If the problem is only on specific cloud templates, then it is possible that the last time when those were edited a code or some settings to caused this problem. I think that you are using a cloud header, if is so, then this can be adjusted using the tagDiv Composer.
To activate the sticky header you need to access the manager section -> https://i.imgur.com/8a2S5Bv.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/v5gkPA5.png another solution is to make the header zone sticky (click on the header)-> https://i.imgur.com/MhpwclG.jpg (this will set the header over the website content).

So you are using cloud templates and mobile page template. Then you can use tagDiv Composer to set the mobile page template per cloud template -> https://i.imgur.com/QxguCVm.png or if is a page -> https://i.imgur.com/fO7eJlE.jpg

Please note that there is no way to “convert” the pages because there is a conflict between TagDiv Composer and WP Bakery. Do not use both builders in the same time/pages.
Unfortunately, we do not have any other tested plugin with our theme in order to achieve what you need.
For more customizations, we recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Please let me know what Single Post template you use, a cloud or from Theme Panel.
Also, please provide some screenshots and the link to your website.
You can add the element called Single Post Subtitle -> https://i.imgur.com/2cNrcZ4.png from tagDiv Composer.
You can set the caption for the featured image -> https://i.imgur.com/vPDidPh.jpg but if you use Single Post Bg Featured Image you can’t show the caption -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/showing-caption-beneath-featured-image/
