Hello. I have changed all the color settings for my theme, but I cannot figure out how to change the colored bar behind the authors on the homepage. Using the Church demo. Thank you!
Hi,
Looks like there is a design issue with the single template the Life demo uses. I will add it on the list and it will be fixed as soon as possible.
A quick solution would be to edit the template with the composer set a negative margin for the featured image element – https://prnt.sc/pqm8zj use 48px and it should look fine.
Sorry for the inconvenience, please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
The example you mention – https://prnt.sc/pqjt5k is block 1, which looks like this
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/
Most predefined blocks Blocks (1->25) look different when placed in different layouts (1/2/3 columns).
What exactly is the problem you are facing? provide a link to where the block in question can be seen. I will inspect it to see if there is a problem with it. Let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
I see the problem. That vertical line is added by the Lifestyle demo currently installed in the website. It is a design item used for the next/prev pagination, specific to this demo – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_lifestyle/ -> https://prnt.sc/pqj6ul
The quickest solution is to hide that line – https://prnt.sc/pqj7dm
Enter this code in the theme panel custom CSS section
.td-lifestyle .td-next-prev-wrap .td-ajax-next-page:after {
display: none;
}
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
using the header manager to install cloud templates I found a problem. When I switch the site in mobile mode suddenly the default setting from the demo appear. Look here: https://opposition24.com/startseite-2/ Is there a workaround to fix this bug?
I either changed a setting or something broke on my header main menu. My sticky menu looks fine, but when I first load any post/page, the header no longer has a transparent divider. Instead of having a nice transition over the featured image, it has a divider sitting over white space, then the image starts abrubtly after it. It looks bad and I have tried everything in the TAGDIV composer to fix it.
Here is what the menu looks like on the theme’s demo page: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_life_news/2019/02/15/this-a55-bag-is-fast-becoming-part-of-the-it-girl-uniform/
Here is what the menu looks like at the top of my page: http://13w.e3a.myftpupload.com/2019/10/offset-shares-a-video-of-cardi-b-giving-birth-to-baby-kulture-2/
You can see that my menu has a block gray box above the image, whereas the top menu on the demo looks transparent below the menu and has a much nicer transition.
Thanks,
Dan
I want the phone to look like the desktop site. I uploaded the theme’s demo, but I didn’t have the same look.
I am using tagDiv Composer but when I drop the block doesn’t look like the demo the posts are showed to be one below the other. As if it was broken.
Hello,

Please help
Thank you
Hello tagDiv, I would like to know if there’s a way to change the default azure color in “Dafault Newspaper” demo into another color. Thank you very much for the help.
Sincerely, Fabrizio Giannuzzi Savelli.
Hello ,
My name is Selami. I bought a theme from you.
I installed the default demo on the website but when
I view it on my website from Mobile it looks like “Big grid 5” but it should be big grid 3 .
But big grid 3 does not appear on the mobile like teki. Refer to . No Problem when I log into the website via the Normal computer.
But as I said when I was showing the page on mobile, the pages are showing 3 sub-sub-sub. I want it to be like big grid 3.
I set up the Demo theme and didn’t make a change on it.
If you wish you can see for yourself you can give your wordpress username and password of the website.
I’m waiting an answer from you. Help.
Hi Vlad, Im not talking about the “title”
Im talking about the block header layout, please see my video is pretty clear
O would like to change the head block like the main demo
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Look this is the demo on tagdiv.com:
and this is the newspaper theme installed on my site:
Why is there a grey gap???
I really need this to be solved because it’s incredibly frustrating I bought the newspaper theme and installed it as in the instructions of tagdiv documentation. Where is the problem?!
Do you have some tutorials on how the tagdiv composer works. How do I edit the slider content?
I would like to use the “influencer” demo as the front page and would still like to have the podcast demo but on a separate page. This would be the page were the pod casts are. How could I achieve this. Can I for example upload the podcast demo and download the page some how and them uploaded as a separate page for the influencer demo?
Hello again! And thank you for your response. The problem isn´t at homepage, is at all de subpages like this http://demo.descubriendojapon.com/nosotros/
Thanks for your help!
Hi! I’m having a problem with the newspaper theme. After installing the Life News Pro demo there is now a grey bar underneath the main menu on every blog post. I tried getting rid of it by playing around with the setting on ‘edit template’ but nothing worked:(
I even tried deleting the whole newspaper theme and reinstalling it, but this didn’t work either. And of course, I also cleared cache and deleted cookies and all that stuff.
It also seems that this grey bar is only on Chrome visible because it doesn’t appear on Safari.
Take a look at the image to see what I mean:
…or go directly to a blog post to see the grey bar:
I would really appreciate it A LOT if you could help me get rid of this annoying grey bar.
Thank in advance,
Bogdan
Hi,
Please notice that the Podcasts pro demo was build only with tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library if you use the bakery builder on that demo, please uninstall it and reinstall it again, after that please use only tagDiv Composer, if you’ll use the WPBakery you can break the demo.
Thank you for your understanding!
No, I’m referring to block short code in the home page. For example https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_black/ “the word news” block doesn’t look like the link in the demo otherwise they post appear to be one below the other.
I’m trying to add an image to the top of the page for different categories but it isn’t showing. Here is an example of what I want: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_influencer/category/marketing/
Here is what is showing up: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1guYyGFbFFVWcwlQ3n7CpIJLLkPVyCl3w/view?usp=sharing
I’ve tried editing the category template and adding a background image but it’s not showing up. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi,
Here is some documentation for featured image/video and if you like that demo you can use it, also usually we recommend to use flex blocks, the have more option to edit and make it to look in the way you want -> http://prntscr.com/pppe5o
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Could please let us know the exact size for the header background image?

Hi,
What am I missing. I installed the podcast pro demo. When I go and edit the front page with bakery builder in place of the pod cast is a code [tdm_block_column_title ……Tag div composer does not recognise the content either. How do I edit this section? Am I missing a plug in or something?
I’m building a magazine site with mixed content types: a) audio posts (soundcloud podcasts), b) video posts (mostly Youtube videos) c) normal posts with text and featured image.
Is there a how-to-document how this can be built and what I have to take care for? In particular I want to show well designed audio players both in the post view and on pages with lists of posts.
– which post templates are suitable for audio content?
– which blocks for pages are suited for showing audio content (I would like to show an audio player in the liste just like here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_podcasts/#
Thx for your assistance.
Hi,
I’ve just make some search for this problem, and is look that if the image that is set as featured image is more then 300KB will not longer be display -> https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25100917/showing-thumbnail-for-link-in-whatsapp-ogimage-meta-tag-doesnt-work as example you can try on this single post template that have a featured image under 300KB -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_fitness_pro/2019/06/04/td-post-important-tips-how-to-use-bikes-and-treadmills/
Thank you!
