Sorry Chris, but this is not Envato’s fault. tagdiv is simply not delivering js_composer.zip in the regular WordPress install ZIP (in includes/plugins/) any more. If it was there it could be installed with a single click just like the new td composer.
BTW: The Evato update works well for me since 2 years doing 16 theme updates.

First of all, make sure that you are using the latest theme version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all the plugins which are untested with our theme because all of these may interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. This comes from the divi builder. Please note it is not a tested plugin to use with ur theme.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
We can only recommend viusual composer or our own tagdiv composer.

Hi.
I’ve been testing the tagdiv composer and I can’t quite get it to work.
1). It won’t work under IE 11. I get the message : TagDiv Composer does not work with Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, anmd i’m running IE 11. Reinstall can sometime fix it but then it happens again.
2). When I start the tagdiv composer in a new page I see this error in the top.

Another question is how can I change or add images to the blocks that I put on.I don’t know where.
Hi, I was trying to modify the element which is marked in the green rectangle on the right (see attached image, the element named “aplication”). However, I noticed that is absolutely impossible to modify it. I tried many times without any results. Should I remain with that element on my website, forever? There’s anybody that could kindly help me?

I have to add buttons to our medician pages (simple buttons like SUBMIT button in the bottom of this page).
Using tagDiv composer, column text object, edit content. I’m tring make a (internal) link a button with “Format > Button > Default – Normal” that in plain text become:

I am thinking of using Speed Booster Plugin on my wordpress site using newspaper theme. I just read following:
“The plugin (Speed Booster) will move the js and css of the recommended plugins at the page bottom. If another (unknown) plugin is installed it will automatically disable itself, this behavior was added to avoid a potential plugin conflict.”
My questions:
(i) Is the function of this plugin is only to move the js and css of the recommended plugins at the page bottom.
If that is so I am using only two recommended plugins, “tagDV composer” and “Yoast SEP Premium”. So Speed Booster plugin won’t help me much.
(ii) Also, if another (unknown) plugin is installed Speed Booster will automatically disable itself, this behavior was added to avoid a potential plugin conflict.
If that is so, I am using two plugins which are not in the recommended list – “AdSense Integration WP QUADS” and “WP Smush”
Here also if the Speed Booster is going to be disabled, so there is no point in using it.
Can some body please advise me on the above?

Want to make a home page using Visual Composer. Open in the settings template home page, put in it, I need blocks. Now, please explain. I want to put the page on the main. How can I do it? Do I need to set the page title and set it on the url or just click on publish?
And where I can find settings to improve speed in Google speed?

You can use a big grid full but not stretch it to full width. Access the row settings for the big grid full (click the row button in the top left of the grid in td composer) and change from stretch row and content to the default state.

The Newsticker element can be added everywhere you want to your website if you will use the TD COmposer or Visual Composer. If you want to be at the very top of your website you should add it in that way -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0fZBuucsz and then, the result looks like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/CVIyjziN After this, notice that you can adjust it with a bit of CSS code to remove any padding top if it’s necessary.

I can see some plugins in theme panel, but my question is do we have to pay to activate Revolution Slider, tagDiv Mobile Theme, and Visual Composer? Because those are not installed and activated by default.

I wish to install Page Booster and Mobile Theme plugins. But can’t find these plugins. I am using Newspaper theme.

Please make sure that you are using only TD COmposer or Visual Composer. If you are using the both of it simultaneously, notice that you can bring some errors with the theme and it’s not recommended this thing. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. If you will need more assistance, in this case, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

How can I do to get the layout to appear on the home and had the link not in the form http://HOMEPAGE a normal domain name
I can modify most of the blocks on my homepage with TD composer, but if I scroll down far enough I get to: “Latest Articles”, “Most Popular”, and “Hot News”, and I can no longer modify these blocks using TD Composer. Why would this happen? How would I modify these blocks?

i have not been able to produce the block header you see in the example website that says “feature products”. further more i have not been able to produce any block headers using my visual composer.

when i try to edit my home page with the visual composer it wont save and anything i do just does not work. i figured out that when i go to my user profile in wordpress and disable the visual editor the visual composer works. unfortunately this is not a solution and any time i want to make i post i obviously need to use the visual editor.
can someone help me to solve this problem/conflict?

If you use visual composer, please disable the tagdiv composer as having both active will cause layout issues.
If the problem is still there without the tagdiv composer, please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
