Hello!
Please edit the page with the tagdiv Composer and add a Flex Block with the filter Search: Current Search and check if it works. I’ve tested the latest update, and it seems to work well, especially the posts loop and flex block shortcodes.
You can also set in the post type: post.
Thank you!
Hello!
A helpful guide how to install a prebuilt website is here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
You should also change the name of your listings and taxonomies to display the correct ones you created.
All the pages can be edited using the tagdiv Composer. There you can customize each page or element using the options available. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/
Thank you for your feedback!
Hello!
It’s linking to the pages, but those pages are created with the tagdiv Composer. This Mobile Editor does not recognize a page builder so the tagDiv Composer shortcodes cannot be rendered. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
Thank you!
Hello!
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello!
Use a single cloud template, so you can edit it with the tagdiv Composer, and there you can drag & drop the elements in any green area.

Ok, thanks. The website is shown in this screenshot, with the Copyright Notice: https://snipboard.io/D1mBz4.jpg
When I open the tagdiv composer, I see the following screenshot. The Copyright Notice does not show up because it is below the editable section:https://snipboard.io/ciI65J.jpg
So, the Copyright Notice does not appear to be part of the footer. Hence, I can’t figure out how to change it.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Don
I used the following in a raw HTML block, now I am unable to edit any part of the website with TagDiv Composer.
It gives the following error message, however I already saved the current state of the site, so I can not undo this: “Errors at elements: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Do you have any idea how I could undo or restore this?
The code that destroyed it all:

Hello,
I am facing multiple critical errors on the Infonewss website, severely affecting its stability and performance. The main issues detected include database failures and fatal errors in the theme and essential plugins.
1. Database Connection Error
The website is reaching 500 simultaneous database connections, which are not being properly closed. As a result, the server runs out of resources, leading to error messages such as:
“Error establishing a database connection”
“Too many connections”
This issue is making the site frequently inaccessible and causing downtime. It could be caused by a plugin that is not handling database connections properly or by a connection leak in the code.
2. Fatal Error in the TagDiv Composer Plugin
WordPress has detected a fatal error in the TagDiv Composer plugin, preventing the website from functioning correctly. The error occurs in the common.php file, line 37, with the following message:
Uncaught Error: Failed opening required ‘td_metabox_generator.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php82/usr/share/php:/usr/share/php’) in common.php:37
This error indicates that the plugin is unable to load a required file, causing failures in the admin interface and content rendering. This could be due to a corrupted plugin installation, incorrect file permissions, or compatibility issues with WordPress and PHP versions.
3. Impact on the Website and Required Actions
The website goes offline intermittently due to excessive open connections and the plugin error.
The WordPress admin panel is unstable, making it difficult to apply manual fixes.
The TagDiv Composer error prevents editing and updating pages and posts, directly affecting content management.
4. Requested Actions
I need immediate support to:
Identify and fix the cause of the excessive database connections to prevent further downtime.
Analyze the TagDiv Composer error and apply necessary fixes to ensure the plugin functions properly.
Review possible conflicts between the Newspaper theme and active plugins, as the issue may be related to incompatibilities.
I am looking forward to an urgent response, as these errors are affecting both user experience and the operation of the news portal.
Best regards,
Humberto Júnior

Hello!
Unfortunately, I can’t see your website page because your website is in maintenance mode.
Should the tags be set as tag names, or should they not?
Try to set only the name of your categories(category) and not the name of your CPT. Also, make sure you selected a category for your posts in Gutenberg.
Unfortunately, you can not edit the default templates with the tagdiv Composer. The default templates settings are in the theme panel settings, or you need custom code, which I do not recommend. For example, you can use the templates of the default demo PRO.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can make the footer row sticky at the bottom only on those pages. Duplicate the footer template and manually assign the sticky footer template only for those pages from the Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/, and set the normal footer as global.
Thank you!

