First, please make sure that your website is displaying the correct version.
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
After every modification, you need to re-index your website.

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Hello ! I like the creation of mobile pages from within the TAGDIV composer. For example after creating a home page for mobile how does a mobile user land here.
I have created a mobile page for every page.

I was running version 11.something on my website.
We upgraded to 12.2 and tried other version of 12 the site got critical errors and whole site was broken.
Now we recovered from backup but still 12.2 is installed so we had to remove the tagDiv Composer plugin!
Can someone guide me to go to 11 version again. Whole site is spoiled.

Yes, we recommend the Wp Super cache plugin.
Our developers are aware of this issue and try to synthesize the composer, which is big, and fix the major problems of the theme and speed.
A cache plugin doesn’t help much with page speed.

The mobile editor comes from the mobile theme plugin and AMP.
If you use cloud templates, then you can use an element as column text, raw HTML, or raw CSS to add codes.
You should use the mobile theme + AMP and add the code to the post you need in the mobile editor field.

You can add any element to the sidebar in the TagDiv Composer. If you add it to a template and make it global, then it will appear on every page that has been assigned that template. You can build a sidebar with the TagDiv Composer. Steps:
1. Insert one new row (or delete an existing one).
2. Divide into two columns (2/3 + 1/3).
3. You can add whatever element you want to the second column and consider it a sidebar.

Thanks for the response. I am using the default template. Please refer the below screenshot. I am afraid that if I change it, I will lost all the changes applied on the current default template. Is there anyway to modify this using composer or what are the option please?

The solution:
The problem was a mod_security that assign a wrong value to a specific parameter (How you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ point 5B).
So I ask to the server support help me, we try before deactivating the mod_security and ta-da! The Error500 disapeared and I can edit the Home Page wit tagDIV editor.
Later the support of my server config the mod_security with default value, so actually the website work fine and the mod_security continue active.

A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
