creating gaps post to google and GoogleNews.
I also tried Wp Super Cache, but caused a website blocking.
I want to bring in the footer deguenti file:
https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans%3A300%2C400%2C600%2C700&ver=4.7.2
https://static.site.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/css/js_composer.min.css
https://static.site.com/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/style.css
https://static.site.com/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/js/tagdiv_theme.js
With your plugin could do it, I would need a code to be entered in the file function.php
otherwise you will have another solution with another plugin ??
2. Then another question, I can minimize the following files, on the advice of google speed, or cause errors:
/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/style.css
/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/js/tagdiv_theme.js
I look forward to new about and do not tell me I need a technician, otherwise return thema and I turn to others and make you a bad publicity.
Don’t know if thats normal…
Use cloudflare cdn to reduce server load. Free plan is good.
Use Cloudflare page rule to cache everything of your website including html. (Google how)
Use cloudguard plugin to prevent server resource usage by stopping requests to server from hack bots at login page.
Be advised that plugins such as wordfence use high resources for scanning your website.
It’s not an issue with the theme, I changed my site over to SSL during the week and it all works fine. Did you do a search and replace of all the old http to the new https?
Follow the steps in this guide, it’s one of the best I have seen https://www.keycdn.com/blog/http-to-https/
Make sure you have cleared all web, CDN and browser caches as well.
Hello,
We use Newspaper’s mobile plugin as our mobile theme at The Apex (http://www.theapex.racing). We use a smart list post style for multi-page reference posts that we call Race Reports. On desktop, these work great and don’t do strange things with the images.
However, on mobile, each page of the smart list seems to take the first image it finds on the page (if there are any) and moves it to the top as a “featured image.” This might be okay but it also removes it from where it’s supposed to be and interferes with the information we’re trying to present.
Here’s a particular page (https://www.theapexracing.co/2017/01/race-report-2017-rolex-24-daytona/4/) that demonstrates this effect as viewed on an iPhone 6s Plus:

How can I modify the mobile theme so this no longer occurs?
Thank you!
Ben
Hello Gaurav,
These are two different things and it is not needed to be used altogether. The WP Super Cache is needed to be used because gives a more page speed at your website. Also, if the CDN will be used, you will increase the page speed of your website.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello ramspeed,
Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello EmaO,
To be safe, please try to make a full backup to your database, delete the old theme and install it again via FTP with only required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Notice that the theme should have to work as properly in default state because it was tested and until now we have not encountered any bad reports in this regard, sorry! Try to make a new fresh install, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the result. For more information about FTP way, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
I am not using a CDN such as CloudFlare. Is it still advisable to use WP super cache? Or its of no use without CDN?
Starting with point 3: The error warning started happening right when I activated mobile theme
4. I purchased the theme for speed, our alexa has really been falling drastically since install, we have noticed that the menu takes some time to load , its like it has a delayed animation.. This happens on your demo too. It thenm works fine after first load, but when you move to next page it struggles to load again. So if now if mobile isn’t faster, what will make the main site faster
2, we have optimized it accordingly and even added imagify, keycdn but the issue still persist , can you have a look? Please note that this is not a new site, it’s very old and has a history, and loads of visitors and has other thems changed. I am trying to resolve this with you, if you will take the time to see, but it just seems the speed issue is really a problem,
I’ll contact you with you with login

Hello all,
That looks spot on like a js error that causes the theme lazyload animation to break and cause all images to get an opacity of 0 thus making them transparent. Try to disable this from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/dlNbhT0QO1 Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
@Chito, the latest version of the theme is Newspaper 7.6 which using the Visual Composer 5.0.1. The theme works as properly and until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry! Try the theme in default state, without any untested plugins, additional customization and check the results.
Thank you!
Hello bartgevers,
First of all, please try to remove all untested plugins, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install via FTP, load a new video on your desired section and check the results. It should work as properly. I suspect your issue happens due to your configuration of your theme, untested plugins used by your or other additional customizations which might damage the theme layout. Revert the theme to the default state and see what is happening.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello Philipp,
You should check your System Status and increase the parameters to higher values according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello BoraGursel,
Might be a problem caused by your untested plugins which can interact with your theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues at your backend. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, please ensure that you have minimum requirements for your dedicated server, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Both visual composer and wordpress seo by yoast are compatible with our theme. Please try to deactivate all other plugins except visual composer and seo yoast, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test to see if they both work properly. If visual composer still does not work with just the 2 plugins active, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide access to your site so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thank you!

Hello rudiamirudin,
You should clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Most likely, your caching plugin is too strong and maybe that’s why it is delivered the old footer logo.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello rsuereth,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the required plugin versions which come bundled with the theme packet. The Social Counter is fully tested with the theme and it seems to work as properly with it if it was properly setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
If you want to change the color of your weather widget, you should use a bit of CSS code to do this because the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-weather-degrees-wrap {
color: red;
}
.td-weather-now{
color:red;
}
The results here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NimPC3oWK
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
