To see the most popular posts, you’ll need to filter the block using one of those filters -> https://i.imgur.com/lyCJa5Y.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ for the days, the option needs to be enabled in the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/Haz4xoo.png and you need also to have the post view enabled (if you use standard templates, the option can be enabled from the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/mCp1Mgd.png if you use cloud templates you’ll need to set the elements with tagDiv Composer on single post template).

Hello Felipe,

1. Please make sure that you have set the same header template globally, for pages, and cloud templates.
2. When you edit with tagDiv Composer is displayed the box?

Thank you!

Hi,
Our theme provides 3 versions for mobile that can be used:
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use the mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example, the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use the mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in the current post/page, if you use the option, then it will use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
So in your case, you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.
Here is also a video that explains all those -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hello,

Those websites don’t use mobile theme + amp on the website and use the cloud templates.
Also, this one is not made with the theme -> https://www.carblogindia.com/

In this topic – https://community.cloudflare.com/t/problem-rule-admin-ajax-php-403/422344/5 there is a suggestion that could help you too.
In case this can help you, please let us know!
In the meantime, I have opened a ticket with this situation and the developers will evaluate it.

Hi,

This issue has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/hyperlink-format/
Please note that the link color for cloud templates can be changed individually on each page from the tagDiv Composer.

Thank you!

Hello,

Seems you use mobile theme; and you can’t edit the mobile theme with tagdiv Composer.
Also, the footer you can customize from Theme Panel-> Mobile Theme -> footer => https://i.imgur.com/7ABDfSe.png
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.

Thank you!

Hello,

You need to translate the English (original language) header for each language in part – https://i.imgur.com/CDmeHCf.png you should have them for each language cloud template – https://i.imgur.com/4agmUtg.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/ and set what logo and menu you want.
A much simpler and faster alternative is to duplicate the cloud template you want to use in another language, edit it and select the desired language – https://i.imgur.com/z1CqgBo.png (edit the name) – https://i.imgur.com/dPX8ROs.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/Lc81IgP.png This method needs to be used to translate all cloud templates.

Thank you!

Thank you, but it is not a tag cloud, this box only show 5-6 tags (first or most popular, each way quite useless).

A Tag Cloud shows all the tags used in a box, and the ones I liked had the feature that the more popular tags had a slightly larger font.

https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-tags-and-archive/
Is there a plugin I can use for tag cloud, that you tested?

Hi,

If you have a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jHatJGC1qRf, select the Single Post Views => https://www.screencast.com/t/NhUGCRfI and with right-click, you can delete it.

If you have a standard template, then you can disable the post views from Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Types => https://www.screencast.com/t/LAv90B5eZ (please make sure you have tagDiv Standard Pack activate for standard template)

Thank you!

Hello!

It could be a plugin conflict between 2 builders. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/

Hi,

Normally, now we recommend cloud templates, which do not require a child theme. We can take a look so, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin and cPanel login and the license certificate and purchase code.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please note that we try to answer as many topics as possible (support hours (GMT+2) are from Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/ The support hours may be affected by our nation’s legal holidays.

It seems you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
Please deactivate the plugin, tagdiv mobile theme, clear all cache.
You can disable the mobile theme plugin on the pages from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.

Hi,

You need to translate the English (original language) header for each language in part – https://i.imgur.com/CDmeHCf.png you should have them for each language cloud template – https://i.imgur.com/4agmUtg.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/
The pages are created with tagDiv Composer which is a page builder, when WPML is used it cannot translate everything that was built with the page builder and must be edited for each language separately. Please open the page in the editor and click on translate – https://i.imgur.com/TXH6y1c.png
When you make the corrections, make sure you are on the page with the language you are editing, and if you use the cache, or object cache, please clear it.

We have notices a small bug but would be nice to get it fixed.

When a page using any “infinite scroll” modules gets in cache (here on CloudFlare), when a logged in user triggers the “load more” (same thing happens with infinite scroll) the ajax request gets bounced with “forbidden”

POST https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=12.3.1

Returns status 403
the response body is: -1

When navigating in “private mode” (so without the auth cookie) it all works fine.
It would be a nice thing to see fixed
CloudFlare isn’t an uncommon thing to use these days and using the free version it doesn’t seem possible to bypass their cache based on presence of the auth cookie.

Thank you for looking into this. It’s probably a small thing to fix.

Hi Support,

I need to create and apply a custom header and footer on the mobile template ive created for my front page.

I would like to update the footer to display our details and not the default TagDiv footer.

I am currently seeing a message “this footer is not editable with tagDiv, Please use a cloud Template”

Hi Berbi make sure you have the latest version of Yoast SEO and then click on Settings > Content Type , click on “Show More” , click on Cloud Templates and turn off the button:

I hope that’s helpful 🙂
