I came to this forum because of the same issue!! TagDiv Composer deactivated itself on our website last night, and just recently for the second time. What is happening?
Hi there,
For no reason we can see in the logs of our site, the tagdiv composer has twice deactivated itself today, causing rendering issues.
Any support would be much appreciated.
Hello @mdfutbol!
Please check the console in the TagDiv Composer, and make sure you do not have a 403 error.
We have a guide with some tips why our Composer is not working properly, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Check some other possible factors which can interfere there: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Please make sure that you have set the mod substitute in the htaccess file https://i.imgur.com/VuMw1lq.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
When i want to update the tag div composer its showing error
I don’t know how to do that. Is it not possible from the TagDiv Composer like at Sidebar?
Hello @grimorioarcano!
The Social Counter element is working on every page built in the TagDiv Composer. Please make sure when you drag & drop the element, it will appear a green box where you can apply the element.
Thank you!
Hello @redicon!
This is strange. We recommend using only a builder in the same time.
It could be a plugin conflict there or something that can interfere in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/, so please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also deactivate the cache plugin that you use, and try again.

Hi Bozzka,
I think that here was a confusion, when you said blog you mean post/article and not actually the blog option from the WordPress.
So, back to the problem, you want to adjust the fonts (family, size…) on posts/articles. To do this you must first identify if you are using a standard template or a cloud template. The standard templates are coming from tagDiv Standard Pack plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/yS3DSEq.png -> https://i.imgur.com/7WoXXE7.pngand can be adjusted using the options from the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/I1rymBA.png -> https://i.imgur.com/cWUEIbA.png
Now if is a cloud template, then it is a single post template and this can be edited using tagDiv Composer (I mentioned something above). -> https://i.imgur.com/GGu2gr5.png select the elements and set the style that you like -> https://i.imgur.com/3pAP4Kn.jpg and the style will be apply on all posts that has the cloud template assigned.
I hope this will help!
Hi IBCWorld,
I think that this problem is because you are using small images. Please make a test and add an image that has a size at least 1068 width. Also, when you regenerate the thumbs, please select to delete the old thumbs and regenerate the thumbs that exists.
Also, another solution is to use a cloud templates so you can edit the flex blocks using tagDiv Composer, and select the image size on full -> https://i.imgur.com/Jr5qiAY.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
This situation can appear from more problems.
For example it can be from a plugin conflict, for this you need to make a test using only tagDiv plugins.
Also, this problem can appear only on specific page, or it can be do to a code set in the header or footer (you can test it by setting the default header and footer -> https://i.imgur.com/VVlG7W7.png), in this case what you can do is to use the revisions for that page or cloud template -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
We also made a guide, please check it: When tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
If the problem persist, we can take a look at it, make a full backup for your website
and please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com provide wp-admin access and include the link of this topic. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi,
The flex blocks can be filtered using tagDiv Composer -> https://prnt.sc/FERI2V151m3R
Thank you!
Hi Rustam,
There can be more situation when the tagDiv Composer is not working.
First make sure that all theme requirements are set like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It can be because a plugin conflict, for this, please make a test using only the tagDiv plugins and check to see if the problem persist. Also it can be from some custom settings from the host.
If the problem persist, please provide some screenshots, those will help to identify the problem.
I hope this will help you!
I’m trying to replicate this on my site
This is what i have so far http://membresias.wortevqa.com/seccion-template/
But I can’t seem to find a way to use position:absolute on the image, since it disappears if I do it through CSS, same happens if I use a negative margin. Is there a way to use position:absolute on the tagdiv composer?
I also get many 404 error messages. As I explained above. . I didn’t want to open a different new topic. https://prnt.sc/yZSYYVqwgNrV
This error appears if I choose a new template in the post (if I’m not satisfied with the default).
The error code is like this:
Array
(
[0] => Array
(
[file] => /var/www/vhosts/kardesder.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php
[line] => 37
[function] => error
[class] => td_util

[1] => td_module: td_module_single_base($post): $post is not WP_Post
)
)
I hope it will help you to solve the problem.
I found the same error here… But of course I couldn’t find an answer.

Hello @Racesport !
We have some elements in the TagDiv Composer, for example: Woo Cart, Woo Menu Cart. Please check the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-shop/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello @bamsfoldigital!
Make sure you have the latest update of the theme(11.4.1) and plugins too.
Also, if you use default templates, install and activate the Standard Pack plugin.
If you use cloud templates, then you can edit the top bar from the TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, and is still not working, please double it and check the rest of the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good bandwidth, the one from our server is 1GB/s and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have low bandwidth, then you can access parts of the cloud, this can be done from the frontend, for example, if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png or from backend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J
Thank you!
Hello @chauthong2!
You can use the element from the TagDiv Composer called “Header login” and a cloud header.
Thank you!
when i am going to edit the page with front end tag div composer it redirect me with wrong page ID
Addition.
It looks like the plugins (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Newsletter, tagDiv Social Counter) have been deactivated by something.
We activated the tagDiv Composer plugin – and the site page began to display normally. It is not yet clear if there are other problems.
And the first question. How could the plugin deactivate itself?
Good afternoon. The main page of our site began to display incorrectly. The columns are no longer displayed. Everything was fine for a few years and today it broke.
The page shows naked tag code instead of html. For example:
<em>[tdc_zone zone_shadow_shadow_offset_vertical="0" h_display=""][vc_row row_divider_bottom=""][vc_column width="1/3" tdc_css="eyJhbGwiOnsib3BhY2l0eSI6IjkwJSIsImRpc3BsYXkiOiIifX0="]</em>
We have a Newspace theme and tagDiv Composer Version 2.3. This is an old version (only it works stably with our plugins).
When we enter the wp-admin (administrative panel of the site) and then to the Pages section, we see that the page title no longer displays the ability to change the page using blocks (tagDiv Composer). This button is gone.
What happened? And what should we do?

when i am going to edit the post from front end editor it will show the wrong post id
Hi @Bettina and thanks for your answer. I just tried that and didn’t work. Please note that icons are not showing ONLY on home page, on all other pages and posts they are displayed correctly, and in tagdiv composer when editing home page icons are displayed. Do you have an idea how to fix that?
Thanks