Hi,
This issue can occur for various reasons, from some changes made in Composer, by adding custom code, to an option in the plugins you use or from the host.
To investigate, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide WP admin and cPanel access.
For the server error you need to do those checks https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-fix-500-internal-server-error-in-wordpress

Hello,
Please check with the tagDiv Composer and disable the H1. For example, H1 from logo(header, footer, mobile, sticky) : https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/6-h1-tags-on-front-page-bing-have-deindexed-my-site/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know what type of footer you use. You can edit with tagdiv Composer, or from the Theme Panel -> footer. Please provide some screenshots.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can change the Heading type on the page as you want with tagdiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/fMu5dm4.png
Thank you!
I’m frustrated with intrusive ads that appear when editing the theme with Theme Composer. I did not add the AD code and can’t find the “Integration” section, which is being suggested that there may be some code added there.
I have spent a lot of time searching for a solution to remove the “© Copyright – Newspaper WordPress Theme by TagDiv” from the footer of the Newspaper12 theme. I cannot edit this part of the page with the TagDiv composer because it does not show up, as if this is hardcoded into the design.
I would expect that there is a file that can be modified. If this is the case, can someone point me to the correct file?
Thank you for your help!
I narrowed this latest issue down to the use of the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. I know the theme recommended WP Super Cache, but I installed LiteSpeed in case it was Super Cache causing the articles to not display.
Now I’m trying to figure out how to edit the mobile theme using Composer. It doesn’t display what I see on mobile devices when trying to use Composer, and tagDiv Mobile Theme doesn’t give me any settings or options in the WP menu, just a link to the plugin’s site from the plugin page.
Hi tagDiv Support Team,
I’m having an issue where the <h1> tag around the logo isn’t being removed, even after enabling “Disable H1 on logo” in both the frontend (tagDiv Composer) and backend (Theme Panel). I’m running Newspaper version 12, updated from version 8, and working in a test environment to redesign my site. My goal is to fix a “Multiple H1” issue flagged by Screaming Frog, where the logo has an empty <h1> alongside the page title’s <h1>.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
In tagDiv Composer (Frontend):
I imported a new header from Cloud Library.
Edited the “Header Logo” block, found “Disable H1 on logo” (a checkbox), checked it (enabled it), and saved the template.
Assigned the new header to the homepage in Theme Panel > Header > Main Menu.
In Theme Panel (Backend):
Went to Theme Panel > Header > Logo.
Found “Disable H1 on logo” (another checkbox), checked it (enabled it), and saved settings.
Cache Clearing:
Cleared W3 Total Cache (“Empty All Caches”).
Cleared Chrome browser cache and tested in incognito mode.
Despite these steps, the <h1> tag remains in the source code. Here’s an example of what I see when inspecting the page in Chrome:
html
<h1><span class=”tdb-logo-img-wrap”>
</span></h1>
This empty <h1> causes a “Multiple H1” issue, as my page titles (e.g., from “Single Post Title”) also use <h1>.
What could be overriding the “Disable H1 on logo” setting? Is this a known issue after updating from version 8 to 12? Could old templates or settings from version 8 be interfering? Any help would be appreciated!
Hello!
That image effect is like that because of the image. You can try uploading the homepage again from the Cloud Library. Edit the homepage with the tagdiv Composer, click here:https://app.screencast.com/fV9QOkXeiUdYM and search for the blockchain homepage, click and install it again.
Thank you!
When I try to modify the image in the header of the Blockchain Pro template’s home page, all the original image formatting breaks and the image appears on the line below without the possibility of modifying it like the original!
Even modifying the image settings through the TagDiv composer becomes super complicated and I can’t fix this part!
The site is currently only visible if you are logged in as an administrator, but I’ll leave you a screenshot
Hello!
You can do that so easily with the help of the tagdiv Composer, for example: https://app.screencast.com/4AvVH5JJuqWxA This value can be added on a row or any element and control the position.
Set the row as stretch row and content, and the second row as simple. We have some settings for the rows and different stretch sizes: https://www.screencast.com/t/bsbB5P97A
Thank you!
Hello!
It seems to be a default template that can not be customized with the tagdiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello!
This is how it works our Newsletter plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/
You can use the Raw HTML shortcode, and style it via CSS.
A shortcode (wpforms) can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
