Hi where and how can I export a cloud template I built?
And how can I import it after?
Hi there, I’m trying to activate the NewsMag Cloud, but realizing that maybe Newsmag doesn’t have that option?
Just checking to see if I should have purchased NewsPaper theme instead. If there is, can you demo how to do that.

I have been experiencing multiple URLs blocked (not indexed) as shown in GSC. Here is a sample URL and you can see “Blocked by robots.txt – and the description of 13 reasons, with TD (Tagdiv) composer named. We have been working with developers trying to Reindex and validate URLs in GSC, but to no avail, finally, we stumbled on this notification when Testing the URL and clicking More Information in Search Console.
Please offer any suggestions to look at our Tagdiv settings in Cloud Library, or elsewhere in theme panel, to fix the settings, and allow us to resubmit all nonindexed or blocked URLs ASAP,

HEllo,
Im having some trouble when it comes to import a section from the cloud. The message of “are you sure you want to import this?” gets stuck behind the pop-up for the cloud. See images. I can move it with CSS, but its not clickeble.

You can change or adjust the blocks to display what you need in the tagdiv composer.
You can’t have the mobile theme layout on the desktop version.
The shop page seems to be the default one from Woocommerce, and the mobile version doesn’t load anymore. I suggest you use a cloud shop template from the TagDiv Shop plugin.

There is a 520 error from Cloudflare in your mobile shop. I can see that you have the mobile theme plugin installed on your homepage.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

the problem we are having is that i am trying to hand pick the featured ones for each category so i cant simply set it to displau current category in the filter section of the flex block.
and what is happening is that when i edit the ‘featured’ flex block in category X to display eg posts 175, 176, it edits the category cloud template to display 175 and 176 in the featured flex block on all tag pages that are using that cloud template.
what i need to be able to do is hand pick the featured posts for each tag and category.
it is also doing it for the page title. I’ve inserted a title element into the category/tag cloud template, but when i eg change it to display ‘Featured X’, it changes that in the cloud template too so now if i go on category Y, the title also displays ‘Featured X’ instead of ‘Featured Y’

If you use a single cloud template, then you can edit it with the TagDiv Composer and remove the date element from there. After every modification, you need to reindex your website on Google. It may take some more time.

If you use cloud templates, please edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit it.
If you use the mobile theme plugin, then check in the Newspaper-> Theme panel-> Translations-> Translations and replace the words on the right side.

Yes. Good you were able to replicate it.
1. From what I figured it is this for the Hover:
In file: td-cloud-library/shortcodes/author/tdb_author_socials.php the bold part below needs to be changed.
target=”_blank” title=”‘ . $author_socials_data[‘social_id’] . ‘“
2. For making it from “mail” to “Email” (bold below)
$buffy .= ‘<span class=”tdb-social-text”>’ . ( $author_socials_data[‘social_id’] == ‘mail-1’ ? ‘Email‘ : $author_socials_data[‘social_id’] )
But these two things can only be changed by editing file. Unless you will make it available as a setting of the block to be changed in TD composer?
I recently purchased Newspaper theme and I installed it successfully. When I activate tagDiv Cloud Library Plugin it’s AUTOMATICALLY DISABLED. And error shows like this:
PLUGINS DISABLED AUTOMATICALLY
The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper:
tagDiv Cloud Library

Thanks Bettina, your answer led me to find the Search Template I’m apparently using, in my Cloud Templates. The only Search Template in play is Search Template 40 – Pandemic Pro, so I opened that with tagDiv Composer. On that page I can select the Posts Loop element and see the Sort Order option in the Extra section of the General tab. It was already set to -Latest-, so I didn’t make any changes. Glancing through the other tabs, I don’t see anything else that might impact what results I get or how they are displayed (other than appearance options). Should I try a different Search Template altogether?
Same problem here. And it’s pretty easy to fix it. Unfortunately few updates passed and it hasn’t been solved.
In Td cloud plugin:
td-cloud-library\state\single\tdb_state_single.php
In get_posts() function on line 2399 you need to add to parameters array this:
‘numberposts’ => -1,
Please make this fix in next update. Because every time i change it directly there, your update with this bug will rewrite my fix.

If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

No one has replied on the emails. We have been waiting since 7 days now.
If you cannot let me know what the problem is or how to solve it, please let me know. We will move away from Newspaper theme.
We cannot wait for weeks to get a simple resolution that your cloud library plugin is corrupt and not working (as we moved to a fresh new dedicated server just to test it out as well, and there too it crashes the site), which is why our website crashes and without Tagdiv Cloud library header and footers do not work.
Really sad, that a 10-year-old customer who has multiple websites working on Newspaper with legit licenses has to wait for such a long time. Others on the forums are also complaining about this plugin that has bad PHP code in it.
