Hi Team,

I’m having trouble getting the homepage full featured post element to appear on my front page. Any Ideas?

Does the homepage post element only work with specific templates or settings?

I am moving over to hosting company to work on a website, and I am not able to edit post using TagDiv Composer.
TagDiv Composer isn’t showing
TagDiv Composer button isn’t showing

I have a few issues I need help with:
1. TagDiv composer is stuck on loading, and I cannot edit any pages as a result – image

Note: I have already checked mod_substitute and followed the guide to set it to 10M

2. The main navigation menu is glitched, and I cannot access the submenu – image

3. In the theme panel > template settings > image loading – animations (LazyLoad), if I enable ‘use loading animation image’ then my site will not display the images. This is the issue that lead to all of the above issues that I am now left with, and here’s the backstory about what’s going on:

The site was working perfectly fine on Feb 18th. No additional changes were made, and when I came to look at the site again after the long weekend on Feb 22nd, I discovered the issue where the images on the site were not displaying. After a whole day of trouble shooting, and restore backups to Feb 19th and before Feb 18th, I discovered that the way to get the images to show up was to disable the loading animation in ‘3.’ (from above). Now the images, work and I am starting to discover all sorts of issues with the website (point ‘1.’ and ‘2.’ from above). I’ve checked the system status, and the only one that is not green is the mod_substitute, which I have already followed your guide and updated correctly. I’ve reinstalled the newspaper theme and am running 11.4.1. I updated wordpress and am using 5.9.1, I even tried with the previous older version and it still was not working. I am using supercache and cloudflare to the exact recommended specifications. My hosting provider is Siteground, and I have already gone into there to reset permissions. I am completely stumped with what’s going on and have accepted that the theme is not behaving normally, but at least I need to be able to go into TagDiv composer to be able to make up for the issues.

I don’t see a “tagdiv composer” option at the top of my screen. I can’t click on anything to begin working with my design. My only current options are “appearance-customize” in wordpress, which completely limits my options, or clicking on “theme panel” under newspaper, but the design is not intuitive at all. I’m not seeing the options that are illustrated on this image:

How do I make the composer a header option that I can actually use to design with? I’m pretty disappointed in this at my first several attempts. You sold me on how easy it was with no coding. I can’t even figure out how to get the composer working that is necessary to design my site! Very frustrated… Any help would be much appreciated!

I’m getting the following error when I try to access the composer.

Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

We currently run a reverse proxy setup, meaning our WordPress URL is different than our Site URL. I’m finding that is the reason the composer is broken, as it works fine when those two URLs are the same. Is there a workaround so I can use the composer in my current setup?

I created Share Buttons in the Single Post template. But I don’t want to show all platforms. How can I delete some of them, I only need Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, WhatsApp and Telegram.
In Tagdiv-Composer something doesn’t work fine. I hide the share text but it is still shown. https://imgur.com/O6E789W

This error can appear from more situations, we made a guide for most of the frequent -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/

is only on one specific page, then please use the revisions https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/ because it is possible that the problem to be from the last changed from that page/ cloud template.
If the problem is still persisting, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, please make sure that you have a full backup for your website and that you provide wp-admin and cPanel access and include the link of this topic to identify you.

We’re running into some trouble on fubo.tv/news. We’re running a reverse proxy setup (different wordpress and site urls) and as such have had to adjust some settings, but this cross frame error is one we haven’t been able to fix. Any ideas?

Hello, I have a problem with Newspaper theme. I’m trying to add an ad box with AdSense advertisement. The problem is that after adding an ad box with TagDiv Composer, the footer on my website disappears. Ad box is located in the body of the page, not in the footer. At first, I thought that there is a problem with AdSense code, but then I realised that after adding an empty ad box (without AdSense code) the same happens.

I switched off all caching/compressing plugins for testing purposes and it doesn’t help. The funny thing is that it doesn’t happen for admin account, so when I’m logged in as an admin I can see the footer. Could you help me?

I tried to create InArticle-Ads in Single Post Content. After i loaded a Cloud Template I followed the steps in the documentation.
But after saving the template there are no ads shown.

When I create ads in the ThemePanel for Default-Templates it works fine.

I used the same code in Tagdiv-Composer

Using the post templates I downloaded from the Cloud Template library, I make the changes I want on these templates and save them. And I create mobile versions of each template with tagDiv composer.

There are about 15 different templates that I handle like this. I have now decided to use a single mobile template for every template except a few of these templates. I cannot assign the mobile template that I have decided to the templates that I want to use the same mobile template. Is there a way to do this?

That is, is it possible to assign another mobile template to the desktop template that has a pre-created mobile template?
