Please note that no update or plugin from tagDiv Composer will not affect your website if you don’t proceed with the update button / option. When an update is available you will have to approve make it.
For the mobile theme you should be able to edit it from Theme Panel – Mobile Theme – Theme Fonts. Is that where you have tried to edit it ?

In my code (shortcode) on the page i see shortcodes starting with “vc”. Is this from Visual composer? How is it possible it’s there? I didn’t change anything so why wasn’t it causing errors when the website was stil on the subdomain and it’s causing errors now.. How do i remove these shortcodes from the TagDiv shortcodes?

Hi,
lately, I’ve been experiencing major slowing down of our website running Newspaper theme. I think it is caused by TagDiv Composer. When I am not logged in wp-admin, the website is running perfect, fast. But once I log in and try to open the website, it takes approx. 10s to load the website. And when I try edit the site with TD Composer, sometimes it doesn’t even load the Composer (white page, website is loading infinitely), sometimes it opens it, but it takes forever to load up.
I’ve tried deleting it and installing it again (both from Theme panel and Plugin page), no change.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please check what version of PHP you have, we recommend version 7.3
Please make sure that the theme install was done correctly

Also, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all lower requirements, and follow all steps; make sure that the theme is activated and you use an SSL plugin for HTTPS.
If you have shortcodes on the pages/posts please make you have tagDiv plugins activate (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Standard Pack).

Hi! I’ve migrated the website from subdomain (test.circulaireconsumptiegoederen.nl) to main domain: circulaireconsumptiegoederen.nl and when i want to edit a page with tagdiv composer i get this message:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 7(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I’m unable to edit my content now and it needs to be edited asap.. please help!

If you have shortcodes on the pages/posts please make you have tagDiv plugins activate (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Standard Pack).
Please check the console when you try to access the media library maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Because you have installed a pro prebuilt website, it can only be edited with the tagDiv Composer. The header/footer templates are imported from the Cloud Library and can be modified with tagdiv Composer.
tagDiv Composer is a page and cloud builder, it can be used for pages and cloud templates.
If you want to use elements from Theme Panel, then you need to activate your tagDiv Standard Pack plugin and select “No template” =>https://www.screencast.com/t/1DHdVacPxL, and select what style do you want to use, but from the last update, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Theme panel elements are used for Standard Prebuilt Websites.
The settings made with tagDiv Composer are saved in the database.
1. If you want to continue with the header template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit the header with tagDiv Composer, like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo

Did you install a Pro Prebuilt Website or a standard Prebuilt Website?

Our homepage is made by our designers and unfortunately can not reproduce the effects on elements that are custom code, but if you want to have a structure similar to our homepage (contains the same elements), you can import from the Cloud Library the template – Homepage – Smart APP – https://www.screencast.com/t/SfQijgq3 after which you can edit with tagDiv Composer, to change/add/delete the style and content of the elements.

I can’t update the Composer update, and have had to take the site offline since I’m using a prebuilt site. Latest version of everything and have disabled other plugins, but still nothing happens.
In HispanicLA.com I noticed that the pages appear without header, without menus and without sidebars. Instead, the content takes all the width. I ignore the reason. So I started to edit one of the pages with tagdiv Composer. Added header and menus. Saved. But eve though now the header and menus appear, but the content of the page dissappeared!

I tried again with another page. Same problem. I retrace my steps, eliminating the header and menus I have added before. No solution:

The woocommerce tagdiv plugin does not work. We are so bummed. Still no one has got back to us via email. It’s the woo add to cart component from the TD composer. ?
A user creates a new post within wordpress. The new post is saved for publication on the site. This post is saved under a specific category. This category is sent to the menu so that when you click the menu for the category all of those articles are displayed. We utilize categories to differentiate posts.
On the site itself I am using the menu that points individual menu items to pages and those pages were made within the TAGDIV Composer. However, one menu item goes to a category of posts for the blog section.
In that blog section, I want the posts to appear differently than those on the different pages. For all of the other posts I went into an example post and used TAGDIV Composer to set the layout of that post so that everything would conform to this.
I now want to change just the layout of certain posts to confirm to a different layout where I’ll have things added like TAGS and possible videos and so on. If I make a new layout I don’t want it to effect all of the other posts.
NEVER will 1 post have two different layouts. Either its going to have LAYOUT A or LAYOUT B.

I’ve just started using Newspaper. I used the Magazine Pro demo.
1. I uploaded my logo from the Theme Panel and it doesn’t show up. Further reading shows that I need to also upload my logo from the TagDiv Composer. Is this the way I have to do it every time? What’s the point of the Theme Panel if I’m going to have to play around in the Composer? Shouldn’t everything be controlled in the Theme Panel?
2. I want a full width header. No matter what I try in the Theme Panel it doesn’t work. Again, do I have to use the Composer to try and figure it out?
3. I’m I required to create my own header in order for it to work with the Theme Panel and not use the demo one?

You can enable/disable them from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Template settings -> Breadcrumbs.
Also, if you use SEO Yoast plugin, then you can enable/disable them from Yoast SEO -> Search Appearance -> Breadcrumbs.
