Hi,
This is because post template 1 is a standard template from standard pack and cannot be edited with the tagDiv Composer, only cloud templates can be edited.
For example, if you give a damn about tagDiv Standard Pack, only the options for cloud templates will remain.
Also, it is possible to have a individual header set on that single post template. Please check in the theme panel to see the global header that you have set.

Hi PrinterSmith, from what I see in your screenshot and details that you provided, the problem is that a theme plugin is not enabled. Please install and activate the tagDiv Cloud Library from Newspaper > plugins.
Also, please check to be sure that you have all the theme plugins enable like you had before the update.

Yes these demos are stored in the cloud. If you want, only the items you want can be imported from the cloud.
All the changes you mention can be made using the tagDiv Composer, edit the pages and cloud templates with the theme editor to make them look the way you need them.

If a code is displaying in your frontend, then this means some plugins are deactivated.
Make sure you have the TagDiv Composer, tagdiv Cloud Library installed and activated.
You need the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates.

When you install a demo this is coming with banners, so to change them you need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the page and the cloud templates. Select the banner and check in image tab, remove the image from there and set you ad using the above guide.

When I’m in post page, settings, general and I change the template from panel template to let’s say I take template 1. Then when I preview the post, the top header disappears. I could fix this issue, but when I’m on that post page, the tagdiv edit button is not there (in the top, I see CSS, template, cloud .. but not edit with tagdiv). Do you know how to fix this ?

I have added a block to show the most popular posts on the post detail template’s sidebar:

The same block is also on the homepage and other pages.
I immediately started noticing a very high CPU server usage, and it got confirmation that the cause is the query blocks, mainly the popular posts.

We are currently running:
– Object cache (Redis)
– Database cache (Memcached)
– Page cache
– Cloudflare
Server:
VPS with 8GB of ram and 4 cores
The issue is every time a non-cached page gets served, the CPU usage increases immensely.
Is there any issue with this block? If not, is there any way to make it use fewer resources?

In this case, please make a test using only tagDiv plugin and see if the problem persist.

For cloud templates, you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/

Access a cloud template(post and homepage) and press the green button “Edit with the TagDiv Composer“. Click on any elements and you can see their settings. I can see that you have an error in the console, so the script is not running there.
Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Hello, I have taken a great surprise when trying to personalize the subject to make it lighter.
In the first place, the idea is but poorly developed by failure failures of dependencies of the different modules separately from the subject.
Example If loading a header that does not have the dependencies in the Tagdiv editor will error and there is no way to fix it, because the subject does not load all the dependencies in the serial editor, if not that each topic brings its own dependencies and these are loaded In the editor, but if you delete the issue, the dependencies is also deleted, so it is more complicated to modify or use ideas from other topics at a different one because of that problem.
The solution would be that Editor will charge all the dependences of the demos that are for each one can use them on the subject as better Paesca and BO mode to abide a subject ENSI, nor does it apply to load cloud modules if it does not load the dependencies.

I had that problem when I used Ezoic. Try flushing the Ezoic cache.
If the image reappear, youll know it was the Ezoic cache.
My guess is that for some reason Ezoic was blocked from accessing the images and so it stored nothing in the cache.
Are you also using Cloudflare?
On my site, discovermuscatine.com, the category archive pages aren’t rendering out any css or using the cloud template assigned to them. Any troubleshooting help would be great!

Hi, as per your guidelines, we have merged the cloud template for footer to show the instagram footer.
Now, we are facing issue that the logo we have used in footer is not auto-resizing in different devices and it stays in one size, whether we look it in desktop, tablet or smartphone.
