Hello,
The tagdiv analyzer is only beta; we recommend it only if you have a few blocks on the page and a standard style.
The page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website. A good choice for the page speed, could be the mobile layout which contains fewer elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us; you could check some of them

Hello @marekporwol505 !
Itβs possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you donβt use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

I set up my mobile theme originally to use AMP pages, but I’ve changed my mind and want to not have any AMP pages showing. I purchased the Purge AMP CDN Cache plugin to try to get rid of the AMP pages, but they are still rendering.
Also, possibly related, I’ve modified the NP Theme mobile and mobile-2 pages, but is still rendering the desktop version. I’m thinking maybe I have the mobile theme panel settings wrong.
How do I set it up to only render the mobile theme on small devices and get rid of and AMP versions?
I think the Lightspeed is not fully compatible with the Newspaper theme. Page optimization with Lightspeed plugin breaking the site. I am using Lightspeed webs server and Quic.cloud CDN & cache service which need the Lightspeed plugin. Request to make it compatible for Lightspeed. Also the theme has some issues that causes high CPU load while loading a page or post. I searched everything, tweaked the server but nothing solved that. TTFB is high in the page speed console. Some pages consumes 90% CPU while loading a post. I have activated 26 essential plugins only( https://tinyurl.com/2ab22udm ). This actually disappoints me and stopped me to write articles instead searching for speeding solutions.

Yes, indeed I have cleared the cache and emptied the CDN.
Most likely linked to a Theme bug. We are working with Version: 12.5.1
Dear Support,
We have not installed any new Plugin or deactivated functionalities.
Before the Javascript was disabled and it was working properly.
We do use WP-Rocket as a cache plugin combined with Cloudflare and CDN.
When trying to activate the option (after saving it) it goes back to off mode again.
Very strange.
Hello!
Make sure the setup is correct for every social network that you use and that there is not a conflict. https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
It should work well because I’ve tested this feature.
Thank you!
Hi there,
I cannot get the Instagram follower count to be correct in the Social Counter plugin. This is related to this issue. The plugin is freshly installed, account with correct follower count displays in the backend. WP Rocket, Kinsta cache and CDN cache have been cleared. I tried setting manually, and then unsetting it, but no luck.
Can you please advise what steps I can take to ensure the correct follower count displays?
Thank you.

I hope you are doing well,The reason for messaging you is that I’ve seen your speed optimization guide, which is very good. Many people have improved their speed using it, but even after trying everything, my site’s speed isn’t increasing. The score remains the same. I’ve applied everything, and I’m using Cloudways CDN Enterprise. My site is: https://myelectricsparks.com

When you log in to the WordPress management screen, the display of the website when you log out is very different.
(i.e. it doesn’t show up in the original correct layout when you log out, it’s broken)
γ»Clearing the cache does not change the situation.
γ»By the way, I do not use any CDN services such as Cloudflare.
What do you think is influencing this?
For your reference:
Not all articles do. Part of it.
I set multiple templates on the cloud template management screen. (Maybe this is the cause? Is it interfering?)
I would appreciate your advice.
We use a custom font throughout the site.
To the logged users the source appears normally.
For some users who are not logged in, a standard Windows font appears and for others the correct font.
We did a test here and for users not connected on the cell phone, the correct source appears, and on the desktop the wrong one.
We have already tested disabling the cache and CDN plugins and it did not work
Any idea what might be going on?

I know there are third party plugins for this but i feel this would be quite simple to do if i could style the comments differently. Add a category called “question” and the title/post content would make up the question and then the comments could be the answers. Its already the perfect hierarchy. All i would need to do is use a different theme for posts of this category. I would style it so the comments are a more prominent part of the page so the user could clearly see the answers to the question at the top.
I was hoping there might be a cloud template for this but I couldn’t see one. I have tried creating this but I am struggling to restyle the comments to make them look more like answers to a question as opposed to traditional comments. Theres also no way to modify the title of the comment block to read “2 Answers” instead of “2 Comments”.
Hello!
Try to clear all the cache and also from your browsers.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, that’s right, the faster it is, the better will be!
now these values ββare not only caused by the theme, there are also plugins and extra resources that cause problems, but most of the time they can be solved with WP Rocket and CDN.
The thing is that it is quite hard to adjust everything , but it is not impossible π
First it will be need to get the best settings on WP Rocket for your website, I will suggest to try the settings from those articles (if you haven’t tried them already):
β https://www.andraware.com/wp-rocket-for-newspaper-theme/
– https://www.xtechkr.com/optimize-newspaper-theme/
What else can be done is to reduce the number of elements on the page to reduce the DOM.
I hope this will help.
Hello @akisloukas !
I can see that you get a 403 error, that’s why the image is not opening at the first click. Itβs possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you donβt use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
