Sorry for not answering since now, we were migrating our page from a new server and that took some time.
I did manage to update the visual composer plugin to V 4.12.
But still can make the social counter work, I want it to work only with Twitter.
I’ve tried as a widget and with the visual composer and it gives the same error; just a strange shape with no color or link. http://ampaturocanmates.org in “segueix-nos”….any idea, why it doesn’t work?
Our twitter ID, as is requested in social counter is ampatcm.
I have install the weather widget, works fine!

Your website has been inspected, and I concluded that you are not correctly used the mobile theme concept.
I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you get this error on your side. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

Yeah, We will create our own menus, But, The features in the demo preview has lots demo pages, from we which we could refer to create category pages, and various block managing rich content techniques.

If you want to use that Call to Action element from Visual Composer for sidebar under different categories or posts, please notice that you should copy/paste the shortcode for this element in Widgets area, in a text block. First of all, you will have to choose a widget which you use it for posts and category pages as Sidebar. I have investigated your website and your source page and I noticed that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme and cause this type of issue. I have tested the latest version of the theme to my side and the Ajax Filter still working as properly without any issues. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

I’m using 7.4 newspaper with mobile theme
all suggestion applied for speed up site
On desktop about 95, but on mobile (with mobile theme) is about 77.
Solution for mobile:
Delete JavaScript and CSS that block the view in above-the-fold content

I cannot install a plugin for you based only on your website url.
Please use this guide and check the final part of the tutorial as there are instructions there on how to install the plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The mobile theme plugin also has trouble if incompatible plugins are active. You should disable all other plugins except visual composer and clear cache if the mobile theme provides an error when installing.

We are not sure why this happens as we have no reports of such issue with our theme. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Then test the menu again. Please let us know if you still have trouble with the menu.

the thumb is being cropped center top, but your block has some implementation that is changing the thumb size.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please make sure that you to a clean install for the theme and best ways is via ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Before that install process deactivate all plugins, except Visual; Composer, and after the install is complete clear the caches and reset the cdn if you’re using.

Please disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test your theme on Firefox again. There could be a plugin conflict affecting the layout on particular browsers.

You should try it locally cause I can’t disable plugins on the live site. The screenshot above is relative to a local install with only the child theme and the Visual Composer installed, nothing else: no other plugins, no customizations, nothing of nothing. So I think you can be able to reproduce the error on your pc.

The Visual Composer that comes bundled with the theme is licensed to the theme and only we can provide updates. In each theme version released we provide the latest version of V.C. available on market, so if you use version 7.4 of the theme, you can also update the Visual Composer plugin to version 4.12.1 which is provided in the theme package. Te rog updateaza si pluginul Social Counter la versiunea 4.1 inclusa in pachetul temei. Dezactiveaza si sterge versiunea curenta, apoi incarca ultima versiune care poate fi gasita in folderul Plugins – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/

This code is not generated by the theme and I assume that there is a plugin or a custom js which causes that conflict. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again. Also make sure that you’re using V 7.4 of Newspaper theme and Social Counter is also update at v 4.1 which is included in theme’s path.
