Tried putting code into theme panel custom CSS. Unfortunately it didn’t work. If you look at my site on your mobile you’ll see the icon box problem – wagglydogs.com
Hello !
If you have created your mobile page using tagDiv Composer than all the modifications have to be done using tagDiv Composer. In order to center the element please try this css code: .tds_icon_box4_wrap .tds-icon-box4 {
left: 42%;
}
Let me know the results !
Thank you !
Hello !
1. That can only be done with css, please use this css code: .td-scroll-up-visible {
background-color:red;
}
2. Yes, you can either insert a hex code as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/ABrh4kBtyE or make the color combo manually.
I would like to take a look a bit to see what is possible to create a conflict in order to fix all the issues. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you !
Hi
I would appreciate a CSS code for the following
1. I noticed that the single post image captions are in Italics and video captions are in normal style in both desktop and mobile version of Newspaper theme. Is there a CSS code possible on single posts which can give me uniformity and control on all captions (both image and video inserts) in terms of font size, colour, style and alignment?
2. The scroll to top button has blue back ground colour with white symbol colour. Possibility of a code again to change the button colour from blue to let’s say X colour?
Thanks, in advance. I really appreciate all the help from Newspaper team. Thanks again
Hello,
There is nothing about margin of text place CSS.
Text place CSS https://imgur.com/a/X8FDpLE
Column CSS https://imgur.com/a/vekLeNL
Hello,
Please select the elements and remove the margin from CSS tab => https://www.screencast.com/t/9Umz5XRrs
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi ducpham,
The method provide by Anamaria should work for AdSense too, the message from there is only to understand that is not good to hide the AdSense (if you do not know how to do it, you can hide an adsense code and this to no longer be display on your website).
If you want to use the settings from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/drrUuLi.png it will be use the same procedure (a css with display none for the enable sections). Using the options from there you must set the AdSense in one of the places that can be displaying in ad Box -> https://i.imgur.com/YHWpJF3.png
Hope this will help better!
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use a default template, then you need a CSS code, but if you have a cloud template, then you can change it when you edit the page with TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
That message is from google pagespeed and in order to solve it, you must use some extra plugins to optimize your website => https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-render-blocking-javascript-and-css-in-wordpress/
Also, to increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

Hello, ok I’ll try…
One more question, how can I deactivate “custome ad code” for responsive mobile version. I need the code on phone not to be called.
If I’m just hiding it in CSS, the code is not displayed, but the script is called.
Hello !
A CSS code will not help in this case unfortunately. Also the slider only has the available features for filtering. A post based filter is not available. What you can do is the following.
Create an empty category and make sure to keep it empty. Assign the slider to that category and filter the posts using posts id. Or you can also make a category only for the posts that you want to be displayed in your slider.
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hello !
Please provide a link to your website. You should be able to edit that using the CSS Feature in tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Oo9PTqdFK Adjust the padding to your taste.
Thank you !
Hello,
You can adjust the element with tagDiv Composer, select the element and adjust it per each viewport using the CSS tab. =>https://www.screencast.com/t/kxzBdNdD
Thank you!
Hello !
Depends on the modules you are using. As mentioned above and mentioned by you, a 16:9 Ratio – 1920x1080p will do the job very well. Please note that in flex blocks you can adjust the thumbs in case of any unpleasant crops. If that doesn’t work we can try a css code if you are looking to reach a certain look on your elements.
If you are having any issues on your website send us a link to your website and mention which element is not working as you would like and we can take a look.
Thank you !
CSS is for styling. We are talking HTML.
Can someone else please respond to this ticket.
Thank you Vlad.
Let’s talk the slider again.
Right now everything I publish is being featured on the slider. Is it possible to make post-based filter ( as opposed to category based one) when publishing a post?
Example :
I am publishing “A”, “B”, and “C”, posts and they could be in different categories. If I want only to feature “B” ( could be from business, sports, entertainment or whatever) in the slider, could I filter out post “A” and “C” from being featured in the slider?
If not, could CSS customization be the answer? I think it is something that needs consideration for you next theme update.
Thanks!

Server is a dedicated 8GB VPS Centos 7 running only this one website. PHP 7.4 redis caching, your recommended wp super cache settings, SSDs, http 2, brotli along with other tweaks implemented here: https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/#fix-admin-ajax-slow-problem
Thanks for your time though. We should have read the lower star reviews prior to purchase over on Envato. Most all of them mention page speed or coding issues. I’m seeing if I can’t defer some of the scripts from loading and minify some css and js to improve the page speed some. If not will have to switch to a lighter theme. Thanks again for your time though.
Custom CSS?
I’m asking how to change the H1 or H2 tag to something else. Not asking about styling it.
There are many tags on the page which have H tags.
<header class="td-post-title">
<!-- title -->
<h3 class="entry-title td-module-title">
<div id="respond" class="comment-respond">
<h3 id="reply-title" class="comment-reply-title">LEAVE A REPLY <small>
Hello,
You can try this code https://www.screencast.com/t/GNuKnxb9I
.td-module-date{
display: none;
}
Set this code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom css.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
It seems that the mobile theme template is also being shown for iPad and other tablet viewports. Even tablets (iPad) in landscape which are at 1024px are being shown the mobile theme. However, for most websites this isn’t really the desired behavior. Especially when using columns for desktop and tablet design and single columns for mobile. Because right now I still need to use a lot of css and display:none to make tablet look like desktop and give mobile it’s own unique design.
Could this be disabled somewhere in the theme files so that the mobile theme is only showing for screen < 768px?
Hello,
This can be hidden only with custom code CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/yymcDNWV6uC
.td-form-url{
display: none;
}
The code needs to be set in Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/fxetQe24ZHf
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi, does anybody know how to remove the 3 latest posts on the mobile homepage (not the latest articles at the bottom, but just the top 3 that appear below the header).
I don’t mind adding/deleting some code if I have to do it every time there is an update or I can add CSS.
Hello!
That option means full size of the original file. For example your image is 1920 X 1440, and this setting option has also 1920, and 0 because you can have different values here and not only 1440.
There you can have 1/2/3/4 values because it depends on what you want to achieve. For example you can find a lot of examples here which means the same like in our theme:
https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_padding.asp
https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_margin.asp
Thank you!
Hello!
In this case, you can not modify it, only with custom CSS code.
For customization and other services you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you!
