Unfortunately, our theme has not tested with LearnDash plugin, and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with this type of untested plugin, and also, we cannot provide support for this, sorry! Please notice that our theme has only the settings that you can disable or enable the Social Sharing on posts (top and bottom), as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/VrrtQOhx also, as you can see, the theme do not have any option that allows you to restrict them for a specific pages, sorry! If you want to do that, you can try to use a bit of CSS and hide the social buttons for what type of pages you want, by page ID.
For your second request, if you want to remove the Author box and More Stories box, you can do that from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/TDxoBTq0sg8H -> http://screencast.com/t/pPfkyP2Bg or if you want to hide them only for some specific pages, you should use a bit of CSS with the post/page ID for those post pages. The css works You just need to implement it properly and clear cache afterwards.
Please provide a screenshot of the custom css box so i can see how you implement the code and if you have any open tags there that could prevent the code from working.

If you want to ad spacing between widgets, you will have to use css and the browser inspector to do it. The theme has no setting to add or remove any block spacing. Unfortunately there is no general code to ad or remove spacing. Each element has it;s own positioning. You will have to edit each element to do it.

PS. The spacing problem on your site comes from somewhere else. THe theme does not have any elements without spacing. You do not have to add spacing but rather find the source why the element does not already have the theme spacing.

We have not tested speedbooster with the mobile theme so we cannot say for sure if it will move the render blocking css and js from the mobile theme. If it does not, you should find other methods of doing it as I cannot say for sure if it will work with speedbooster.

The css code works, Simply add the code in the theme panel> custom css box and clear all cache. I cannot say for sure where the error comes from. It could be a plugin or a custom modification you made.

If you want to make your main container being wider, also you will have to change the width of the theme and please notice that our product does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Unfortunately I cannot provide a solution for your second request as this comes from wordpress not the theme. It is the standard wordpress text implementation that we do not change with our theme settings
