Hello @rockerosnet!
If you use a cloud template that can be modified with the TagDiv Composer, then you can hide the widget sidebar element on the mobile viewport: https://app.screencast.com/J1WHpnwEiWXe8 -> https://app.screencast.com/l7gEvJiOFpYWz
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello @kevrose!
Strange! It should work. It could be an issue with the ad code; please check. You can try to use the raw HTML element from Composer and add the code there.
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello Megan!
If you use cloud templates, then you can hide it from the TagDiv Composer. Duplicate the template give it another name, hide the featured image and assign it on that post.
Thank you!
Hello @extremenoisebd!
You can choose a header or footer for your page from the Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/
Thank you!
Hello!
A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin. Check in Newspaper -> Plugins (the Opt-in Builder plugin, the tagdiv Shop & Woocommerce, the tqgdiv Composer and Cloud Library).
Thank you!
Hello,
A). Unfortunately for this it will be need to edit the theme files, because there is no option for that. The file path is – wp-content/plugins/td-subscription/includes/shortcodes/tds_create_account.php
B). Those are in the time panel, but the name are different, the ‘Sample Information Message’ / ‘Sample Error Message’ etc are only simple text in tagDiv Composer. The texts are – https://i.imgur.com/ThGgr09.png – https://i.imgur.com/vu3WpZV.png
Thank you!

Hello!
Edit the page with the TagDiv Composer and complete the settings in that element: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/
Thank you!
Hello, we have a website, and we want to move it to another server. After the migration, we encounter an issue. When we enter a keyword in the search bar (as shown in the attached image), it displays results as we type. However, when we click the ‘Search’ button, the site shows a ‘There Has Been a Critical Error on Your Website’ message. I noticed that removing the ‘tagDiv Composer’ and ‘tagDiv Cloud Library’ plugins resolves the issue. The site is currently running on an IP address, and the live version on the old hosting does not have this problem. How can we fix this? I’ve also observed the same error when using the ‘Query Monitor’ plugin. Your assistance is appreciated.

Hello,
Same issue, the logs are flooded by lines like this:
PHP Warning: Undefined array key "widget_id" in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php on line 3123
WordPress, theme and plugins are all up to date.
The issue can be fixed editing plugin code (as @bananaj specified) but it’s not really a fix, on next update the problem will be back.
Can you fix this in the next version?
Thanks.

I set up mobile template on td composer, but even if I set it the same, sometimes it applies properly and sometimes it doesn’t.
The link on the page that is applied properly is https://con-brio.co/news-231212 and the link on the page that is not applied is https://con-brio.co/news-231211.
Hello Adam!
I’ve checked as well and the files should be there in the package.
You shouldn’t create a child theme. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features. Please check out our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
The child theme is not overwritten by the update. An issue for that could be the compatibility of your child theme with the new version of our theme.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can achieve this only with CSS code.
If you use a cloud template, then you can edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer and edit the header as well. There is actually a recycle bin basket for every element: https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT You can hide every element from the CSS tab: https://prnt.sc/1FJiMub9ke4s for each viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
Check out this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/.
Both modals are default, so there are some settings in the theme panel available for them.
Thank you!
Hello Jordy,
The titles are not related to the category because there are set manually, you need to edit with tagdiv Composer, select the element and change the title -> https://i.imgur.com/Erd8lbG.png -> https://i.imgur.com/pGEWg5z.png
Also, you can apply filters on the blocks -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Here is a video that will show you how to use the builder to create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg to do this you’ll need to already have the posts.
Also, on our channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ, you can find more videos that can help you and documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/ and you can ask us here on the forum or email if you have any questions.
Thank you!
Hi,
Thanks for your reply, the undo and redo button are working.
I had already updated all you mentioned. My site is hosted on SiteGround and meets all the requirements.
I must clarify that the issue is not with page speed or the delivery of content on my site, the issue is with the TagDIV Composer itself as I can edit (with the WP editor) and view the page as normal.
The TagDiv Composer takes 5+ min to load any page, often failing to load entirely and any changes made lag considerably before they are reflected in the preview, often with the window freezing entirely. This is only a recent problem, after changing to the Ridgemont demo site and I am using a fairly powerful computer which rules out any hardware issues.
This is your child theme function
add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'theme_enqueue_styles', 11);
function theme_enqueue_styles() {
wp_enqueue_style('td-theme', get_template_directory_uri() . '/style.css', '', TD_THEME_VERSION, 'all' );
wp_enqueue_style('td-theme-child', get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . '/style.css', array('td-theme'), TD_THEME_VERSION . 'c', 'all' );
}
This is mine
add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'theme_enqueue_styles', 11);
function theme_enqueue_styles() {
wp_enqueue_style('td-theme', get_template_directory_uri() . '/style.css', '', TD_THEME_VERSION, 'all' );
wp_enqueue_style('td-theme-child', get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . '/style.css', array('td-theme'), TD_THEME_VERSION . 'c', 'all' );
}
// Preload Newspaper fonts for responsive theme (main theme)
function dns_prefetch_responsive() {
echo "<link href='https://www.telodoioildungeon.it/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/icons/newspaper.woff?21' rel='preload' as='font' type='font/woff' crossorigin>";
echo "<link href='https://www.telodoioildungeon.it/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/assets/images/icons/newspaper-icons.woff?1' rel='preload' as='font' type='font/woff' crossorigin>";
}
add_action( 'wp_head', 'dns_prefetch_responsive', 0 );
there are no other changes
Hello @wordpressive!
The theme blocks are registered in td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php
Thank you!
Hello @candc!
Create a new page in Dashboard -> Pages, press the publish button, and view. Edit it with the TagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/gGw1zq0zdf3r
You can also import a homepage template from the Cloud Library. All your templates can be found in the cloud templates. Also, you can disable the header and footer from Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/.
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
The pages currently running on the website for the cart and checkout were not made with TagDiv Composer. They were made with WordPress’s own composer, as the TagDiv Composer was not able to pickup the payment options, but WordPress blocks were.
I’m sure you’ve also seen that the pages are not readable.
Can you advise on how to customize the WooCommerce blocks so that the text can be read?
Thank you!
Khalid
Hello,
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, and is still not working, please double it and check the rest of the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good bandwidth, the one from our server is 1GB/s and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have low bandwidth, then you can access parts of the cloud, this can be done from the frontend, for example, if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png or from backend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J
Thank you!
Hello,
Please double the wp-memory from wp-config -> https://i.imgur.com/UkbrAxY.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also, please check this guide https://www.plesk.com/blog/various/wordpress-500-internal-server-error/#:~:text=One%20of%20the%20most%20common,server%20%2F%20PHP%2DFPM%20service.
Thank you!
Hello Khalid!
I’ve tested on your website, and I can add a product to the cart. I can also go to the checkout page with the TagDiv Composer active.
Thank you!
Hi,
The tagDiv Composer is our page builder and it can be used for building pages and cloud templates, but not for creating posts. For this, you’ll need to use Gutenberg or a classic editor.
Using tagDiv Composer, you can build/edit the single post template (the layout of the posts).
