Unfortunately for the revolution slider plugin as well as the visual composer plugin, there is no activation code available. They are free versions that do not have or need activation. You already have access to the plugin features without activation. You can ignore the plugin activation messages. The code you have is a theme code not a plugin code.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

In momentul acesta nu vad aceasta problema – https://www.screencast.com/t/vhGZN4faAHf Dar cel mai probabil acest lucru este cauzat de un plugin sau un conflict intre plugin-uri, cum este in majoritatea cazurilor. O sugestie ar fi sa dezactivezi toate plugin-urile exceptand Visual composer si Mobile theme, pe urma un clear la cache si un purge la CDN. Daca rezultatul e favorabil si aceasta problema a disparut, incearca sa instalezi plugin-urile pe rand si sa o depistezi pe cea care afecteaza tema in aceasta privinta.

I went ahead and followed the instructions, and updated the theme via WordPress to version 7.7. However, when I try and update the WPBakery Visual Composer from 4.12 I get the following message: “Update Failed: Update package not available.”
I see that there is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available (version 5.0.1). But when I try and update it, I get the “Update Failed: Update package not available.”
Did I do something wrong trying to update the theme from 7.3?

Disabling all the plugins did not help.
And this error did show up only after playing with sidebar / widget.

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme. Please notice that the mobile theme concept do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcodes and that’s why you do not have any content for your page in mobile mode. For more information about Mobile Theme, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this, you simply disable the plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

Please make sure you have updated the required plugins not only the theme, from your theme package – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/ especially Visual composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ Also if you use a child theme try disabling it to see if it affects the theme functionality and make any necessary adjustments if it does.

Please keep in mind that you will have to use only the Visual Composer version which comes bundled with the theme packet. Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of these, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I suggest you try as a test to disable all your plugins, except Visual composer and the mobile theme, clear your cache, purge cdn files if you use it and see if the problem is still there. I have tried to replicate this on my end but with no success, it could be a plugin that inserts the video also in the post content if you are absolutely sure that no video link is within the text of the post. If the issue persists after you have tried this please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com (provide wp-admin access) and also paste a link to this topic so we can investigate.

I have reinstalled 3.3.1 using FTP, and have deactivated all plug ins to see if there is any clash. I have also tried the tips suggested by Chris S above, in that I have cleared transients using WP Optimize and have re-saved the Home page.
This doesn’t seem to have helped; the Home Page is not visible and Visual Composer is not accessible. If you can provide some advice it would be much appreciated, as this is becoming quite urgent.

I came across an issue which i am not sure why it is happening.
So i built some custom pages via Visual composer but on mobile the pages only show page tile and footer the body is missing.

Hello – I accidentally updated the visual composer plugin to 5.0 and I see NewsMag is currently only compatible with 4.9x – Now Visual Composer doesn’t save any changes I make to it.
I redownloaded the theme package from ThemeForest and installed the composer plugin from that package but it’s version 5.0.
Can I get a previous version or a fix to this issue

1.)My thumbnails don´t fit into the boxes. I read here a lot and I tried the “Thumbnail Regenerate plugin” in combination with the deactivated plugins (excepted the Visual Composer) – without success.
2.)Can you recommend a plugin (for newspaper) to show the credits + link of the images under or in the images

It seems to have an error which can be caused by your untested plugins used by you or because of improper installation. Please try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the results. I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as properly.

I have checked your source page, and I saw that you are using some untested plugins, like Jetpack module. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches and check the results. It seems to be js errors which break the ajax filter feature.
