Hi, I cannot see the settings of the post loop.
In particular I want my latest article to be shown with just a preview, while actually I can only show them entirely, and you can understand by yourself that on an homepage is not possible.
here the image that shows that a part of the settings is missing https://imgur.com/a/0b81O8j
php 7.4, composer uninstalled and reinstalled, theme updated right now.
How can I solve?
Hello!
If you use Mobile theme or AMP plugin, then it will not display on mobile because those templates are not customizable with the TagDiv Composer and are overwriting the pages.
Thank you!
Hello!
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!
If you need COVID19 Updates, then you can use Covid 19 statistic counter for displaying numbers for a certain country, and Covid 19 statistics table which display numbers for all countries: https://www.screencast.com/t/wFlntvwO2
These elements are in the TagDiv Composer when you edit a page.
Thank you!
Thanks for your feedback, but I’m stuck in step 2 which state “Step 2 – Press the rectangular button in the right corner of the tagDiv Composer.” I could not find the the rectangular button. please find my screenshot below

Hello,
Please make sure you have tagDiv plugins activated (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, if you use elements from tagDiv Standard Pack plugin).
It is also always advisable to back up all files and database, no matter what update you make to WordPress, theme, plugins -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also, to be able to help you efficiently, please provide more details, screenshots, link to your website to can understand the problems.

Hello,
The footer template does not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
If you have a Pro Prebuilt Website you can edit with tagDiv Composer the footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF

Hi, how are you?
In this image:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Wllkh0DnrDmSIK9zHplTUe_sd8lyQKF6/view?usp=sharing
is possible to see that, after last update, isn’t possible to edit with tagDiv the Footer template in Clouds Templates. Even the button in the editor page (when I click ‘Editar’ link) doesn’t appear.
How I can do?
I tryed to create e new template, but when select a Footer template, it appear the same problem.
I tryed to copy the code (click on Edit, copy the raw code of page) in another page that have the “Edit with TagDiv Composer” link, but, after saving, the page doesn’t load again…
It seems that have a miss understanding between footer code and TagDive composer.
Can you help me please?
Have a great day

Hi, the icons in the header disappear on the page. They are available in the composer. As soon as I close the composer, they are gone. I’ve already tried this step: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
The icons cannot be seen here either. What can that be?
Thank you for help.
Since Friday morning, neither custom Header or Footer for Tagdiv Newspaper are appearing anywhere, including the Tagdiv composer view. http://174.141.230.138/~presechicago/
We were about to go live, but I’m glad this bug came up before we launched. Any help to correct would be very appreciated.
Thanks, Adam
Hello, I was reading your documentation about the OPT-IN plugin and I saw that it’s possible to add the subscribe box at the post level using the composer, but this adds the subscribe box only in one post and I need to repeat the procedure for each article.
How can I add the box at the template level to all the posts of my website without opening them one by one? It would be great to place this box in all the posts.
Thanks,
Fabrizio
Hie Team,
We have purchased the Newspaper Theme today but while creating a new page using tagdiv composer, I am getting the below error.
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z).
The web site was already running on some other theme.. I have changed the theme but unable to do any changes now
Please help to resolve the issue.
Regards
Kanika
I did it with tagDiv Composer. Is there a way to copy this into post pages?
Hello,
Please let me know how you set the WooCommerce on the page because from your screenshot seems you don’t have set any template/page for Shop.
If you set the code in the element WooCommerce Shortcodes https://i.imgur.com/FuQQUaL.png then you need to change it from Theme Panel -> Template settings -> WooCommerce template => https://i.imgur.com/iAaWQda.png
Also, you can apply cloud templates for products and you can edit them with tagDiv Composer -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_shop_makeup/shop/
Thank you!
Hello,
So, I understood the tagDiv Composer is not available on the posts, right?
To have the tagDiv Composer in posts, you need to use a Single Post Template from tagDiv Cloud Library and after you can change the fonts => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI
if you use single template from Theme Panle, then you can change the fonts from Thme Panel -> Theme Fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/o3NhguE.png
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use a header template / footer template from Cloud Library, and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also, if you use the standard header/footer from Theme Panel, so you need to have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Thank you!
Hello,
The WP Bakery is deprecated and now you can use our page builder, tagDiv Composer.
I recommend you to shift from WPBakery to tagDiv Composer => https://i.imgur.com/O4CA0y0.png -> https://i.imgur.com/bFnzNtQ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/mv8AhFU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/IMyLYiY.png

Hello,
Normally, the settings that you have made in the Theme Panel or with tagDiv Composer will not be affected by the update of the theme, but if you made changes in theme files, then yes, the files will be overwritten.
Also, before update please make a full backup to all files and the database, in case something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please let me know how you made the sidebar, with tagDiv Composer or from widgets?
Also, if you made the sidebar with tagDiv Composer, then you need to recreate it in the post with tagDiv Composer, if you made it in Widgets then you can assign it in post => https://i.imgur.com/3iDIC2k.png
Thank you!
