How do you customise them?
I’m now seeing from the import prebuilt website dialogue that this is supposed to import homepages. So far when I do this, no matter what I do, zero home pages are imported.
I do get a “server configured incorrectly” error while doing this, although it says it will continue installing everything. The only thing that the system status says is not configured is the cache plugin (which I am waiting to install until after I get the demo imported).
EDIT: I installed the recommended caching plugin and it still says that it’s configured incorrectly. It says to check my upload folder permissions (which are normal) and to contact you.
I got this theme because I thought the installation of the demo would be the easy part. No idea why this is rocket science.
I have a completely blank, fresh installation of WordPress. When I install any of the prebuilt demos, no pages or anything come with it. All the posts are generated, but my home page looks like completely blank, unstyled text.
What do I need to do for the prebuilt website to effect my home page? Does my home page need to be called something in particular? Right now under Settings -> Reading I have my homepage set as a static page called “Home. Is this incorrect?

My website is optimized with Litespeed Cache plugin. Previously, I had publication Pro theme installed and it worked perfectly fine with very good speed. Since I liked the design of Urban Observer theme I switched to it and then speed went down.
I think it is not the problem from my end. It is the theme problem especially with Urban Observer theme.
I want to know why only your demo of Urban Observer has lowest score in the below tests.

I am currently using Urban observer theme on my website and I am getting a low performance score and “Large contentful Paint” is also high.
When I checked the following url of different newspaper demo themes on GTMetrix speed test. Only Urban Observer Pro theme has a lowest score and all the other themes performed well in GTmetrix.

The bug doesn’t go away just because the changes are saved, and as I mentioned in my first message, this issue also exists on your Job Hunt demo (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_job_hunt_pro/companies/).

I started with Classic demo theme without media. I want to create post without sidebar but I couldn’t find a way to remove it completely. There’s a block in sidebar column that cannot be removed. So I implemented pre-design template from cloud library, https://cloud.tagdiv.com/spa-and-wellness-resorts-are-amazing-for-your-health/. In editor mode, I can see pictures in envira gallery block but when preview or publish it-there’s no content but it did show up when use original template.

When we do an update, we update everything to be better and better, and we do not have a purpose as you describe. That’s why the theme has become a big one with a lot of functions and features for everyone.
We wanted to create the easiest platform, so you can build your website without knowing any code and have the possibility to customize every field from any demo.
We are sorry that you felt this way.
Also, sometimes the plugins become deprecated, and we need to find a workaround for them, so we will use new, better features instead.
Make sure you have all the plugins (installed and active) you had before the update.
For every update, we always recommend the following:
-> First of all, please make sure you have a backup.
-> Please deactivate all the non-tested plugins with our theme before updating.
-> Update WordPress, PHP, the theme, and plugins to the latest version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/.

I also had the same problem while installing Urban Observer Pro on my website. There is a problem with the theme when you install only the demo. The support was not able to rectify the issue on my website.
What I did is installed the “demo with contents” and then deleted all the posts, pages and images associated with Urban Observer Pro theme.

I am trying to create the tabbed content link shown on your demo page Town Talk. I did find this link in another support post. However, what it doesn’t now show is how do I setup the pages for the tabbed content.
It appears that have to create a new page for each tabbed content but how do I set up that page? Blank page with no footer, menu, etc., and what block design is used in demo? I want to filter what appears by tags, like how do I set this up?
I really want the orginal files of this image 
. I tried using other images but they don’t look as good as this mockup. Anyway around this?

I haven’t had the chance until now, but I’m taking this opportunity to congratulate you on your theme! It’s great from many points of view!
There is a bug with the Flex Loop Filters element.
During the page load, there is a kind of “jump” of the selector, displaying the first option instead of the placeholder. When the page is fully loaded, the selector is displayed properly.
This can also be noticed on any of the Jobs or Companies pages of the Job Hunt demo.
I’m working on displaying a similar filter bar on the site, but I would really like to know how this problem can be fixed. It is quite unpleasant the loading way of this element. 🙂
