When you are using cloud templates, you have one that it is set as global and that one will apply on al categories that do not have set an individual cloud template -> https://i.imgur.com/rWAbFBR.jpg so, yes, editing that cloud template will make the changes on all categories.

I checked your website and cloud header and footer seems to be set -> https://i.imgur.com/isbRPk6.png but, maybe you set them in the time. I’ll like to have some more details about this situation, in this way I can have a clue about what happened. Can you please provide some more details, did you made some updates? Maybe you installed a plugin, changed a demo or something? Usually, those are cases when the tagDiv Cloud Library can be disabled and display default header and footer.

Most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error. Usually, when it is from a shortcode the problem is only on the pages that use that shortcode.
Also this can be a plugin conflict, so you can make a test using only tagDiv plugins.

To set the featured image on full width of page, you’ll need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the cloud template, set a row on full width -> https://i.imgur.com/7zhVDrw.jpg then drag the featured image on that row, then just adjust the image format -> https://i.imgur.com/hGcplfS.jpg
You can reinstall the demo like you said or you can get only the cloud templates from cloud and replace them.

Greetings: I duplicated some pages td cloud templates as I had for a previous event 40 Under 40 and want to use the same files for a new event Top 100. Everything looked fine as I would open the Cat, Single, and Header and make the updates no problem, but the one thing I can’t change is when you look at the Cloud Library Templates my update Header still shows the mobile header of the old one. The question is how do I change the Headers mobile version? I know how to open the single or category and you use the manager to select which header you wish to use no problem, but there is no option like that for the header file to select its mobile counterpart? First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Please make sure you have the latest version (11.3.2) of the theme, plugins and all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Check if the tagdiv Standard Pack plugin is installed and active (Newspaper -> Plugins), if you use default templates.

The header and footer cannot be edited or saved.
We have followed the instructions from other threads regarding opening the homepage Page then using the edit in tagDiv Composer button, then going to Manager, clicking on the name of the template under “Choose header template” which then displays the template and allows editing it but not saving it. This goes for the header and footer.
We get the “This type of header is not editable with tagDiv composer. Please use a cloud template!” message when we simply hover over the header or footer. When viewing the Cloud Template library, the footer does not display the option to edit in tagDiv Composer directly.
We can arrange access to the site via Temporary Login if this helps your team diagnose and fix the issue.
All plug-ins and WordPress are up to date. All elements on the system status page are green boxes.

1. The flex blocks are working on every cloud/PRO template. Doesn’t matter if it’s a post or page. But, we have special shortcodes for pages and posts too.
2. The posts means articles. So, you can call them as you like.
3. In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information about what you need to achieve, screenshots or a video.

Unfortunately, this files can not be set in a child theme.
