I would like to create different pages with differents backgrounds.
Now I can create a specific background only for a certain category thorugh theme panel–> categories –> BACKGROUND UPLOAD
My question is: how can I create a specific background for a page?
I did not find anything in the page visual composer.
Can you help me?

That will most likely not work properly, best you try and use widgets that are meant to be used in sidebars, instead of this solution. It would be hard and probably require a lot of
styling to make those broken elements display like in the page.
As it seems that you are using Visual composer, you could enable it for posts and build your posts with Visual composer

However using Visual composer on posts is not recommended, but if you require this functionality give it a try.

This is not a sloppy implementation. These images are placeholders for the multi-purpose elements. Why would this be sloppy? You can see the images in your media library. It is not a parasitic exploit. They are just a few images that help the tagdiv composer show certain elements. Why sloppy? why parasitic? They are just a few sample images that come with the plugin.

Also maybe you ave a plugin conflict preventing the tagdiv composer from saving the content properly. Try to test without other plugins as well.

I’ve created a page for authors.
Listed there about 35. When click on the author for see their profile, and his/her articles — it will go to the homepage instead on them public profilepage.
It is started on mobile version ( tagdiv-mobile-them ) But now the desktop verzion as well.
I switch off all plugins, cleared all caches, even restarted server.
I made authors page with tagdivs composer, another try I made with visual composer ( wp backery), and on mobile page a bi bunch of html code ( DIV+TABLE, TDS.. )
But non of them works… the profile links shows on my monitor bottom-left corner to the correct profile URL – but it will jump to homepage… WHY?

I was even look throughout database with phpmyadmin, if there is any user profile links missmatches.. but nothing wrong there..
And as I wrote above , if I switch off all the plugins – it is the same –

Would be great if mobile theme supports the same things created in the composer… just minimised.. Why have to deal with messy html things?

Yesterday I updated the theme to the 8.5 and when I wanted to add a RAW html I couldn’t edit the text. Went here to the support and read on another topic about the same problem and the advise given was to install the theme via FTP (I did it through the wordpress), up date the plug-ins and clear the cache. I did all that and now I can’t even open TD Composer editor on the page.
I don’t no what went wrong.
I updated to 8.5 and now I can’t edit any of my posts. I’ve tried deactivating plugins, Visual Composer, TC Composer and a variety of combinations. What am I doing wrong?

This should not happen if the page was built and edited using a single composer. Either Visual composer or tagDiv composer, not both. From what I see Visual composer was used to create the page.
Deactivating the tagDiv composer plugin should not have any negative effect in this case. It is recommended to deactivate it if Visual composer is used. Single images will not work properly if both are active, these work differently on each composer.

The Visual Composer is fully tested with the theme and should work as expected. Also, notice that the multisite is just a WordPress functionality and it can be done in a lot of ways. For more information about this implementation, please check here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network We recommend using the way of multisite when you have to create a new install for each subdomain and then you can make a redirect between them.

All the plugins are provided in the theme package. After extracting the theme package archive, there will be a folder called plugins

There you will find the Visual composer plugin as well. The folder you are mentioning would be inside the theme itself

I don’t think I understand what the final result should be. On pages there is no need to use the HTML element to create a sidebar, that may not work properly as it can be seen. The sidebars can be created in the page with the elements you want using the chosen composer.

It’s not possible to do this, sorry! You should use it simultaneously with TD Composer. If the page builder will be disabled, how do you want to use the other additional options which our new multi-purpose plugin gives you?

Unfortunately, none of these two-page builders does not support to be used for post pages, sorry! We have some post templates which can be used for theme panel. So, if you want, you can try using the Visual Composer for post pages but please notice that we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry!

What do you mean about “untested plugins”? I use some plugins that work good for example “ad injection” “seo yoast”, must I remove them?
I tried to inactivated all the plugins before installation but the error with td-composer is the same: Fatal error: Call to undefined function rest_url() in /home/xxxx/domains/sitename.it/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php on line 84

There were three possible causes for this to happen. All described in this topic

Check the Yoast SEO plugin settings and cache plugin settings. Do not edit pages built with a different composer. Try creating a new page and see if the error is still present.

If you use Visual composer, then deactivate the tagDiv composer. When both editors are active such issues can happen.
