Hi Support, is it possible to set “Title tag (SEO)” option for “Categories/tags list” widget in TD Composer? (by shortcode/overriding?) Thanks.
Currently we can set them only in Flex widgets, but not “Categories/tags list” widget which uses <h4> for title header.
Is there an easy way to pin particular posts to the top of a flex block? I am using a “flex 1” style block with no category filter and “latest” in the order. However, I want the option to pin a particular story at the top as we see fit and then have the latest appear below that. There is a “stick at top of blog” setting in the vanilla WP post editor but it seems to not affect the Newspaper flex block module.
Please, help, I am trying to replicate this effect, but I cannot get the “Title” element to came in front of the “Flex Box” module

Open flexblock – in the example above, don’t display the most recent post dynamically. Isn’t it something like -1 or something for the postID? The Ideja post that you see is the most recently added. I don’t want it to appear in that flexblock but I want that dynamically as I’m adding in another and the Ideja post will appear in that 4 post grid.
Does that make sense?

You can edit an article with the TagDiv Composer and delete the featured image element.
It won’t show in the article, but it will show in a flex block, for example.

The flex block can show only the excerpt. Another workaround there could be to use a module template that can be built custom and displayed with the help of an element called Flex Block Builder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/. are there any plans to do this. Lots of themes do have this where you can have the main article and then underneath you have another article. at the moment i have this which looks very bad. i am using the flox but it does not show the paragraph spaces.

The element Flex block with a special filter, for example, the current category, will dynamically display the posts from the current category depending on which one you are in. So, you need to add a flex block with that filter in the category template once, and it will display the posts for each category if you have the same category template assigned to your categories. Make sure you use a flex block with cache block results enabled on the homepage, for example. Save and view the page. Click on some title articles from that block. Go to System Status and check the option that will appear there.
If the option isn’t there, then deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

Unfortunately, you can’t have two different posts on a single template. But you can add any post with a flex block, for example, and when you click on the article title, it will lead you to the single template of that article with its content.

I could not find the solution in the discussion.
The options are enabled on the grid, and also the theme panel settings are on, but the review stars are not visible in Flex Blocks.
I know there is the ability to use jetpack+stats to list a flexblock by most recent last 7 days but jetpack is bolted. Is there a way to connect KOKO to tag dev counter?

I use the Newspaper theme and I face a problem in my Home Page where I use the Flex Block element.
For example the first Flex Block 3 in my home page is a category for “ΠΑΡΕΜΒΑΣΕΙΣ” doesn’t update it with the latest post of the category, (but display the last minus 1 post).
On my filters I have Category filter: ΠΑΡΕΜΒΑΣΕΙΣ – [id : 25], Sort Order: -Latest.
The same proble is in all of my “Flex box” in home page where I use specific category.
When I use all category its ok.

What what you want to do you need to use a different block because the post loop elements have an automatically filter based on template where are used, in this case those automatically filter the results based on the search made. I recommend to use the flex block 1 this can be edited like you want without problems.

I’m not sure which filter you used and on which page. The flex block has special filters as well that are working on special pages. Please provide a video so I can fully understand where the issue is.

Thank you for you reply… I do recall reading the information about the filter part under the flex block setting. However, I’m trying to find out the issue as to why 7 or 8 of my categories was not assigned a post ID automatically. When I click on the filter part and go down to the category, I view the categories that have post ID by them. This allows you to set that area of blocks to that pacific category. However, before I changed over to your theme. I believe I had like 8 or 9 main categories. They are as following: TECHNOLOGY, FINANCIAL, SCIENCE & NATURE SPORTS, SOCCER,FOOTBALL,BITCOIN,ENTERTAINMENT,BASKETBALL
When you go in the category area under the post area in the dashboard area I can search these categories above. Click on them and I see all of the post in them.
However, when I go to your filter section… I select from the drop down menu… Let say I try and put in like Football. Those post are suppose to pull in that block area.. However, when I put it in, let say I go in the filter section and I try and pull in the post wanting to use like by category. In that section there is a drop down that shows category with ID. When I choose even one of the categories that is like there. I noticed that those post are not pulling into the block. Now when I scroll down and search for the above categories. I noticed that they are not there under that section. And they haven’t been assigned an ID. When I go into Theme panel. I noticed that there is no way to add in the category or assign a ID to it. So how do I fix this so that I can pull in all my post that are sitting in the above categories and have them showing on my front page by the above categories section. My front page showed be able to show the above categories post but for some reason when I try and set the categories in the filter it is not pulling in these categories post. When I select all categories it is showing all of my post but Im trying to break them back up by categories
So what I’m seeing it appears to be some issues with the filter feature under the flex box area.
