Hi,
To solve the issue of ‘missing style sheet error’, I installed the WordPress file only. That has worked.

However, as I installed only the WordPress file, a lot of folders have not been installed. For example, the child theme has not been installed (folder “code”, with the other files : the file td-api-plugin-1.02 & td-custom-post-type). The following folders are also missing in my FTP: demo sliders, patch_9.0.1_9.1, plugins,, psd, psd_logo, LIcensing, and documentation.

I manually installed the child theme. Are the other files important ? Where have I to install them ? It is quite frustrating to have the feeling some files are missing !

It looks like there is somewhere set to load background from http://192.168.0.120/wp_011_fast/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/shutterstock_789495532.jpg but I can find where?

I checked footer background, mobile search and mobile menu, sign in, everything – but this cant be found.

I’ve been using ClearVoice theme demo (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag_voice/), it’s the best layout for my website although I hate to see the distance between post title and the author are too far. I’m not talking about the post page but the homepage (check the link above). At the “Hot This Week” block you can see there is a big gap below the post title and it’s annoying.

So, how to remove that gap or at least reduce the space? I have no idea where to change the setting.

I downloaded your Wine Aroma demo to customize it for our site. Like so many others,my uploaded image becomes a blurry background image, its not sharp like the one sold with the demo. Now, probably unlike some of the other users who complained of the same thing, I am a graphic designer, so I understand about proper image sizes and ppi. I had to find where the the background image can be changed, because I couldn’t find instructions on that. Its in the CSS section. I then went to the Media Library, the demos background image, the one behind the wine bottles is 2560×900. So, I created and uploaded a file from photoshop which exactly matches that so it is also 2560×900 at a very high 468 PPI resolution, exactly the same as the image behind the wine bottle, yet it STILL shows up blurry. I used the “Cover” setting because the “Do Not Repeat” setting uploads a smaller image, still blurry. Whats worse is I have even re-uploaded the rolling hills, that is the image behind the wine bottles…it up Blurry! How is that possible when its supposedly the source image used!?! Why does this problem exist with Newspapers themes?? If it’s not a problem you need to create specific instructions on how to change it where to find it and how to upload it so that people don’t spend 5 hours trying to do it only to fail!

Also, I couldn’t find a satisfactory answer from your team that would resolve the blurry background issue. You need to speak with your original designers and developers to understand what they’ve done to create sharp background images. it is NOT an incorrect size or pixels per inch (ppi) issue. Please reply as soon as possible.

I just found out that we dont have ticket submition nor option to upload captures beside url, early disappointments.

Can you please tell me how to change gradient colour (not background image) in the theme.
I have installed Fast News demo and now I can not change the colour of header and even can not make it transparent.
Please tell me how can I change the header colour for all type of device i.e. mobile, tab & PCs etc.plz reply ASAP.

I installed the “Tech News” demo content for the Newspaper theme. The default homepage is the “News” page with a layout that has various blocks listed. Some blocks have small headings where the title can be updated to whatever a person wants (i.e. the title of these areas isn’t directly tied to a category although a person can choose to name if after a category if they want).

In this image https://snag.gy/AaC3RQ.jpg we see the word “ANDROIDs” and “DESIGN” with a red and cyan background respectively. Importantly, these colors are NOT the colors chosen for those category tag colors when displayed on a given post page.

My questions simply are:

a) where these unique colors are being set for these small headers?
b) how can I change these colors within the theme settings without having to use custom CSS

So, on http://www.Staging1.TheMultimediaNinja.com I am adding custom CSS in the theme panel (which I will likely end up collecting in a child theme later), and I see that certain colors, for example, are styled upstream(?) by themes > newspaper > style.css and/or (in this case) themes > newspaper > includes > demos > travel > style.css …

Exactly what CSS files (and how many) are acting on my site? And in what order? And can I somehow remove the dependency on demos > travel > style.css but incorporate the stylings into my custom CSS?

I prefer to modify fonts, colors and styling in a single CSS area (such as the Custom Code area or a child theme style.css) as opposed to using the theme panel switches (especially so with fonts).

I am new to Newspaper 9. I have not yet installed the theme on my dedicated server. Is the Newspaper 9 demo (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/) in effect a “pre-made layout” that can be used right out of the box to jump-start my new project. In other words can I swap out the content from the demo and swap in my content?

Can you please provide the exact steps I need to take to activiate infinite scroll posts to the homepage of the (say what? demo theme) under the final section titled latest articles in the demo. Right now it is broken up into pages.

Also if you have the exact steps for adding single post infinite article scroll please provide the solution as well.

I tried removing all other plugins, deactivated, deleted and then reinstalled tagdiv. When create new page and try tagdiv composer, it shows blank screen
